Moe's is our favorite burrito location. We've tried the more popular chain a few times and much prefer Moe's. Portion sizes have always been larger and the taste is much more to our liking. This location didn't disappoint in that aspect. But where they really went above and beyond was how they treated my elderly parents. My mother got a quesadilla and was about to start eating when an employee walked by, saw her with the quesadilla and... said he'd be right back. He came back with a knife snd proceeded to cut it into small portions to make it easier for her to eat. They refilled drinks for them, saying we deserved to sit and enjoy our meal with them and they would take care of that. Beyond impressed. Quality was excellent. The cleanliness of the restaurant was excellent. But the service was absolutely outstanding. Definitely recommend. read more

I'm in the Fort Oglethorpe store two to three times a week. I went in on November 25th. around 1:00. i saw the sign no lettuce. just joking I said I'd run down to the grocery store and get some for them. the guy said if you won't it that bad go get it.and not nicely either. I was the only one in line. he had a big stacks of pick up orders he was working on.being on my lunch break I ask him if I was going to have to wait on him to fill all the orders before he waited on me. he said yes. I told him to forget it and I won't be back. he was clearly having a bad day and took it out on me. like I said I was a good customer in there two to three times a week. no more. read more

I do Like Moes. But some items gave been deleted from the menu. No more iced green tea. No more yummy taco shells. No more green salsa. And the dressing is different. Did not like the vinaigrette. This location does not have tables outside. Otherwise, everything else is the same. All the groovy menu names are gone. Just not going to eat there anymore without the green tea, green salsa or taco shells. All my faves. read more

So we are regulars here. It's moes-they yell at you to welcome you because they are forced too. The staff is always changing. They aren't particularly friendly. The store is always clean. They make great salads for $9. They have grilled veggies and pretty yummy salsa Verde. It's fast food but it works for us. We typically dine in just because. If you aren't familiar they offer tacos, burritos, salads, these stack things (Erin's choice). You get chips and salsa for free with your meal. You can customize your toppings like rice, beans, salsa, cheese, veggies, sauces, guac and queso. Nothing is over $10. I like that the place is always clean. If the staff was friendly I'd give them a higher score... It seems like they all hate their jobs. read more

I've been to this Moe's several times. There always seems​ to be customers but you get through the line quickly. The employees are friendly and efficient and seem familiar with the menu and options. Not every table is cleaned immediately, but when they have a lot of customers the employees are working the line. I've always found a clean table to sit at. The food is above average, especially considering how quickly you get it. The steak is seasoned nicely and tender. All the meats, and tofu, look fresh. The rice is cooked perfectly, not mushy and not hard. Even considering it is cooked ahead of time it comes to your plate done right. All the vegetables are fresh cut and crisp. Nothing seems like it has sat out​ all day. They even fry their chips, so they are about as fresh as you can get. The portions for each dish are generous without making you feel stuffed if you eat it all. For drinks, they have the Coke million possible combination dispensers. You can always find something to go with whatever you order. You'll need a drink for some of the salsas! The 4 horsemen is my favorite. Definite heat with a ton of flavor. I eat way more than I should. The Carolina reaper is supposed to be hotter, but I don't agree. It's still definitely hot but in a different way than the 4 horsemen. The heat takes longer to build but hangs on longer too. The mild Chipotle is also very flavorful and a great compliment to any vegetarian dish if you don't want a lot of heat. Moe's hands down has the best salsa. I look like a crazy person when i come here because i get like 6 containers of salsa, because it's that good :) today i came for lunch right before their lunch rush started, and ordered the earmuff i.e rice bowl with half chicken and steak, all the veggies, and everything was just like i remembered it. Very fresh and delicious. I also ordered a side of queso because yolo :) I love ordering the earmuffs because it's large enough to last 2 meals for me, and everything came out of be about $9 so that's winning for me. read more

We've been twice and enjoyed it. The food was really good, I love the assembly line for "Mexican" food so you pick everything you want. You also pay extra for things like guac, which is crappy to me. At the end it's pretty expensive. But yummy. Gotta take it down a notch. It's just too expensive. We went again a week ago, and for two kids and two adults to spend 45 dollars on tacos... nope, just too much. The food is literally just okay, it's really not any better than going through a taco bell drive thru. Guac, cheese dip, sour cream, literally everything is extra. Love Moes, especially because I once worked for Moes. The food is alright at this location. But you definitely have to ask several times to have them add on more food. The portions they put on are very skimpy. Otherwise the food is tasty, salsa is always fresh. Place is normally clean, and the servers could use a little more excitement to be working. Love moes. The people here are so sweet! However something has changed with the food. They now use only dark meat chicken?? I cannot stand dark meat chicken. Also on this visit another patron carried off my cheese dip and they went and retrieved it and brought it back and gave it to me...from their plate. Didn't even offer a new one. read more

We had never been to Moe's before and thought it would be a decent place for some "somewhat" healthy food around here. The place was clean. We told the first person that was helping us that we've never been here before so we need some help. We told him again during the conversation that we've never been here before. He sent us to the person to pay and we had questions for her as well. She was no help at all. The food to me was not worth what they charged. Qdoba restaurants are much better in my opinion. Would I go back? Maybe. But not for a while to many other good restaurants to choose from. read more

i'm back again, friends! so today, my papa & i went to Moe's. we were in the mood for some "healthy mexican" haha. once we got there, there was an assortment of burritos, quesadillas, & tacos! i decided to get this loaded quesadilla. on it, i got lettuce, chicken, pinto beans, & brown rice. here's a tip, if you get a quesadilla, you NEED to put their queso dip on it because it gives it this extravagant flavor... something i can't describe in words! anyway, the service that my papa & i experienced was very good. at the end, there was this man who was really funny & made me laugh. It was ok couldn't rate it 5 stars because they did not re wrap the burrito after it busted. Overall good, servers were moderately fast liked the free wifi it took awhile to clean up messes by the trash cans soda machines were nice overall a good place to eat. read more

We ate here today. What a joke. It was our first time at a Moes and we told that to the guy who asked what we wanted. He said "it's fairly easy" and then just looked at us. Lol. It was so awkward. He didn't even know how to explain the restaurants concept or how to proceed! The little girl at the register today was so intent on flirting with the cook and the guy in the back that she didn't know where she was! The tables and floors under the tables were all so nasty where people had dropped food that we ate at the handicap table and put napkins down. The food was ok. Not good not bad. We will not return.
