Why not at least have someone go thru the line and answer basic questions. There was one lady who didn't fill out the mail label. Instead of 'from' label part being completed first, she did the 'To' part first. An easy mistake to make. One guy was sending an overnight letter, he could not fill out the form correctly. English was not his primary language. One lady had a problem with her P.O.Box key. All the above would have reduced the wait time. The problem is NO ONE cares. They are a virtual monopoly. The ONLY way, I've found to get in and out quickly is to go early in the morning before the line starts. Unfortunately, that's not always possible.

Their entrance is open that no limit of customers lining up. No lunch break close. Normal working hours easy to follow. After not even a wait, they kept telling us sorry for us to wait. I guess thats considered "close" living in Charlotte. I came here to return a Shein order. My package was for "scan and drop off" but I didn't have it sealed and needed to buy tape. The Post offices I've been to usually sells tape and various other packaging items inside but this location did not. The mail lady was kind enough to staple my package shut and applied the shipping label over the staples to seal it off more.
