Salted caramel cookies with vanilla! ($7)

SALTED CARAMEL COOKIES!!! Cookie Monstah Truck is usually only in Boston (at the Greenway Carousels) during the weekends in the summer. It's taken me over 7yrs to revisit them again in Boston! I was soooo excited to see them yesterday (Sunday, August 7th) even in the 95° weather! I ordered myself an ice cream sandwich with two salted caramel cookies & vanilla ice cream ($7)! It was absolutely delicious! I LOVE their salted caramel cookies!! Thankfully I was able to order a dozen salted caramel cookies ($28) for pick up on Sunday! They packaged it so nicely for me and I was able to take it back on the plane with me!! Thank you to the Cookie Monstah staff, Valerie, and Peter for helping me make my salted caramel cookie monstah cookie dreams come true!! I can't believe it's been this long since I last had their cookies!! I definitely need to order more cookies online!!! Follow them on IG for up to date schedules!

I found out about this food truck and their bake shops from an online friend of ours who happens to love Cookie Monster even more than me. I checked their website when we arrived to the area for Fourth of July weekend and saw they were out at the Greenway Carousel between Faneuil Hall and the Aquarium on Saturdays and Sundays, so we stopped by there on Sunday Afternoon. My wife and I both shared Red Monstah and Blueberry Buckle Sandwiches. The portions were very large and we could not finish them but our best friend finished his sandwich. Hope to come back and try other options next time in Boston.

Omg... my company has this Food Truck every Thursday and it is DANGEROUS because it is SO GOOD, yet the portions are MASSIVE. This place is known for their ice cream sandwiches, and everything is DELICIOUS. Their cookies and ice cream are incredible, but the portion sizes are massive - I haven't gotten one since I was at college just b/c I know they're so good that I can finish the entire thing. At work, we always have TONS of cookies and ice cream leftover and they leave it for the employees - DELICIOUS. Cookies are huge, and last a long time. If you bring it to your friends, they will love you forever. Seriously though DELICIOUS!

Easy to see, read, and grasp what they're slinging!

We were heading over to the food stalls at Faneuil Hall for a snack before dinner, but upon spotting Cookie Monstah, we never made it there. The truck was near the carousel, which allowed for plentiful seating and some fun people watching while we enjoyed our treats. A food truck that combines two of my favorite things: Cookies and ice cream, there's no way that can't be good! Service was very efficient, and we got in at a good time--a long line formed just after we placed our orders. I went with the salted caramel cookie (who wouldn't?) and Reese's Peanut Butter Cup ice cream, an excellent combination if I do say so myself. Others in the party went with the M&M cookie, or a red velvet ice cream sandwich, which all received top marks from the judges. Should I find myself in Boston again, I would definitely seek this truck out.

These are so good, and the servings are HUGE! Cookies are soft and delicious on their own, put two of them together with ice cream and it's a very filling treat. The one downside to the generous portion size is that on a hot day you can count on it starting to melt on you.

This was just IN.Sane! We visited Boston and left Union Oyster House with some friends to stroll along the Long Wharf. It was a nice very warm evening. We saw the truck and me and my sister ordered 1 cookie, but instead they gave us two! People raved about the Salted caramel, but we were torn between that and chocolate. They didn't want to see us choose so they gave us both! The cookies were AWESOME of course, (moist, chewy, but crisp) but when I went to take a picture, they did the silly pose! Apparently it's an OCD where they HAVE to do that when asked to take a picture. So that's why I don't have pictures of the cookies! Try to (carefully) chase them down when you see them next time!

I went to the Revere Beach International Sand Sculpting Festival where they were tons of food trucks. I tried Cookie Monstah for the first time and got the Slim Shady ice cream cookie sandwich, this consisted of rich vanilla ice cream smushed between two M&M cookies. Fabulous! Surprisingly it didn't melt too much while walking the beach. Staff was patient and friendly. Product was amazing. Price could have been a smidge lower but the truck was absolutely perfect for that event. I definitely recommend to ice cream and cookie lovers.

