Dont be scared or confused of eating at a joint like this, infact his food safety health score is always in the high 90's (100 being perfect) thats way better then most burger and fast food places. He can communicate with you in english and he undestands you fine, so no lang barrier. I reccomend you try the BIRRIA tacos, make you ask him for the salsas if you like spicyness and dont see any outhere. HE has drinks available aswell, or you can run inside the store and get a beer :), the tacos are good, not the best but better than anything in nashville. The prices are great about 1.25 per taco, and he is generous with the meat, chicken is available as well as big burritos and tortas. I was at the neighboring doggy daycare picking my pup up, and while I waited I wandered up to the truck in search of cold brew. Their cold brew is a dark roast that is brewed for 22 hours, so I was excited at the thought. While I am normally a purest, he recommended The Coal Miners Daughter, which is their cold brew with a few add-ins of chocolate and milk of choice. I went with oat milk. The drink was phenomenal! It was smooth, had the full bodied taste of cold brew with just the right mix-in of chocolate. Service was solid, as the owner was super friendly, helpful and just a cool dude. Overall, NashBrew was delightful. Hopefully they become a regular at the nearby food truck park!

They have many flavor combinations you can choose from and then unlimited toppings you can add into that. We split a "Like it" size (small) of one of the chocolate/fudge combinations. We added on sprinkles, coffee crumbles, caramel and strawberries. The most fun part was watching them chop up the toppings into a melted cream then the cream solidified on the large freezer slab and they patted into down into a large rectangle and rolled it. It was a little bit hard to eat but I liked the novelty aspect of it. I would definitely try it again!

They also got rid of the ghost pepper bbq sauce. Still mad about it. It was my favorite sauce. The Nashville sauce is great. Very good. But damn do I miss that ghost sauce. I bought up every bottle they had left when I found out they weren't making it anymore. I've used it sparingly but I'm on the last bottle. Also, if u order for pickup, they randomly run out of stuff & don't tell you. I'll place & order online & when I get there find out they're out of something.
