(Because why just have a fridge when you can have an experience?) The staff are so friendly it almost feels unreal. Like how are you this nice and you remember where everything is? Now, let's talk imports. If you love finding random gems you can't get anywhere else, this is your place. I found these imported mango ice creams shaped like the actual fruit full of happiness (their words, but honestly accurate). They're unreal. Mango, strawberry, grape, peach, lemon/lime all dangerously addictive and totally TikTok-worthy. And of course, right out front is the famous Guns N' Roses mural, a Hollywood icon that's been there for decades and just got a fresh new look. I've been coming here frequently for about 2 months now and I haven't had any problem with this store until last week, after checking my bank statements.. This place looks pretty cool with the wide selection of snacks and drinks but I've always noticed that everything in the entire store has no price.. Long story short, if you're using Apple Pay or a credit/debit card, THEY ARE STEALING YOUR CARD INFORMATION AND DOUBLE CHARGING YOU! I was charged for my actual purchase and then a random amount ($17) a day later! This has happened 3 times on multiple cards. DO NOT SHOP HERE! read more

We pulled over so we could buy some beer to tailgate before entering a concert venue. They have a wooden security gate to enter so it's obvious there's been some past beer runs at this store. They had a good selection of micro brew beers to choose from. The cashier was nice and we ended up buying Lottery tickets too. read more

I've unfortunately been in this store twice but, thankfully, never again. As you can see from the reviews, not many people go to this dirty disorganized store. The employees don't know a thing about liquor and wine. I saw wine that was well past its sell by date. My friend almost bought Bailey's until I pointed out it was FOUR YEARS past its sell date. This is not in the best location on Sunset. But with the owner (short heavily accent woman with a wig partially displaced) standing behind the cage it was like being in a ghetto, not Sunset Blvd. and she has ZERO customer service skills. Something about this place made me feel uncomfortable about using my credit card so I paid cash. I gave her two twenties and she insisted I gave her a ten and a twenty which was a lie. She yelled at me to get out and tried to take back my purchase AND keep my cash, while her employee just looked at me like he was sorry for her Crazy Lady stuff. The same woman on my other visit was unloading stuff from her car (wine and liquor) and was rudely blocking the entrance and first area of the store. And it's it illegal to sell liquor you bought from somewhere else? Because there was a bottle of gin with a BevMo sticker on it on the shelf. And there was a human pile of feces in the parking lot that could only have been human. This isn't a Hollywood Liquor store. It's more like a scene from a bad movie where you go in but don't come out. "tigist" (of the reviewer on September 16, 2020) is also apparently the owner as another customer told me when I walked out. Not a surprise that she has to put up fake reviews. read more

I tried to go here late last night. It's located next to a busy bar / restaurant / club called Amber. Many people from there pour into this liquor store. I waited outside for the large crowd inside to finish and leave. There were about 5-7 people hanging out inside near the entrance while I waited and waited. Most of them weren't wearing masks. The few that were had their masks pulled below their chin. In other words, not a single person inside we're properly masked. Upon realizing this place is a Covid petri dish, I followed the logical side of my brain and left. This place should be shut down if they're not willing to enforce public health measures. read more

I went into buy an original flavored beer as a gift and got the whole rundown of how it's made, location the 800 yr. old beams where it's made etc. plus a nice glass. Actually started a yelp account to write a review for this liquor store! Okay so, first time I dropped in to buy an iPhone charger.... I plug it into my phone and it does not even work!! Second time, I walk in to buy a vape pen. The lady talks to me about "which one is the best" for about 15 minutes. I end up purchasing CARTRIDGES without the battery. I walk out of the store, open the box and I slightly. I run back in immediately begging for a return and she smiles at me and says "no".
