Nonna's Place is a modest welcoming spot with incredibly delicious dishes and friendly staff. We had the chicken Milanese over creamy polenta and chicken parmesan over zucchini noodles. Both dishes were served with a few slices of grilled bread - a wonderful touch. Both dishes were outstanding. Their food hit the spot after a busy day of sightseeing and hiking. Highly recommended if you are in the Concord area and want some soul satisfying Italian food.

The low rating really should be much lower for their horrible service as pretty much everything about our order was wrong! First, the promised delivery time of an hour (yes, I know long, but it was a Friday night.) turned into an hour and a half with a call from Constantly stating the person taking the order didn't write the house number down and they forgot to make one of our pizzas. We were then told an additional 20 minute wait to which we simply drove to pick it up. Secondly, after two in a half hours of waiting, my husband arrives with our pizzas only to have all but one of them (the one the company originally forgot to make) correct. So, one child has food but not the other. My husband gets back in the car and drives the incorrect pizza back while I call and have to explain to them (nicely) that our order is still wrong! I didn't even bother telling the person on the phone that the other pizza was incorrect too!!! One sobbing child and a three hour wait time with two trips to the pizza place and no real apology from the staff is simply unacceptable for a Friday night pizza night! I will not be using their delivery or ordering from their ever again! Not worth it. read more

Probably the most inconsistent pizza place around. I've had delivery from here many times. The food is great - which keeps me coming back - but almost EVERY order has has some kind of mistake in it. For example., they'll send a beautiful specialty pie along with a burnt-to-a-crisp cheese pie. Or they'll cover their fried dough with sugar when asked for plain. The delivery person has had to refund my money at the door before because of this kind of sloppiness. There doesn't seem to be much quality control there. A shame, since they do offer some great food, but I'm starting to look around for better options. read more
