She said 4 min bc they where out of something but after 10 min it was still not ready and at that point when i confronted everyone the told me I could take something else. The rest of the food had already been sitting for 10 min. This is not okey in any way and this really ruined our night. We did not get an apology and it says in the app our order was done at 8.08pm but that is just bullshit. As you can see in the picture we was still standing there at 8.23 pm.

Sometimes this popular location can get quite busy, especially on weekend evenings. So, we take that into account, take some deep breaths, and remain patient. Most of the servers are polite, and genuinely work hard for the tips they deservingly earn. I think that the parking lot needs to be power washed more often, as it's usually dirty. I'm glad that I don't have to walk on it. Be aware that it can get loud here on weekends, as some customers "share" their music with the entire premises.
