They were awful, markedly inferior even to my 8 year old set than I hope to retire. Human voices were entirely muffled, unintelligble; background noise was intolerable. But then the worst was to come. A litany of lies. (Biggest lie was almost laughable. Their rep. saiid that given the package weight and its return destination (they are drop-shipped from Germany to make look precision made, rather than from China) shipping fee would exceed their $365 cost. Actual fact, to return them weighing 8 oz. would cost $10.50, including insurance. These people leech off of elderly people needing health aids,) After a series of a dozen email exchanges AccuHear refused to honor their refund agreement. Offered me up to 60% discount if I kept the damn things. But to me they're useless, even at no cost. And by the way, 30 days later I have since seen them since advertised for $49.00. For me, fortunately PayPal stepped in a forced a refund. Avoid this company like the plague.

She reviewed previous hearing aids and gave my mother a full exam. After she reviewed the whole examine and made sure my mother understood what was going on with her hearing (which was declining) She offered us a new innovated pair of hearing aids that are rechargeable, and connect with her phone. April did not rush us out once she fitted my mother with her new devices. She had so much patience, answered every question. April made an appointment for the next day to make sure the devices were working and fitting well. The following day we were late to our scheduled appointment, April went above beyond and stayed in the office and again patiently listened to my mothers concerns adjusted sound and fittings she did not rush. . April is a gem!! Audible Hearing should acknowledge such greatness within their company. When I woke this morning not feeling well, it was too early to call so I responded to the same text that I confirmed my appointment on. Then I read that I need to call them to cancel. I said that I would just go. I go and they tell my that I wanted to reschedule. I said I did send you that text but no one responded,so I should up at my appointment. The lady who was originally so nice, turned into a Karen insisted that she responded to my text, with a text. I showed her my text and she said that I must have erased it by mistake. I said, really? It says that you take walk-ins so why do I need to make an appointment? She replied, because you do! Terrible business attitude! I said thanks but no thanks!
