Great experience! I had a windshield leak due to a failed seal. So glad I took my car to Conshohocken Auto Glass! I first called a big name national auto glass place who seemingly forgot the 'repair' part of their slogan and wanted to charge big bucks to 'replace' my perfectly good windshield. Would have been Expensive and Wasteful! Instead, I took my car to Mike - he and his team skillfully lifted my windshield, removed the old sealant, re-sealed it, and I am once again in a dry car. They even drove me to the train station so I could get downtown to work while they fixed my car. Honest, quality, and fair. I'll be back to have some glass panels made for a cabinet. read more

I'm happy to report that I had a good experience here. Mike and Dave were nice, trustworthy professionals. Dave drove me home (to Roxborough), and picked me up in 2 hours which is what they said. They fixed it. For my car model's front windshield replacement job Safelight quoted me $359 + tax ($380) and Conshohocken Auto Glass quoted me $255 + tax for the same job ($270.) So... do you like $110? That's what I saved. That's what you want in a business, an equal job by an expert for 71% of the price, and they made my morning go smoothly. What I also want to say is my GPS didn't understand 1008 Righter St, Conshohocken 19428. Righter St is in 2 parts. Then I typed in Righter St, Conshohocken, and it took me to the wrong section (1 minute away). Mike said 50% of people say their GPS does that (unless he was just making me feel at ease for having a dumb GPS). You want Righter St between E 10th Ave and E 11th Ave, not between Spring Mill Ave and E Elm St. My GPS didn't understand and I just zigzagged over the 3 blocks (right 1 block on Spring Mill Ave, left 1 block on E 9th Ave, right 1.5 blocks on the left on Righter St). read more

The person I communicated with was very unprofessional and had zero customer service skills. No one was at the shop when I was asked to arrive, and a ride was promised on the website, which I did not receive. This person did not even apologize for the inconvenience he caused me. When he asked me about the keys, I asked if he could pick them up from me, as I work 5 mins away and their website promised rides, so I figured that they are used to driving to pick people up or drop them off. This man LAUGHED at me for asking if he could pick up my keys. The shop wasn't even open at 8:30 am, even though their hours say 8am on the door. From there I told him I would choose someone else to do the work. Awful experience. read more
