Went to Quincy location this past weekend. I cant understand the logic of having sign in kiosks in the lobby when there is a very capable receptionist sitting in the corner on her phone doing nothing. A sick woman came in and couldnt sign her self in and the receptionist had an attitude of her having to do the work. People come in because they are sick and haing to answer multiple questions in the state they are in makes no sense to me. I've never been to an urgent care, despite the reviews on here I gave it a shot. This location was pretty clean. It was smooth check-in process, if you are good with smartphone apps they have an app (it's called Solv.). you can download to see your wait time, who's ahead of you. I made an appointment because of my symptoms and it's Memorial Day 5/26/25 so my usual go to clinic is closed. The doctor could not figure out why I have been sick since last Wednesday 5/21/25; only diagnosed me with nausea and prescribed anti-nausea medication and they referred me back to my Primary Care Physician for further diagnosis/consultation. I only paid $22.00 but it depends on what insurance you have. It was cheaper than going to ER for $100.00. read more

Went to convenient Md. , I've been there before loved the care I got. So I go because I was very sick. Some type of allergy or cold gone bad. My copay is $15 there. All I had was $6 I didn't have anymore money on me. I've been there before like I said and they always billed me for copayment. This time nope. I was standing there so sick and they refused to see me. So much for Convenient MD. I will never go there again. read more

They were GREAT!! Just returned after I walked in 10 minutes before closing on a Sunday night. Saw the PA, Matt - and he was WONDERFUL! Great attitude and was amazing with my sliced finger, that wouldn't stop gushing blood. He was so calm, and really helped me feel more relaxed. I left with the surgical foam and a splint and it felt better right away. Also had a tetanus shot and the guy that gave it to me was awesome. I've had several shots over the past few years (COVID, etc) and seriously, this guy was the best. It didn't hurt at all. It was my second visit to this place and both experiences have been very good. Brought my 94 year old grandfather here. Receptionist refused to help us sign in and only told us to use the tablets out front even after we explained that the system was not working properly. She was rude and unprofessional, I would not recommend coming here. read more

You'll need to stand in the Cold!!! Visiting the area and got there at 7:40am on Sunday morning. Tried the door, it opened so my son and I walked in and sat down for 12 minutes. I thought, how nice of the organization to open the waiting room so people didn't have to wait in the cold, we had some place to be later in the am. That didn't last long!! The desk person all of a sudden walked in from the back and looked at us like we had broken in!! Then efficiently marched us out of not only the first door, (where she could of locked us out of the main office) but back into the cold through the second door!!! Had to go to to another urgent care to actually receive care after being told there was nothing they could do. I was only seen for 4 minutes, shrugged off and sent home. I understand they are not an ER but the NP who saw me didn't offer any type of solution or even at home remedies to make my symptoms more manageable. I'm sure I'll get a bill for a few hundred for breathing their air though. read more

This location is not actually open until 8 pm. They stop seeing patients "when the provider says so". Second time we have been shut out before closing for simple ailments that actually need a healthcare professional. Tonight--conjunctivitis. Gets no easier. read more

No exaggeration; I have called them 3 times a day for the past 5 business days. No one has ever picked up the phone. I sent them a message via their online portal; no response. Called their "Corporate Office" and was told they would send them a message to call me back immediately; still no call. This is regarding a very time sensitive legal matter and they are just brushing it off and ignoring it. I googled them see that they still have open business hours. I also looked on google maps and it seems as if they haven't moved or closed down. No excuse for this. Just called again and the gentleman on the phone said "Quincy is a really busy clinic and that's why no one has answered the phone." It's just illogical to say that; lets use common sense here. I've called 5 times a day for over a week and no one has answered their phone, not even once. These excuses may work on some but this is ridiculous. How on earth do they get any business done? So I'm going to use common sense again and surmise that they have a huge management issue and are understaffed and overbooked; or both. These Urgent Care patient mills run on the mantra of quantity over quality and only care about their bottom line. If they can't handle their patient load, do something about it. You are destroying the Hippocratic Oath. Since this is regarding medical care - or lack there of - I have to escalate this through the appropriate channels. Unacceptable. I think I've called this location 5-6 times already and each time I get a receptionist that says they will "try to call me back" why try? Every time I am there they have at LEAST 7 nurses / clinical support in the back on their phones or laughing up a storm but claim they can't handle the amount of patients they get... not being able to call people back is a huge problem. I am going to have to go in person today and refuse to pay a copay to be seen because that's the only way I'll get someone's attention this point. read more

Nurses and nps are great but the waiting room experience is horrible. If you make an "appointment" online you will still need to wait hours behind all the walk ins. On my visit today i waited 3 hours only to be told they had already called my name. I was sitting in the waiting room listening and they had not called me. Will never return. read more

