When I walked in the smell of freshly baked cookies was in the air! Smelled sooo good. This store had some interesting flavor of cookies but I did not try any due to my nut allergies just wanted to be on the safe side. This is a cute spot which has some tables and chairs inside. It's a good place to enjoy your cookie, coffee or and do work. The employee who helped me was very nice and helpful. I ended up getting a fredo iced cappuccino. It looked pretty and was hoping for it to be good. To me it was not my favorite and did not drink all of it. But If you are a cookie lover I definitely suggest coming here.
Having cookie cravings??? This is a MUST have spot! The love put into this place really shines through, the quality of the cookies, shakes and other menu items are unique. The customer service is 10/10. You can have your cookies warmed up and have them right on the spot & if they don't have your cookie of choice on display they can make it for you!!!!! I brought my daughter here and we tried out a few items and they all were unique but most importantly not sweet. I don't know how they do it but it was perfection. We started off with a gorilla cookie with is massive it's cut into 7 hefty pieces that are easy to pull apart & share. The cookie itself is thick, has milk chocolate but so good. We love milk shakes so we tried a vanilla which is classic exactly what you would expect & we also tried the iced raspberry hot chocolate shake the raspberry flavor really comes through in this one it was a little much for me however if you like raspberries you would enjoy this. The New Yorker is the best cookie over ever had my goodness it's a classic black and white cookie stuffed with cheesecake filling unreal. My daughter fell in love with this cookie right away. We also got a wookie which is a waffle/cookie and it's served with ice cream really good if your looking for a slight crunch taste was not sweet at all everything blended well.
Ordered: So Bueno Cookie (~$5): cookie stuffed with Kinder Bueno chocolate Aya's take: I've been meaning to check out Cookie Crumz for a while and was disappointed that when I finally stop by, they don't have the cookie I want! I think their menu should better indicate that these are rotating flavors or at least have the updated listed of cookies offered that day/week. I went with the So Bueno which was incredibly sweet and dense. I split this cookie with someone and we could barely finish it. Don't get me wrong, it was so bueno (pun intended). Soft, sweet, and loaded with Kinder. My only complaint is that it wasn't warm nor do I know if heating it up is an option as that wasn't offered to me. I'm not crazy about coming back but if I'm in the area and a flavor catches my eye, I would give it a try again.
I'm just not a fan of this place. I don't like flavored cookies, and by the time we got there, mostly everything was gone. Surprisingly, the place was temporarily closed while only one staff member did his business. Then, when the store reopened, we found almost everything gone. Not a good experience
Found Cookie Crumz through TooGoodToGo app, I'm falling in love with their cookies since. I got three cookies which are Taste the Rainbow (Almond cookie stuffed with a colorful Italian rainbow cookie - $4.50), Pear of Oats (nutty oatmeal cookie is stuffed with walnuts, raisins and mouth watering sauted pears - $4.50) and Matchacha (Matcha infused with lavender and white chocolate chips - $4.50). First of all, they are HUGE! Pear of Oats is my favorite cuz I like anything with raisins in it! Lmao. I have tried some other cookies as well. I think Pistachio Passion is another great contender.
Short reviews: Alright cookies saved by excellent curd/jams/fillings. Also on Too Good To Go. Was here after eating at the excellent Chez Olivia nearby. For some reason the photos of the inside look like the other location but this can't be because we definitely didn't walk that far. I guess it doesn't really matter much because they serve the same cookies but I digress. As it was pretty late, they were out of some of the cookies. I went with a Lemon Pop consisting of a citrus poppy seed cookie with orange and grapefruit filled with lemon curd. All of the cookies are around the same price. The outside of the cookie had a pretty good texture but I wasn't a big fan of the inside being a bit too crumbly and not that soft and I found it a bit bland. The flavor was alright but it was immediately saved by the curd inside. Perfectly tart and delicious. Another person had the Pistachio Passion which was a pistachio cookie stuffed with a passionfruit cream and topped with roasted pistachios. The same can be repeated regarding the inside including the excellent filling. In this case, the passion fruit filling was tart and very tasty though I preferred my cookie. The other cookie someone else got was the Apple A La Mood which had a butter oat crust stuffed with apple filling. I tried a bit of this and it was just alright. The filling wasn't as good but I generally prefer more strongly flavored or sour fruits and they liked it. It is a little bit difficult rating this place. The outside of the cookie was good, the layer below was a bit bland, and the filling was in basically all the cookies really good. I almost think they would be better if they were small and more like pie crust cookies or those other mini filled cookies from other places as their delicious filling does most of the work. If these cookies lacked filling, I would probably give them a two or three and wonder where the positive reviews are coming from outside of their eclectic flavors. The fillings and nice service bump it up an extra star.

Stopped in Cookie Crumz to satisfy my sweet tooth and boy did it. The service was pleasant. The shop is modern and gorgeous. There is a small seating area so you can enjoy a cookie or two with their delicious coffee from their coffee bar. I am not a chocolate person but let me tell you, the S'mores cookie was the best chocolate cookie I have ever had in my life. Hands down. The flavors were spot on. The berry cookie oozed a wonderful jelly that had a hint of something I can't quite place my finger on but it was so decadent. I warmed them up for a bit prior to eating to get the full experience and I was left wanting more. So good. Such a treat. I will definitely be back!

