The office is very modern, clean, and organized. The technician did some tests and then I met Dr. Kriti Bhagat. Dr. Bhagat is the owner and founder of Eyediology Vision. She was very professional and friendly. My husband purchased glasses with Eyediology Vision and the staff were very helpful in the process. She thought there was an issue, so the office set me up with Dr. Kriti Bhagat, OD, FAAO. Eyediology Vision is only about 8 months old, and on the East Side in the Bliss building. It is difficult to park; there are only 2 spaces in the parking lot for visitors. There is on street parking if you get lucky enough to find a spot, or a pay lot not far from the building. The office itself is gorgeous! Black and white finishes, and the equipment is state of the art. The staff were very personable and friendly. Dr. Bhagat is just as friendly, took her time with me, and explained everything she was doing in layman terms, and that made my visit a great one. She specializes in my type of lenses- the reason I am grateful my doctor referred me here. If you are looking for an eye doctor, this new office is the place to try!

The place was very clean, organized and professional. After having recently moved to near by area i jumped on to the yelp to find a good optometrist for my regular eye test. I found this place with good reviews and made an appointment online (highly recommend doing that so it saves you some time). As soon as i walked in i was greeted by the wonderful front-desk lady (wish i remember her name). From start to finish she was awesome going above and beyond to take care of my needs. Dr. Hendrik Krosschell was very thorough, clear in his explanation and was kind enough to answer the concerns i had. He also had me come in multiple times just to ensure that i had the best possible lenses. A special kudos to the front desk lady. I had a full insurance coverage for my vision. The lady explained me how much i would be paying for my co-pay but there was a bit of confusion on what it covered for my lenses. I called up the insurance and got the details and this front desk lady (again i wish i remembered her name) was so kind enough to charge me just the remaining amount and have my insurance cover the remaining. Lest you think it's only due to personal relationship, Paul is also an instructor at Brown. Who better to perform eye surgery? That said, the overall experience was very positive, from scheduling to the exam process, then surgery, then billing question follow up. The actual surgery is done in batches, almost assembly-line styler. That may sound negative, but the staff was very attentive to all patients' personal needs and kept the process extremely organized so my mind was at ease knowing I was in good hands. I used to see one of the founding doctors years ago when I was young, as I've had eye issues all of my life. It was easy to schedule my appointment as I was still in their system after what had to be 8 or 12 years! They went over my insurance with me and explained what I'd be expected to pay at my first visit. I was able to get an appointment scheduled about two weeks out, but that was partly because my own work schedule is busy! I arrived about 10 minutes early and completed some simple paperwork. I was the only one in the waiting room and right on time was greeted by Dr. Michaud, an OD at the practice. My exam was thorough but quick, which was really great as I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I was able to get a pair of contacts in my new prescription to wear home and ordered a few months worth to be delivered to my house - super convenient. Check out was simple and easy. They do have an optical shop on premises which is convenient, but I chose to keep my old frames and they do charge a fee on top of the lense replacement charge if you aren't purchasing new ones through them. I elected to shop around for prices, so I didn't spend too much time in the shop. The doctor and staff were friendly and helpful and the practice was very clean. I had a great experience and will continue to visit them in the future.