Although the PA-C advertised having Xray ...in Quincy on site they had no technician...they recommended I drive to Pembroke which I chose not to do...to this date the following Monday from that Friday they still have no X-ray technician on site...when I called Pembroke I was told I needed to start the process over because I refused to drive to Pembroke on Friday and be charged again. Avoid if possible. I had a billing issue after visiting this clinic in July. I called on multiple occasions and discussed the issue with the corporate office, and was told the manager of this location (Michelle) had to be the one to rectify the issue. I continued to call and raise the issue and each time was told that the manager would call me directly. She never did. After several months and many phone calls it became clear the manager was ignoring my issue. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I will not be visiting this location again and will not recommend it to local friends and family. read more

They refused to see me because it was an hour before closing. I worked a 12 hour shift that started at 6 am and then drove an hour to be refused service. If this is an actual policy it should be stated clearly on the online hours so people like me don't waste their time. There was one person in the waiting room and it did not appear busy. When I asked for a manager or someone higher to talk to they told me to leave. When I asked for an email/number to use to complain to owners/corporate they threatened to call the police. They told me they don't do labs for LabCorp even though they are listed as a LabCorp facility and I've had LabCorp labs done at other locations. When I said I also would like STD testing which it says you do on the website and could also draw the LabCorp labs they said they can't do labs because they close in an hour. If I owned this facility and witnessed this interaction they would be fired immediately. read more

The most unprofessional healthcare clinic I've ever been to. I schedule for a covid testing today and when I got there they were closed. Why would you schedule people if they you were about to close. Even if it was a last minute decision, you should still contacted people that were scheduled?!?!? The customer support on the phone was also very unprofessional and rude. If you need a PCR covid test to travel internationally, this is the place to go. They test every day and you get your results in less than 24 hours. All the info you need to be able to fly to your destination is on your test results. We needed to have our test done on Saturday and were able to get appts on that day after I found out CVS did not provide the test that we needed to travel. We were there for less than an hour, staff was very nice. read more

Went in because of breathing issues and was turned away almost immediately because I suffer from anxiety. They did not even attempt to examine me, not even the use of a stethoscope. Just said go see a psychiatrist, as though the fact that I am not able to breathe for minutes at a time is something I am imagining. I have an MA and am employed by a very reputable, billion dollar NGO-- I am not mentally unstable, dumb or confused for that matter. I feel I was dismissed and labeled a mental case simply because I am a black woman. My concerns weren't taken seriously at all.The so-called doctor told me to "go advocate for myself with my PCP." And apologized for not being able to help me. Again, no exam, not even a stethoscope to hear my lungs. Nothing. This place is horrible. If you are a person of color or a person who has any mental health issues,I'd stay far away. read more

My wife went in this morning, they left her out in the rain after they opened the shade at 8:00. The receptionist was very rude and was on her cell phone while she was trying to check in. The receptionist took her insurance card and license and sneezed on it an and then wiped her nose on it. Stay away. read more

I've been to this location twice now (during pandemic) and both times I got exactly the treatment I needed and quickly. Waited probably 10 minutes each visit (once Sunday, once Saturday - not covid related). They seemed to be well organized and friendly and the docs were courteous and answered all my questions. All around I'm very happy with how I was treated there. I would definitely return and would highly recommend. read more

Called 6 times on the way to ensure I could be treated and the phone was never picked up. Get there and explain my symptoms, asking for an IV which is clearly marked as a service all over their website, and get told they don't have the ability to do an IV drip at any point. Mind you that this was at 6pm, well within business hours, with no wait and no one else there. It was not too busy, the staff was too lazy. Don't waste your time here. read more

I go today 12/23 for my appointment and they tell me that they are booked for the day and can't see me. They acted as if I was bothering them. This is unacceptable. I walked in to convenient MD with URI symptoms, complained of sharp chest pain and I had a fever at the time of my visit even after taking ibuprofen. Those are grounds for a chest x-ray I thought.. the provider diagnosed me with an upper respiratory infection and an ear infection, even though I got my ear looked at the day before at my place of work and it was totally fine. I was sent me on my way with antibiotics. Seemed liked he had more important things to do than waste his time on me.. over the past three days my cough got worse. I was seen at Health express and within 20 minutes they added me checked in, chest x Ray, and breathing treatment...found that I had pneumonia. And get this... my ears looked GREAT! This is absolutely unacceptable. I am a healthy 24-year-old. the symptoms were right in front of his face. I will never go into this place again. read more

Worst experience. Unprofessional. The medical asst was the care provider, physician asst came in to say bye after 1 hour and 20 min wait and never came in prior to ask/assess why I was there. Based it all off the medical assistant. If they charge my insurance for a doctor's visit then it will be fraud - only saw a medical assistant. No nurse. In a real facility, the physician would come in assess, order what is needed and come back. Heard the receptionist tell a customer who thought he had an infected toe that was very painful that he should go get a pedicure at a nail salon to fix the problem that they do not "see that kind of thing". I was shocked as a nurse to hear a receptionist tell a pt with a possible toe infection to go to a local nail salon to remove an ingrown nail and "should fix the problem" before assessing it and that "she has done that in past and it worked". Horrible place. I told the person with toe issue to go down the street to Beth Israel urgent care who would actually help him. Soap dispenser and paper towel dispenser in bathroom broken - could not wash hands or dry them. No wonder waiting room was empty. read more