I had been once before but couldn't get anything because it was the end of the day and everything they had left I was allergic to. The person I was with bought though. The staff were really nice. Got the smores and cookies n cream today. I was really looking forward to them. They were just ok. Crumbl and chip city are much better. They were very sweet but didn't taste like much. read more

Great place for a delicious snack! Cookies are fresh and there is such a variety of options. When order they pack them so well as to not break any. If by chance I dont finish a cookie I just heat it up in microwave next day for 10 seconds and they are perfect again! read more
My husband and I have been wanting to try these cookies. I came across Cookie Crumz on Instagram and fell in love with the Nutella cookie. Sadly, when we ordered the cookie the woman working there said there was no Nutella. My husband asked why and the woman shamelessly replied "I didn't feel like making it." I was highly disappointed, not only about the cookie, but the response as to why there were no Nutella cookies. She could've apologized that they ran out instead of admitting she was too lazy to make the cookie. Such a poor response and attitude towards customers. We ordered the chocolate chip and cream cookies instead which were absolutely delicious. I highly believe customer service paired with quality food are huge revenue generators. I'd rather go to one of the many other cookie shops in the area that have what the menu says and provides good customer service. read more
Great cookie spot! So many interesting flavors to choose from. One cookie alone is enough to knock me out lol. I've tried their Chunky Dunk (chocolate chip) which was great. Their What the Mel (caramel) was also really good. I tried their Raspberry Hot Chocolate once and it was good, the raspberry flavor wasn't too overpowering. Such a cute little cookie shop! Cookie Crumz has some really big and flavorful cookies. They feel a little like the size of crumbl cookies, but less dense and sugary. We got two cookies- one of the chocolate chip and one of the banana cookie with cookie butter. The banana cookie was so good. It was lightly sweet and tasted like the best banana bread in cookie form. The cookie butter spread in the middle helped tie everything together. I was definitely not supposed to eat the whole cookie before dinner but couldn't stop myself. The chocolate chip cookie was also very solid. I had a bite of my cousin's cookie and it was not too sweet but hit the chocolate sweet tooth pretty well. read more

I have stopped in Cookie Crumz twice so far and both times the staff have been extremely welcoming and helpful. I love Chip City but the limited daily menu doesn't always satisfy my cravings so I was very excited to see a new cookie shop in Astoria. The Smores & Cookies and Crumz cookies were so delicious and I can't wait to come back and try some different flavors. I'm not sure whether they have a heater in-store but it would be a great addition for cookies-on-the-go! read more

One of the best cookie shops in nyc. Screw insomnia and levain. Cookie Crumz is the best. Their pistachio cookie stuffed with passion fruit filling is amazing. Classic chocolate chip is soft and chewy, chock full of chips. read more

Nyc has its share of real good cookie shops.. but this cozy spot tucked in Astoria is simply amazing. Their cookies are moist inside with a nice crusty exterior and the perfect blend of ingredients and be warned these cookies are a bit heavy and full sized . Tried the macadamia nut.. the chocolate chip.. the apple crumb..and this other one with raspberry jam in it each one was simply delicious and made to perfection. The place is extremely clean and well kept. I was taken care by a shaved head body builder type of guy who was really friendly and very helpful in making suggestions. I highly recommend this spot for cookies and great service. There is metered parking in front the store read more

Who isn't a sucker for cookies? There are several cookie shops and bakeries in the area. I tried most of them. But this one here... is by far the best. I'm not gonna the mention the other cookie spot because they are still pretty good. But this one is similar. Same size cookies. Around the same cost. But somehow just better cookies. This will be my new cookie spot. Keep up the good work. read more

So I came here yesterday My coworker suggested it. These days I am sweets girl. I walked in and was greeted by the cashier. I bought the banana cookie and the chocolate dunk .let's just say I didn't regret it. It's not to sweet its just right the best part is the center it's so gooey and yummy. This place is doing it right - Their service is spot on every single time and they have the most friendliest staff. The fact that their cookies are delicious is a bonus, nice and crisp exterior and super moist when you bite into them. I have had cookies all of the city and queens and the flavors that are available in this place are amazing and cater to any sort of craving (options range from banana, s'mores, Nutella, etc) I probably stop by here almost 1-2x a week after I come home for work bc it's that great. Definitely worth trying out and they also have a wide range of coffee options. I tried their iced cappuccino once and it was delish read more

I was looking for an alternative to Chip City, which is hit or miss for me. Thus, I found my way to Cookie Crumz. The interior is chic and beautiful, and there is a wide variety of cookies for sale. The young man behind the counter was very pleasant, so kudos for customer service. Unfortunately, I found the cookies a bit lacking. They were somewhat dry. I was definitely looking for a gooier consistency. I may revisit and update my review depending on which cookies are offered. read more

What a "sweet" place to come! Cookies are delicious with a variety to choose from. We tried the snickerdoodle with vanilla filling and the apple filling cookies and both were wonderful. Also got a hot and cold coffee and both were good! Servers were kind, happy and helpful! read more
I stopped by Cookie Crumz after dinner when I got there there weren't too many cookies left which is understandable since it was late. I got 4 cookies total but I really only enjoyed 2. The banana cookie and the vegan macadamia cookie were great but the others were okay. I would recomend going earlier to get more of a variety to pick from. Staff was great, super friendly and answered any questions we had. read more
