I received a bill two years ago, called Fire department billing office explaining ambulance had refused to take me to John Muir, (in our county and the only hospital on my insurance) and was assured it would be taken care of. Then suddenly a collections agency contacted me. But thankfully, we have Yelp where us patients can finally be heard. Thank you, Yelp! I walked in and security advise me what to do. Empty everything in a bucket and walk through the metal detector. The police officer was nice and told me where to go. The lady at the first window helped me. I forgot her name but she was amazing. Answered all my questions and provided the clarification I needed. The only thing sucks is I have to wait maybe a month or two until I receive the ticket to even do anything about it. Other than that, hopefully I'll never have to come here again, lol. While I entered, a lot of people were leaving due to jury duty. The establishment was nice and clean, very quiet. Had chairs to sit but I mostly wandered around.
