I even have one of their relay towers within 500 feet of my home, and in the beginning the service was decent. Over time, however, the connection slowed significantly. When I called customer service, they upgraded me at no extra cost, but only after I asked. I found it frustrating that they don't automatically extend available upgrades to loyal customers. Their policy seemed to be that you have to complain or ask before they offer improvements--even if your service is struggling. That didn't make sense to me from a customer service standpoint. In the past year, the issues have gotten worse. Video meetings often cut out or force me to turn off my camera because of poor connection speed. I've spent countless hours troubleshooting and calling customer support, but nothing has resolved the problem. I finally tested a new internet option and was shocked at the difference: four times the speed at half the cost. When I called to cancel Unwired, they didn't even try to keep me as a customer--they simply admitted their product wasn't the best available and let me go. My advice: Before signing up with Unwired, research other options. It doesn't take long to find better internet service at a much better price.

    Every time I go to this location, there is a problem that ends up costing me money! On a previous…read morevisit, I was talked into the "free" wifi trial. After returning it during the free trial, I discovered that not only did the employee not return it correctly, they gave it to another customer and continued to charge me! The "free trial" ended up costing me $150! My last encounter with this location was because I was trading in a phone. I had already traded in 3 of the 4 lines on my plan at a different location with no problems. The employee at the Patterson location who helped me told us that there was a FREE case and screen protector included as well as a FREE additional line "for being a loyal T-mobile customer." She assured me that there would never be any charges associated with the additional line. After finishing my transaction, I looked at my receipt to find that I had been charged $35 for the activation fee for the "free" line! At this point, the manager got involved. She informed me that there was no way to reverse the charge but that she would give me a $50 credit. I was upset, but since there was nothing else that could have been done, I accepted it and left. The following day, I discovered that I was actually charged over $80 for the "free" case and screen protector! I was in disbelief! I immediately called the store and spoke with the manager, who apologized and said she would talk to the employee. I went back to the T-mobile store and returned the case and screen protector. A few weeks later, I received my T-Mobile bill. Imagine my frustration when I discovered that I was being charged $70 for the "free" additional line! I was livid! I promptly called the store to speak with the manager, who told me that she would personally handle my issue. Upon arrival, I reminded her about our previous encounter and told her about the issue. She hastily tried to pass me off to another employee. I insisted that she honor her word to personally handle the situation. She still had the other employee call and have the line canceled while she just stood there! Meanwhile, there were other customers waiting to be helped that were being ignored. I was perplexed as to why it took 2 people to make one phone call. After it was done, the manager told me that the promotion with the free line was expired at the time that it was given to me! I asked her why she, as the manager, was not aware of that when she gave it to me? She had no answer. The aforementioned issues are not the only issues I've had at this location. Every time I try to give this location another chance, they continue to disappoint. I now have to drive 35 miles from my home in order to conduct my business with T-mobile if I want it done correctly!

They do have new people, which I did have to wait a while for…read moreeverything to get set up but super nice people, not only do they explain things throughly they also made sure I left with more for my buck!! I've been with sprint for 14 years so migrating over was also challenging but this team made sure I was fully supported and gave me the best advise to make the transition easier. Customer service kept giving me the go around but overall store experience great!!

She canceled her cable because she wasn't even in the house she was with us and we were taking care of her trying to keep her alive, the cable company DIRECTV decided they would reinstate it without even letting her know she was not there at the house and still till this day is not there at her house and they're trying to charge her $185 telling her if she doesn't pay it that she's just gonna accrue more charges. We are taking this to Corporate and she will not be paying a bill for SeRvice that she had already canceled. They are the most awful company and they do not treat their elderly people good at all I want this to go viral my next stop is the news station

I hate spectrum too but i may just go back there or drop tv service and just stream. I coukd give you an hour on how when we moved DTV told us to take the equipment and call for free installation after the move. 3 install apps, 3 excuses why they couldn't install for 3 months then a bill foe 3 months of service followed by a bill for 400 for failure to return equipment they told me to take wuth me for later installation. The good part was after all was said and done and I owed them nothing the facts revealed they owed me money. Got a hefty gift card and a deal from the local canke company instead. Got new phoneshere in Ohio, took the ATT DTV bundle. Service - Poor. Cost High. Decision timeI. ​
