I visited the store and the service I received was very personal. I appreciated that. I informed the florist that I only needed marigolds for my son's Ofrenda project for his Spanish class. She had only one bouquet of flowers that had some marigolds in it. So, the bouquet was around $25 to $30...it was an amount I really didn't want to have to pay just for the marigolds. The florist was so nice; she said she'd be happy to sell me just the marigolds, separating them from the bouquet, and charge me, accordingly. I thought that was so special and helpful; as a single mother, I really appreciated that kindness and special service. So, although it's a little out of my way, I'm making Conroy's Flowers in RB my main squeeze for my flower needs. read more

Well, that's it, I'm officially done with 1-800-Flowers. Ordered an arrangement that was fulfilled by Conroys RB for Mother's Day. What arrived was a do it myself kit (in a box) with a paltry amount of blooms, broken stems on the tulips, (Out of 9 2 were broken), dead leaves, stems of varying lengths, leaves near the base not stripped, etc. If I wanted to do it myself kit I could go to a wholesaler and do it much, much better and cheaper. Even Smart and Finals bouquets look better in every way and are about a third of the price. Thanks for nothing guys. read more

Got to the shop which I thought was really early but the lady had the shop opened already and I was in a hurry, so that's a plus She allowed me to choose the flowers that I want and with the amount that I can afford. She made it really nice and presentable. I just wish they have more materials and colors to choose from for the bouquet wrap. Other than that it's all good. I was there Sunday morning, Feb 16, 2020. I don't know how this place has 5 perfect reviews... I remember coming here last Valentine's Day and got flowers shaped as a dog. It did not look like a dog AT ALL. I should have taken a picture but I was so shocked, I was at a lost for words. I asked the man there if it looked like a dog, and told me it did. No help, terrible arrangement, terrible service. After some complaining, one of the friendlier workers finally fixed it, but I WILL NEVER come back. Edit response to comment: I was happy after the gentleman from behind the counter making arrangements offered to fix it (after complaining). The way the older gentleman (I am assuming manager/owner) spoke to me and tried to pass off trash work as acceptable was not ok. read more

Don't even bother coming in this place, the attendant is a teenage boy with the worst attitude and he is the most disrespectful kid I've ever met. My wife and i went into the store to get an arrangement sent to a friend of ours and we came in to look at the arrangements, when my wife was inquiring about the prices and where to send it his responses were very rude and didn't want to give us service he just threw a book on n the desk and said "browse" then he said the minimum I can do to deliver a mile from here is 60dls, I told him in the website the prices are different from what he was saying I said there are cheaper if I needed and he said "no you're wrong the floor is 60" just don't even bother going here you are way better off going to an other place. read more
