It's not easy working with the elderly & Disabled. Nick never made us feel like a problem. He didn't get frustrated. He made us laugh. I have yet to receive a return phone call or email, despite my numerous phone calls and email. Nothing about a solution, cost, or the 80' of cable left in my sewer line. Worst customer service ever. Luckily, I found a company that is very professional, great with communication, and replaced my broken sewer line within days of my first call. He was super friendly and even though he was a little late our home isn't easy to find!! He came in and got right to work! Luckily it was just a loose wire which was running against the fan.
