Pool staff review: What an amazing experience!! Here for the first time and the Lifeguards and staff made our time THE BEST!! Taylor and Justin were superb and that's what you really want out of a Disney resort.

Great place to grab coffee before heading to the parks or (as we did) before a morning stroll around the grounds of the Contemporary. The Mickey and Minnie latte art is a super fun addition that will add a bit of magic to your morning. They serve Joffrey's Coffee, like the rest of the resorts on Disney property and the coffee is consistently good. Located on the ground floor near the bus stops, it's easy to miss as everyone focuses on the Grand Canyon Concourse. The only downside is they close at one, so you can't grab an afternoon or evening coffee here. If you've got time, walk out of the backside of the ground floor and enjoy your coffee with a view of Bay Lake and Bay Lake Tower, a relaxing and beautiful way to start your day.

Great Value for a snack credit and the only Specialty Coffee in the Contemporary/Bay Lake Tower complex. Fun Latte art!

Just a stop through in the lobby or as your walking around. Great to grab a coffee or snack.

My husband got the English toffee which was good as well. We also had the Floridian bagel and the key lime pie, they weren't anything special, definitely wouldn't return for the food. Overall the coffee was definitely good but not the best I've ever had. Though it was good enough alongside the experience for a 5 star review! The cat cafe being a part of it makes the trip 1000x worth it. Even if cats aren't your favorite (like me), it's still such a cool idea and nice to drink your coffee and watch the kittens play! They seemed busy on a Saturday morning (after Christmas). It took about 15 minutes for two drinks. I tried a mocha and thought it was pretty good! The drinks are quite hot! They have some books here as well as a water cooler! They also have cute merch for sale like pins, magnets, and stickers!

It only took maybe 25mins to move through the line (long but quickly moving as long as people in front are efficient!) I ordered the Cookie Butter Butterscotch nitro brew (which was just okay... not something I'd go back for) but then I also ordered the pistachio toffee cookie and the cookies and crème one with Oreos on it. So far I've only had the pistachio one and it's easily one of the best cookies I've ever had! Thick, buttery soft cookie loaded with toppings and a nice salty touch to the pistachio and chocolate chip/toffee. I don't care for sweets too often, but this did it for me. Next time- including a glass of red wine when I bring it back to my room!

It's a not so secrete "secret menu" that they heat up your cookie and add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top for $3 more. I picked the chocolate chip cookie for the hot cookie, it was loaded with chocolate chips, but it was too sweet for my taste. I got the pistachio toffee, cookies and cream, and blueberry cookie to go. The pistachio cookie was my favorite, not overly sweet, sweet and salty, and loaded with pistachio! They definitely don't skim on the ingredients. If Halloween is your kind of vibe, then you will like the decor of this cookie shop.

They have tables inside, so we opted to enjoy our food here. Items ordered: Hot chocolate- Good chocolate flavor and not too sweet Macaroons- kiddo ate them but I did not try them Almond croissant- flaky, great almond flavor, and delicious!! Chocolate mousse- not too sweet and texture and flavor were fine. Tarte au citron- yummy lemon tart! The videos make them look massive and honestly, they are. The size of one's head! See pic for reference. For two adults and one child, we ordered three items, which ended up being way more than we needed. The croissant alone was so huge it probably would have been enough to share. While it was flaky and semi-warm, the chocolate was a bit overpowering and didn't balance well with the pastry itself. (my opinion only) Don't get me wrong it was good. Just not the amazing, life-changing pastry TikTok made it out to be. In my opinion, it's a little overrated. It's definitely fun for the novelty and the photos. My toddler loved it (it was literally the size of her head), so that alone made the stop worth it. I would have to say it is good, but not great. Come for the picture-worthy croissants and the experience, just maybe don't order as much as we did!

We absolutely loved our Cuban sammies which came on thick and sweet bread. My kids kept it simple with tenders and fries and also enjoyed! They have a big drink selection and you can find everything from juices to fresh cocktails. The biggest hit was their large indoor screened patio - perfect for my kids to run around. If you want to avoid fast food but also don't feel like taking your kids to a proper sit down restaurant than this is a really great option.
