I had automotive issues and brought it to Conti Car Care and solved it. Great service, thank you for saving the day for me. read more

Subaru Forester 2016. Air conditioner (A/C) failed- was just blowing warm air. The bill from a dealership made me speechless... Found Conti Care through Costco's auto program for car repairs. Percy figured out a problem with A/C very quickly. It was a leaking condenser. A/C was fixed. He fixed the front brakes, performed control arm replacement as well weal alignment. All the jobs were done overnight in one day. The bill, compare to dealership's one, was reduced by least half. Say I was impressed - to say nothing. He is now my hero! My both family cars will go to Conti. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a topnotch shop to take care of their cars. read more

Conti car care has the best mechanics. I've brought Percy several cars with problems that others couldn't diagnose, and he identifies the issue immediately--it's impressive. He and his team fix my cars right away, his pricing is fair, and I trust him with both domestic and imported vehicles. read more

Long overdue review. Like many others got recommended by Costco for a tire alignment (since Costco only does tires). After making an appointment, Percy and crew took care of my car in a swift manner. Later I confirmed they also do annual service checkups as well. I've been going to Conti ever since for my car needs and everything has been running smoothly. If you're looking for a neighborhood car shop be sure to give Conti a try! read more

Found Conti Care Care through Costco's auto program for car repairs. I just got new tires at Costco and needed an alignment and I also needed rear brake service (new pads/new rotors/brake fluid flush). I already had 2 other quotes, one from the Dealership and one from AAA Auto Repair. Using the Costco Auto program we saved 15%. The cost comparison was good price and I was able to book a next day appointment. They did a great job! We'll be back. read more

I've been bringing in vehicles to conti for the better part of 10 years now. Percy and his guys are some of the most knowledgeable people that you will find in the local automotive repair shop industry. I've brought everything from my family's work trucks to my own personal (and sometimes temperamental) cars and they have always done amazing work, regardless of whether it be a routine oil change or completely resealing my project car's engine. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a top notch shop to take car of their cars. read more

A Shoutout to All Jaguar Owners--You'll Want to Read This! This one's for every Jaguar owner out there dealing with mysterious car issues. I've known Percy for years and have taken my cars to him on and off, but I never truly realized how good he was until recently. I own a 2005 Jaguar X-Type that I inherited--and love cruising around town in--but that joy came with a price. Almost every time I started it, I'd get the dreaded "Gearbox Fault" message, followed by several frustrating sometime over 5 minutes of silence before the engine would finally start. I spent thousands of dollars taking it to the best known Jaguar specialists in the Bay Area over the years, including a dealership in San Francisco, who kept it for months at a time, comped me with a loner, even replaced the Grear Box, but to no avail. Then one day my daughter needed a car to drive, and wanted the Jag-it changed everything. I didn't want her stranded somewhere, waiting for the car to start. I had an appointment scheduled with yet another mechanic known for working on Jags, but at the last minute, I thought--why not stop by Percy's shop first! Best decision ever! Percy kept the car for a little over a week, worked his magic, and when I got it back--it ran flawlessly. The Jag drives smoother than it ever has, and that "Gearbox Fault" message is history. I rarely leave reviews--let alone long ones--but this is well deserved. Percy, you and your team are the real deal. Thank you for bringing my Jaguar (and my sanity) back to life! read more

Awesome service, quality work and people. Got brakes done, went through all options with me.

I brought my car in under the Costco Auto Care Program after I had purchased new tires at Costco. my car was put on a lift and and its alignment was evaluated. Much to my surprise I was advised that the new tires did not require alignment. I offered to pay for the inspection and the Owner's son advised that there would be no charge. I was very impressed with the honesty and integrity displayed and Conti Car Care has earned my respect and, more importantly my future business. read more

Tried many auto shops and no one wanted to touch my vintage BMW 8. Went to Conti with a long list of fixes. They took the time to search for hard to find parts and addressed everything on that list. They kept us informed along the way. We never had to call for updates. They love Cars and will do what it takes to get them back to working order. read more

It seemed that it was a good workshop, so I took my BMW to fix the radiator with an estimate of $7-800, according to Google, also installation of LED lights in front since they were fixing the radiator would be easier to install. For the replacement of the radiator he charged me $1,097.00 and for the change of lights $200, that the price of changing the lights costs is the same as if the radiator was not being repaired. It's a little complicated, he replace the lights and remove the protectors light caps, he just handled to me, I say what is this, I can't remember authorizing to install the wrong set of lights. And mess up with computer it just piss me off , he never asked me if it was okay or I authorized the lights to be like this,he knew it need an adapter to work fine, nor said, need different lights bulbs, for the same reason my computer went a little crazy, because I had to install an adapter, issue he never mentioned me, he is the PRO, I would have managed it and installed it, the cost would not have been a problem, I like them to do things right, so when he spoke to me to tell me that the car was ready, arrive at the body shop and I didn't see my car at the shop, he went to Chavez market parking lot and drop my car there. One more thing pissing me of, so zero good experience with this guy, beside his ego is in the sky. Go to the gas station on 3rd st, Steve is reliable mechanic, and prices are ok, service 5 stars he hs always willing to help, so now they are my official body shop. read more

