I just went in to get my car tags but unfortunately the store wasn't prepared . It's not the first time I go in there and they don't have any vehicle registration tags . The person who helped me was nice but it's very unfortunate that I have to go somewhere else when this is very close to my home . And at the DMV there is no appointments. It's a bit of a sketchy area at times, so I would be cautious if exchanging $. I did call ahead to verify the exchange rate prior to heading over. The girl that answered was helpful over the phone. Such great customer service here every time I come to this location at CCS. Their customer service is so helpful that I asked for the names. When Im at the window with either Laura and Iliana, they are extremely helpful in making sure that whatever is needed it was provided. So I needed to exchange US dollars to Japanese yen for my trip to Tokyo but I totally forgot about it until last minute. My flight is tomorrow! And I heard exchanging money at the airport is expensive!! So I went to couple major banks, but found out ordering foreign currency takes couple days to process. And they charge a fee and shipping separately... BUT this place did it for me in one day! AND without a fee!!! At first, they didnt have any yen at the location, but they called another location which had some and went and got it for me all within 2 hours. I just came back and picked it up! I called so many different places in Orange County trying to find Euros. I messaged Continental Currency and received a very quick response! I let them know how much I needed to exchange and was able to pick up the Euros the same day. I was in and out of the Fullerton location in less than 5 mins. because everything was ready when I arrived. Additionally, they offered a better exchange rate than both Chase and B of A were offering and the banks didn't have same day service. I would have had to go in and order in advance, then go back another day to pick it up. Was very happy with the service I received at Continental Currency. every time I walk in the women who are working always seem bothered to help! today I went in to send money to TJ to my mom, and when I told the lady I was sending money but it was gonna be under someone else's name she got very upset and was like if you don't know the person you shouldn't send the money , you should come back when your ready. First of all, I've done it several times , second of all I did not appreciate the fact that she spoke to me like I was stupid and unaware of what was happening. Third of all , she's always super nosy and didn't even have my name on my file which is very stupid especially knowing that I literally sent money 2 WEEKS AGO. it literally felt like she didn't want to help and wanted me to leave. Do not trust! Unbelievable! I cashed a check here for $200. The lady at the counter said she had to verify my phone number. I've been coming here for 3 years now so I thought that was a little odd. She then called me, with me right in front of her. I told her I don't have my phone physically on me. I have my bosses phone at the moment. She insisted I provide her that number. I told her I couldn't give that number. She kept insisting and so I gave her my bosses number. She then entered my CELEBRITY CLIENTS personal cell phone number and added it to my account. I asked her several times to remove my bosses number and explained to her that I would get in trouble and that I work for a large celebrity. She refused. 15 minutes later I was fired because of this. My celebrity client has since informed their legal team. I can't believe I lost my job over your employees lack of respect for someone else's PERSONAL information. I'm very upset and no longer trust this establishment. This is unacceptable, unprofessional and ultimately YOU cost me my job. read more

I enthusiastically recommend utilizing this business! I had visited or called over ten different check cashing establishments in an attempt to cash two MoneyGram Money Orders that were purchased out of state at a CVS Pharmacy and sent to me by mail. Even though none of the other businesses would help me, the very intelligent and kind young lady went to extreme efforts to assist me. Even though the MoneyGram Money Orders were not showing up on the system, this young lady knew the numbers to call at MoneyGram in order to obtain verification of the Money Orders. Whereas every other establishment never bothered to even pick up the phone or make any simple effort to help me, this young representative diligently made every effort until she had successfully verified the money orders and solved the mystery and then, most importantly, finally cashed the money orders! The young ladies who work here are intelligent, astute, and committed (and have beautiful smiles).
