Not so great anymore.. It actually used to be a nicer store, strictly DESIGNER women's clothing. Now they take Wal-Mart, K-mart, Target, and Sears clothing. So much junk in that place. They also say they only take "current" clothing, but go out on the floor and take a look at all the shoulder pads. Just look. This is an incredibly well run fashion consignment shop for women. I love their newly remodeled section. The merchandise is professionally displayed. I see new things every time I stop by. It is more of a problem to be a seller. You look around on the racks to get a sense of what they buy, then are surprised that they reject the clothing you bring in that is of better quality. Go figure. I look at the customers in there and they're not trendy young things. But it is a hard business based on how many independant consignment stores regularly close. Purchasing in this store is can get a pretty good bargain...however if you try to sell things there, that is another story... My first visit there was holding all my clothing and waiting in a long line with no one approaching me and asking if I could hang my clothing on a rack until I reached the front of the line....When reaching the front, and presenting my clothes it was very humiliating.... the women stood there and held each item up to the light checking for defects ....pooh poohing this item and that item one right after another....these are clothes that were clean, pressed and on hangers and not out of style ...and they acted like they were picking through garbage...that went so far as sniffing the arm pits of the tops.......it was so humiiliating that I swore I would never go back again.....out of 25 outfits...they took 4 pieces of clothing......it took me a long time and moving to another state to give it another try.... Well today was the day that I gave it another try.... 11 items in total.... high end clothing .......3 little cocktail black dresses with the price tags on them..an evening gown with a sequin jacket that I purchased 2 months ago and wore to my son's wedding 1 time.....was all turned down....reason.... they just don't move...a black dress with the price tags on them?? I just don't get it... I have decided that It's just not worth the time, money and effort put into getting this stuff to them ... just to have it pooh poohed and given back.....I will donate my perfectly good clothing including my little black dresses to a women's shelter instead!! read more

Ok, so you can probably guarantee that at least 5 people got a great view of my fabulous butt. Is it too much to ask that the fitting room curtain be a bit wider than the doorway of the fitting room? I'm not expecting Nordstrom's, but I do expect a bit of privacy for a changing room, especially when there are men in the store. As for the merchandise--I feel as though there's no filter on the products they sell. $14 dollars for a pre-owned, faux Kate Spade? Just really confused and disappointed. This store has a nice selection of clothing and mostly decent prices. The employees are always friendly and helpful.

this is a great place to shop and a great way to sell some of your nicer clothes. I have been going here for at least 10 years. I find something every time I go in and it's always a great price. I highly recommend it. The staff is so nice! I am retired and on a budget so lately this is where I go to shop! It's wonderful. I cannot say enough about this wonderful gem!!! My Mother, sister and I have been loyal customers for years and enjoy our visits with the most wonderful and warm staff (Beverly, Claudia, Patsy, Glennie and Heather). They are the best. The store has a very warm and friendly atmosphere where you feel like you are part of a family. The merchandise is fantastic and fairly priced and in good condition (many items still have the price tags on!). I love all of the designer merchandise. I never leave empty handed. This place is awesome! Everyone in the store is so helpful, the prices are very fair, and the selection is great! They have quality brand names and all the latest styles. They often run great sales and have a nice rewards system that allows you to earn extra discounts as you shop. This place is the biggest fraud of a business I have ever seen. I took several expensivedesigner items in to consign about a year ago. When I checked back in the middle of my consigning period, at least half of the most expensive items were missing! Mind you the majority of these were items that were behind the register in glass cases where customers have no access! Then I was rudely informed that its in my contract that they arent responsible for any missing or stolen items. During this conversation an elderly lady was back there upset, because her jewelry (also in glass behind the register) was also missing. This place also has horrible book keeping and cant keep track of peoples items the right way. They also sell fake designer handbags and claim they are real. When I was making a purchase one day there was a lady standing in front of me who seemed to be a well known customer. She had several items off the clearance rack (theres literally thousands of items on their clearance rack at all times which also seems quite odd) that seemed to be tagged improperly. She brought this to the attention of the cashier, the cashier went in the back to check with someone above her Im assuming, came back out and said "yes these items are tagged wrong but if you want them we will sell them to you and honor those prices." I was appalled that they knew they tagged/priced someones things incorrectly and still sold them, knowing the consignor wouldnt get their due cut of the money. They flat out stole from whoever these women were that consigned these items! On top of all this the staff, ecspecially the managers aka "crooks" are extremely rude and could care less about the customer or the consignor. Alot of shady business and crooked dealings going on in here. The only good I can say on their behalf is they have alot, and I mean alot of very cheap clearance items at all times, but even so dont patronize this so called business, your items will disappear, get "lost", or be sold at a clearance price so the store can keep the entire amount and claim you didnt pick your things up on time. I will continue to tell all my friends family and coworkers about these people and hopefully save a few consignors/customers from getting tangled up in their completely questionable activity. I see alot of positive reviews on the buying end, but believe me, its an entirely different story on the selling end. Beware read more

If you are buying from there you get all of the attention in the world but if you come looking to sell you get one of the most insulting and rude treatments I've ever received! I brought in an SUV worth of high end clothes that my mom was looking to sell before moving across the country and they never offered to help move any of this clothing! It took me about an hour to unpack and hang up all of these clothes by myself! I thought that this place couldn't get worse after they ignored me for so long but I was oh so wrong! A couple months later after they sold a good amount of the clothing they call and tells us that what hasn't sold needs to be picked up or they get to keep it and sell for full profit. It sounded understandable so later that week after we were told they collected all of the items from around the store. Upon arrival I told them the number they had linked to my moms clothing. Not only did they have no idea where the clothes were they had the nerve to tell me that I am fully responsible for finding every bit of clothing that was in that store that was still at this moment in time mine! Mind you that I brought an SUV full and had no idea how much they sold! Needless to say I made one of the endless supply of useless employees finally do her job and locate the remaining of my mothers clothes! My overall review is one star from my selling experience at this establishment for the lack of organization, the rude/ lazy employees, and the audacity that it is my responsibility to locate what is mine in the entire store when they have no log of the clothes and jewelry in the store! read more
