Workers were busy but waiting for 45 minutes for a sub is unacceptable. I told them I had to leave but already had gotten a drink and the person in charge said not a problem, the drink is on us. When I went to pay, she charged me for the drink. I don't know how the food was, just that the service was poor. read more

Placed a $100+ order online when we bought lunch for everyone at work. You'd think it'd be pretty hard to get an order wrong when everything is listed in detail (toppings, bread type, etc.), but not only did they get half the order wrong, when arrived to pick up the order at the time they specified, they made us fill my own (catering sized) drink containers. While filling my to-go jug of sweet tea, they ran out and when a staff member was asked for assistance she replied "I'm too busy to help you." Take your hard earned money elsewhere, folks. I'm a sucker for good marketing and I was sucked right in with the promo pic for the Southwest Chicken Grill. I ordered online and my food was ready as promised when I arrived. The succulent chicken slices, bacon, provolone, and southwest sauce melded together so well. The added avocado spread cooled it off just right. I wish I would've opted for the 7.5" inch versus the 5" inch because it was so good and I was craving more. I've been a fan of Lenny's long before today. I have never tried Lenny's so when we went home this was a place I had to try. I hate to say it, but I was very disappointed. I called in our order so I wouldn't have to wait too long since it was peak lunch time. I was quite surprised when I walked in and no one was inside except for the employees and one table of guests. I paid and filled our glasses and was caught back by how nasty the drink station was. I understand how busy it can get during the lunch rush, but there was no one inside so I didn't see any reason why there should drinks spilled all over the counter, empty containers for condiments, trash all over the counter, and dirty tables. (Maybe the lunch rush happened to leave immediately before I drove up). When I got home and started eating my sandwich I was not pleased with the taste. My roast beef dip sandwich tasted old. It was warm but tasted like it had been made and left out for a while. I called in our order and drove the 5 minutes down the street to pick it up so I cannot understand why it tasted so bad. I had such praise paid for their sandwiches so I was highly disappointed. I can honestly say I might try to give it another chance and redeem themselves but not 100% sure. read more

I will never eat here again. I was in here tonight shortly before closing and as my food was being prepared I looked into the back and saw some kid about age 9-11 playing in the cooking area. You can see in to the back through the front. I told the girl making my sandwich that I couldn't believe y'all allow kids in the cooking area just playing. She told the kid to get out but he didn't. He was leaning on a table that food is cooked on. I asked if my food was cooked back here and I was told that no, that is where the tuna is usually prepared. It was a large cutting board looking table that the kid was leaning on and playing on. He was also standing in a chair doing something. I am going to call tomorrow and complain to the store manager and I am going to try and find a number for a corporate office and call them also. Granted there was only about 20 minutes left before the store closed and I am sure this was an employees kid but this is a major, major offense. No customer should ever see this happening. What if someone walked in last minute and wanted a tuna sub? Just from the feeling I get about the place I seriously doubt this table would have been wiped down after the kid was playing on it. Oh and one more thing. I have been here a lot. Though tonight was my last night in here I heard something I have honestly head the last 5 times I have been in here. Seriously the last five times I have been in here I have heard an employee tell a customer we are out of that bread. I know because I have been the customer told that at least twice. Last night the girlfriend and I had decided to come to Lenny's for dinner because we had a coupon for a free sandwich with the purchase of another and a soft drink. We arrived to the establishment about 45 minutes before they were closing and they already had put all the chairs up on the tables which was a bit odd, but otherwise the establishment was very clean. I ordered the Philly cheese-steak sandwich and the lady a turkey sandwich. They were very detailed about how we wanted our sandwiches prepared and they were prepared in a timely fashion. A few others had come in while we were eating at a booth, so they took the chairs at the tables back down (I guess they were thinking of closing early that night and then got some business). The sandwich quality was certainly better than anything you are going to get at a subway; the ingredients were fresh and the sandwiches were very flavorful. It is the purpose of a coupon to help generate business for an establishment and create new repeat customers, and I would say that they succeeded, as I will probably come back. read more

The lady who owns this one is very nice, but her workers and rude, do not listen, and take their little office politics out on the customers...especially the obese gal at the counter.