Carlo and his mechanics installed an engine on our Lexus RX350 and the car is running like new! The installation was done quickly in a few days. They might not be the cheapest shop, but I believe the extra $500 was worth it for such a major repair. I did not want to take a chance with any other shop for engine installation. I wanted to replace the Radiator too, but after they examined it, they did not recommend it. I recommend the shop for any major repair. read more

Great service, turn time and they even saved the part they had to replace, to show me why it needed to be changed. Very honest! Will definitely be back! read more

Percy was great. No waits to be tended to like in big dealerships. 2/3rd price. Same service that I paid around $800 here was quoted at Audio Palo Alto for $1400. When picking up the car, he showed me all the old parts, and explained what all he'd replaced. Will come again. read more

For over 4 years, My husband takes his 2002 E55 AMG Mercedes Benz for maintenance and repair. Percy is customer centric, so if there is a problem even after maintenance-or repair, he will diligently look for solutions and does not charge for the followup. I have a Fiat 500 Sport, and am pleased with the results. He educates, explains and works with you to ensure you know what you are paying for. He is my go to, since the Fiat place in Burlingame nickel and dime, over charge and take advantage of you (if you're a woman). I have since taken my two nephews cars in, in addition to maintenance, replacement of tires too! This is a trustworthy place for your Mercedes, BMW, Fiats etc! read more

I got a flat tire on the 101 freeway, and pulled off on an exit I had never taken before. To my good fortune, once I was off the freeway, I happened to stop my car about 50 feet from Conti Car Care and met Percy. Percy said he would take care of my flat tire right away and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. I am so grateful to him and his son Pablo for their friendliness and excellent service. More recently, I went back to Percy when I found something leaking under my car. He took a look at it and, without my asking, checked out the rest of the car, all the fluids, etc. And I was in and out in 15 mins. These guys are the best! read more

Drop off my car here to change a component. The price was affordable and service is quick.

Took my car in for a engine malfunction light on my 08 BMW 335i keep in mind it would only go on here and there. After taking to Conti Car Care and paying $500 for a sensor that probably did not need to be replaced I got my car back a lot worse. My engine malfunction light is still on and goes off WAY MORE now then it ever did. I feel like I paid for them to get my car worse, it almost seem like they tweaked my car so I can come back and spend more money. The only thing they did fix was my steering wheel making noise which was just some lose bolts. For sure would not be back, sucks because they are so convenient to where I live. read more

Okay, I've been meaning to write this review FOREVER.. I bought a 1995 BMW 325i Convertible from these guys... maybe 6 months ago? Possibly longer. I was suuuuuuppper sketched out because there are reviews of them being shady and selling bunk cars. I was worried about what I got myself in to, but I freaking love my car and it still runs real strong. Few electrical things off like brake light circuit, etc, (but this is pretty common petty stuff for BMWs). The only reason they get a 4 instead of a 5 is the guy was pretty harsh when I tried to haggle. I also think they may have illegally passed the car for smog because the carfax said fail, fail, fail, fail, fail, and then all of a sudden pass by them. But i registered it to a place in cali where it don't gotta get smogged ;) Also, they shorted me 20 bucks or something when I handed them a huge wad of cash, but it was by accident. Overall, just be careful, you get what you pay for, and if your sketched out, go get the car looked at by a mechanic you trust. That's what I did, and it's been all groovy. read more

I bought my Bmw 530 from here 4 years back and have been coming there ever since for my services.. Percy takes care of the car very well and is extremely reasonable. He does not suggest repairs unless they are absolutely needed. My car is in pretty good shape and I would not hesitate to buy another one at CCC. read more

PERCY takes care of my whole family. I'm not up in my automobile terminology, so I'm unsure of how helpful my review will be but here it goes: CCC is quick, efficient and flexible. If you need your car by a certain time/day they will do what they can to get it done. Also, if you need to come before or after hours, they will accommodate your needs. read more

I brought my Mini Cooper S 2012 to the dealer on Stevens Creek to do diagnostics because my check engine light came on. In that costly diagnostic test, they found no problem with the engine other than something loose that needed to be tightened. They made so many suggestions some urgent while others can wait. Total amount of suggested repairs was over $3,000. To my umpleasant surprise I was told that I was gonna get a discount if I give the dealer rep a good review. I went to Conti Car Repair for a 2nd opinion. I showed them the copy of dealer recommended repairs. They checked my car thorough and honestly told me that found only a couple of repairs needed and suggested tire rotation. From the original dealer projected $3000+, I only spent barely over $300 on this repair appt with Conti. I even got an additional 15% discount as a Costco member. The staff were very forthright, honest, friendly, polite & helpful, My car was out of the shop in over 2 hrs as promised. I strongly recommend this repair shop. read more

I found Conti to be an excellent experience. this is not a place for people who want hand-holding and coddling, but it is a place to get a great deal on a used car. The 911 they sold me has proven to be very solid and exactly how they described it. I would buy another car here in a minute. read more