Wow, that is all I can say. I came out of the Park St station and saw this beautiful truck waiting for me. The guy working was very friendly and helpful. It seemed like a one man show and there was a few people in line, but he was taking care of people quickly. I initially thought the prices seemed high, but then he handed me this massive cookie sandwich. The cookies are fresh and I loved my combination of M&M Sugar with Chocolate Chunk. There were plenty of seats to sit down and enjoy or find a nice spot in the park. I'll definitely be back!

Nothing small here, the Cookie Monstah serves up gigantic ice cream sandwiches made to order. A variety of different cookies and different ice creams in between (or just cookies or just ice cream). I chose the peanut butter cookies and vanilla ice cream. After handing over $6, I was handed a sandwich bigger than my fist. Yuge! I took a few small nibbles while I walked but the rest of it came back to the apartment where I put it in a bowl and ate it with a spoon. Yowza!

Not only is this truck amazingly delicious and fresh, but, what more can one want than it being conveniently located among your daily commute? Cookie Monstah has it all- clever name, delicious ice cream (Richardson farms!), super soft and huge cookies, and very friendly service who ensure your order is taken and received quickly! Favorites: Oreo ice cream, chocolate chip cookie, birthday cookie, s'mores cookie

Delicious pairing with many options. The cookies and the compliment of the ice cream are soo goood!! Overall a delicious treat completely worth it

I like the connivence of the Cookie Monstah food truck! A truck is usually located at dewy square; a very popular and local spot. The employees are very quick and respectful. The price and portion size are well above average. I could share a cookie sandwich with two people. A cookie is priced at $5 whereas any other place in Boston would charge anywhere from $6-8!

The Wicked Good cookie and ice cream sandwich has always looked as fantastic as it sounds! Luckily my limited self control has saved me a thousand times from the cycle of getting too much of it, hating it and then hating myself. I have successfully maintained a healthy relationship between my consciousness and the Cookie Monstah by choosing Cookie N'Cream every time, which is one cookie plus ice cream :P Such an amazing experience to have it! My favorite cookie is no doubt the double chocolate cookie and thus my favorite combination is Cup-O-Joe of double chocolate cookie with coffee oreo ice cream! It tastes just like your sweetest dream!! Have to nominate the double chocolate cookie with mint oreo chip ice cream too. Even in a cold cloudy winter day by the commons, it can still warms your heart!!

We got take out after dark, so I couldn't get any decent food pics, but it was tasty. The Tom Kai soup, with a coconut milk base, was AMAZING! This surprised us in a really good way. It was full of chicken and veggies. The flavor was consistent and deliciously strong. The Tom Yom soup was good-not particularly spicy and full of chicken and mushrooms. The tom yum spice flavor was prominent. We've had better though. The Massaman curry we ordered with chicken and white rice was good. The sauce was flavorful and the quantity was good. The Gai Prow with ground chicken was good. I've had better nearby and this is one of my staples to order. The flavors were good and the quality of the ingredients was good. I would order it again-if I need Thai comfort food. The spiciness was a bit lower than I expected, which was fine for my needs. While waiting, there is a little covered waiting area with a TV, movies playing, and a fake fireplace. It's cute!

Flavor was good with all the dishes, but their drunken noodles was what tanked their rating - there were more veggies than noodles and bunch of oil sitting at the bottom of the container. Their basil fried rice was very delicious- my partner had no complaints about his dish. I wouldn't order the appetizer combo again because the dumplings and egg rolls were just filled with cabbage and lacked flavor. Their crab rangoons were very filled and yummy. I'd eat here again and just order something else, still recommend it to those in the area.

They arrived over an hour past the agreed time and didn't actually get set up until just minutes before service was scheduled to begin. We were told the delay was due to a road race, which I understand things happen. What was more concerning was the lack of professionalism in follow-up conversations after the event. There was little acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused, and no real sense of accountability or willingness to make things right. Instead, the tone came across as dismissive, even going so far as to emphasize how successful their business is and how our business as a customer was not needed, which felt inappropriate given the situation. Delays can be understandable, but how a business handles them, especially afterward, is what really matters.
