This is a regular occurrence, just like my driving away from the drive through is regular. If I can place my order quickly and pull up the the drive through quickly, should I have to wait 7-7 minutes? No. The employee stands there and waits for food to come to them. Could they greet the customer and give them an expectation of their wait time? Yes, but they don't. It's fast food. It shouldn't take that long. I got the double burger tray that comes with an array of choices for two sides and a drink for $4.99. To add cheese and tomato it's a small up charge. I had the onion rings and corn dog for sides. Which I have to say, they as well as the burger were pretty tasty! Now for the reasoning for two stars...this place was filthy. This isn't dirty like after a rush of business, this is long term sticky and just plain nasty. I put my arm on the half wall leading to the register to order and had to peel my skin off of it. It was like it was covered in two sided tape. The area between the drink machines was covered in crumbs and dust of some sort. There was a large floor mat in front of the employee entrance to the kitchen and water was running out of the kitchen, soaking the mat and puddled a good two feet out past the mat into the dining room. Can you say lawsuit? All the tables were covered in crumbs and the table tops were sticky. Made me wonder if this place doubled as an adult theater after closing. Take my advice, sit outside. They offer cheap food. We were there over lunch. We received our orders in a normal time frame. We had to make several trips to the register for additional condiments. All mustard, ketchup, mayo, bbq sauce are behind the counter. There was one young kid working the front. He was busy taking orders and had no time for anything else. We waited several minutes to get the items that should have been given to us wit the orders. Food was cold by the time we were able to eat. I really dislike this chain. You have to dig to get your order correct. Who hands out a bbq sandwich with no bbq sauce. Who hands you a burger or corn dog with out asking if we need anything to go with our foods. Very inexpensive place to eat and take a few minutes for them to cook your food but it is fresh. If you go after a dinner rush then be prepared to see stuff stacked everywhere and no one cleaning. Wow, I don't even know where to start. I guess first off the prices are low so I don't feel that I lost too much money, but other than that the food was pretty lacking. I ordered the BBQ sandwich, but there was no BBQ on it, which makes little sense to me. The meat resembled canned cat food with much regret I took one bite and immediately spit it out back into the tin foil surrounding the burger. Not to mention wrapping hot food items in tin foil makes them soggy. My girlfriend ordered a crispy chicken honey mustard wrap and a peach shake. To my surprise they were both terrible. The shake was grainy and felt like they didn't clean the shake mixer before-hand and mixed peanut butter or something in with the peach. They gave me four tiny onion rings, they took a half of a burger patty and cut it in half for my quesadilla, my DOUBLE cheeseburger cheddar style was two halves of a regular patty cut in two that didn't even cover half of the burger bun. One of the newer restaurants in Fort Oglethorpe, GA. This fast food chain serves fresh and tasty hot dogs, hamburgers, and chicken sandwiches. They also have chicken nuggets, BLTs, etc. The food is good and the prices are reasonable. Recently I visited this new location. Friendly staff. The place was very clean and the staff kept busy making sure it stayed that way. Today, I had a couple of their BLTs and some onion rings. The BLTs ($.99) had plenty of bacon with fresh lettuce and tomatoes. Their BLT is served on a hamburger bun. If you want it toasted, you have to ask for it when you order. Price of food is not bad, but the custmor service is lacking. We are not from this area so we are unfamiliar with this fast food restaurant. Recently we stoped for lunch. My son ordered a hamburger with ketchup and mustard. The cashier had no issues ringing it up. Next, I ordered the same hamburger, the cashier rudely responded with an eyeroll " what do you want on it?" I replied "ketchup and mustard" she rolled her eyes again and told me all the hamburgers were served plain and if I wanted ketchup and mustard I could put that on myself.....she then told me I could puck from the list of condiments on the menu but insisted ketchup and mustard were not possible. I then requested lettuce and tomato and I asked her where the ketchup and mustard were located, since I did not see them readily available. She replied I would have to wait for my food then I could ask her for packets.