I have been coming to Conti Car Care for years now. Some of the best guys and best service around. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Where to begin.... For the past 15 years, Conti Car Care has been servicing all of our family vehicles. Percy, Diego and crew are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, caring, and hard working. You will always find the shop neat, organized, and clean, which speaks volumes about Percy's work ethic and personal pride for his business . After all, it is an auto repair business, so most would never expect "cleanliness" to factor in. Percy stands behind his work, guaranteeing his costumers" satisfaction. Conti Car Care is an honest business, where their professional integrity is not only reflected in what they say, but by their actions. Now, our boys take their cars to Percy! Please note that Conti Car Care has a used car sales component too. We have purchased two vehicles from Conti as have many of our friends. If you are looking for a great mechanics, look no further. Conti Car Care is the best in the business! read more

I've known percy for a long time because of my father and grandmother, but from my own personal experience he is amazing. Percy and his staff at Conti Car Care definitely will take care of you and make you feel comfortable. They are about helping you in what you need. He will even take care of you on Saturday if you work Mon-Fri. If you have issues with your car bring them over to conti car care :) read more

I agree with others that their sales dept is extremely fraudulent in their practices. I purchased a used Mercedes there. The day after I bought it the check engine light came on. Being that I am a former Mercedes Technician, I diagnosed and found the problem. It was a failure that had evidently been there a long time. There is no way the car could've passed smog with this failed part, leading me to believe that they illegally smogged the car. That is the only way they could have gotten it to pass the emissions test which is required by them when they sell a car. There were other issues with them as far as not living up to their word on the deal, such as saying they would replace the squealing belt, only to pick up the car and found that they put belt dressing on it instead just to quiet the noise. read more

Lower-end of the scale compared to most used car dealers and apparently proud of it. Be careful what you ask for. You will probably get it here. These auction-block cars sold As-Is are mechanical failures waiting to happen . This is a service and repair shop actually trying to market these vehicles. You know Craigslist: Like-new Sony DSLR, never dropped - $300. Customer service-wise, well -- fool me once, shame on you -- fool me twice and now I'm part of the family. Right... read more

My father has been taking the family cars for service to him for the last 7+ years. I myself have been taking my car to Conti's for a few years. Had a slow leak in my tire , I pulled up to the shop first thing in the morning, asked from my car, " can you patch my tire?" "Yep, pull it in". To let you know, they removed the tire, and patch it from the inside, no plugs, a patch is much better, patches are less chance to fail. In 20 min, I was in and out. Had some cool cars for sale to check out while waiting too. Great job ! read more

Just had two Mercedes serviced at Conti Car Care. One for electrical alarm problem and one for routine tune up. Very pleased with ability to diagnose the issue and correctly fix the problem by Marco. Efficient and professional service. Would recommend highly. read more

DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THESE GUYS! They LIED about MANY MANY things and it has cost me nearly $2000 in repairs less than 1 month after I bought a used Volvo S40 from them. I worked with Pablo and either he was lied to or he was LYING but they definitely LIED to make more profit. Had they been honest, I still would have bought the damn car, just for $1000 less. read more

I called Conti (on a late Friday morning) and spoke to Sergio to get a quote for an oil change on my 1989 Mercedes Benz and it was a reasonable price. They were able to do the job anytime after 1pm, which worked out well for me. Percy, who worked on my car, and is also the owner of the shop (I think), was awesome! He showed me what type of oil he was going to use before he poured it in (love that!) and I told him I had just put a bottle of synthetic oil in because I was low just to get me through until I can get an oil change. He proceeded to educate me, while he was putting the oil in my car, saying non-synthetic and heavier weight oil is best for older cars in California. He also let me take a picture of the bottle so I don't forget what kind of oil I need to use if I need to top it off at any point. He checked the undercarriage and all looked good! He said a couple of my tires were low, so he filled them to the proper pressure. My power steering fluid was low, so he topped it off. All in all, the service was great! My former mechanic, whom I've been using for years (20 + yrs.), I had noticed that whenever I had work done on any of our cars, I would be left with an empty tank of gas. So, I thought, the next time I take it in for service I was going to make sure there's only 1/4 tank (Premium is not cheap!). I could have taken down the mileage, but I would always forget. He charged me $85.00 for gas AND I would get it back with only a 1/4 tank! I was furious, but I never mentioned anything. Anyways, I won't be going back to him! Conti Car Care will be my "Go To" from here forward! read more

This is actually 0 stars but, i can't select it as an option. This place is a FRAUD for car sales. They posted a vehicle for sale on craigslist and I called to see what their hours were and that I wanted to see it and the guy (Cesar) said the car was there and that he would be there until 4pm for me to look at. When my usband and i arrived, after driving 45 minutes, he said that another person had sold it the night before and that he did not know when i called. BS!!! Now, on Monday, the car is back to being listed on craigslist! I'm guessing they are using it as bait so DO NOT GO TO THIS place to buy a car!!! read more
