With morning and several evening classes to choose from you always have a chance to make a class, even with a busy schedule like mine, allowing you to continue reaching and even exceeding your goals. Hugh, the instructor really takes the time to understand your fitness level and goals which allows him to push you where you need to be. In just 6 short weeks (I can believe I'm even saying that) I have lost inches, become much stronger, built muscle, toned up the muscle I thought I had, and have really had a mindset change as well.......I now find myself looking forward to my grueling workouts in the heat because I know it's the one hour of the day I am regaining my confidence and building a strong bond with other people with my same goals in mind. I definitely recommend this camp to everyone, no matter what your fitness level is!

I'm not sure who started putting shards of wood under our children when they play, but I'm over it. We came here on one of the handful of nice weather days weekend down here in Houston. I'm not sure how hot the playground would be during the summer, because a lot of the material here is metal, but I would definitely check it out again!
