I returned to check again and got a deep sigh and rolling eyes (mind you, it's been over 40 minutes at this point). They checked with their cook and he hadn't even started it. We were headed to airport and needed to get going, so when I pressed for an ETA he grumbled it'd be 5 minutes at most.
