True that it is smaller than the other location but it really doesn't matter to me since mainly I spent my time just sitting at somewhere doing nothing. I go to fix my core/posture and gain a little muscle. 8 sessions in, I definitely have more energy and get less fatigued during the day. You will find people from all levels, ages and goals. The trainers will help you modify workouts to your own level. All of the trainers are very motivating, welcoming and hold you accountable. They push you for the full 45 minutes and make sure you're doing the workouts properly. You always come out with a great workout. It is a bit pricey but so worth it if you think long-term.
