Found a Groupon deal for an oil change to this place since my wife's car went out of warranty never had anyone touch the car since the dealer. So after the first oil change a few weeks later a car light would come on to add a quart of oil so I brought it back and they topped it off but it kept doing that every once in a while so instead of driving all the way back we'd add a quart our selves then we started with overheating issues and power issues *Transmission Malfunction Light* I popped the hood one day to show my buddy since he knows a little about cars right away he's like you have an oil leak on the oil canister so I'm like no one has touched this car but the oil change shop so I brought it back for another oil change and told the shop owner that its leaking from the oil canister, I know that a new filter comes with a new canister o ring since I checked with the dealer but apparently the shop mechanic didn't replace it. I told the owner he had me go back and talk with the mechanic I showed him where it was leaking but he tried to feed me some bs about leaking from the head on these cars but I'm like it's leaking from here since the last oil change and having Transmission Malfunction since last oil change. The guy said they'd clean the oil mess which they didn't but I verified and it wasn't leaking from the o ring again. Then we dealt with the Transmission Malfunction light issues had a transmission shop look at it and it ended up being that it was misfiring he said somebody sabataged the car by breaking a sparkplug coil since it wasn't making contact wedged a peice of metal between the coil and spark plug for it to make contact. The shop gave me the broken parts and additional peice of metal and said I don't know who did this but the car is driving like a charm. Long story short by my experience with this oil change shop it reminds of of those oil change scam shop where they break shit to get more money out of you never again. read more

I'm usually very skeptical about mechanics because there are many that are corrupt and only have an interest in income. These guys, however, are very honest, genuine and really do care about what it is they do. I've gone to them twice, once to fix my breaks and once to fix an oil leak. For the brakes they were straight forward in saying there was no issue, got a slight adjustment free of charge. The fix of the oil leak was quick, easy and not expensive at all. I appreciate their honesty, and the great service they provide and their genuine interest in the wellbeing of a customers experience. 10/10 service read more

What a great place ! I was referred by some family friends and was glad to bring my car to CCC. My warranty just expired and my days of free service at the dealership have come to an end. Upon arrival at CCC I was greeted by the owner (who also works on cars) and even without an appointment was able to get a diagnosis (problem with cooling system) and a quote that same day. Had the problem fixed and was out the door the next day as we needed to order a part from the dealership. I was even called/text about when the car would be ready and they were very professional and timely about it. They even showed me the part that they replaced and pointed out where the problem was. I came in to what I thought was an engine problem but the owner Vilius since he is very knowledgeable person when it comes to cars was able to fix the issue instead of charging me extra for unnecessary parts and labor (like other shady shops). Being a woman is hard to find a place that there not trying to scam you!! I am very busy with work and I had stressed that a quick fix was important to me. The owner assured me that he would do everything that he could to meet my needs.
