    Some flavors and prices (menu).

Local ice cream place with lots of flavors. The people working are always friendly and helpful when I've visited. I like that they have smaller (kiddie) scoop sizes. I've only tried a couple of flavors but they were great. I tried a Heath tornado and it was a gooood amount of Heath bar mixed up into the ice cream. So glad for this local ice cream place!

Giving Dairy Delight 5 stars for its tornados. It has a decent selection of regular ice cream, I wouldn't say any flavors are out of the ordinary. The Tornados however make Dairy Delight stand out from your ordinary ice cream stand. My one complaint is they have awful spoons that feel like they'll break after every scoop...annoying but not worth taking a star away.

Cute spot to grab a lil treat in Malden. Lots of options, including non dairy. Its one of those classic ice cream shack places which i love. I got a watermelon sherbet and it's yummy! And my boyfriend got a small cookie dough cone which was not small lol. Customer service was quick and attentive but yea our no.1 ice cream spot is still to be decided

My fav place for ice cream I should have discover this place earlier. They have more than 50 flavors of ice cream with generous portion! Go for tennie or kiddie size if you came alone or just after dinner, Small size would be enough for two people. I came here everyday last week just want to try all the flavors, but they do have tooo many choices that I could handle in a week. Here are some highly recommend: coconut, green tea, peach, coffee, chocolate, pistachio, strawberry

Solid ice cream joint with interesting flavors. I ordered the Toll House which is their Vanilla with tollhouse cookies and it was solid. Flavors weren't out of this world as I would say it was like eating some Breyers ice cream but at least the portions were huge. I ordered their kiddie which was one scoop and it was the size of a soft ball. It was almost like a half pint's worth of ice cream. Some of their benches are old and really wobbly. Friendly staff and they serve you in reasonable time.

Can't really miss this building with it being dairy themed! It's a small order/takeout window that has a HUGE selection of ice cream flavors to choose from. They have soft serve, hard serve, and Italian ice to name. I don't really know why I've been going to chain ice cream shops all the way in Boston to get ice cream when Dairy Delight is local for me! Prices are very reasonable and servings are generous. I ordered a small soft serve and it was practically the size of a large elsewhere! My go-to ice cream spot!

Just the type of ice cream shop that you want to have in your neighborhood! I love the cute cartoons, ease of ordering at the window, and the myriad flavor/topping options! They also have seasonal offerings (like pumpkin and apply crisp for fall). Two of us ordered a medium cup to share, which includes 3 scoops! Our fave of the 3 was the coffee Kahlua brownie, which has a very rich flavor, followed by the peanut butter Oreo. The choc chip cookie dough was mostly vanilla with only a few pieces of dough, unfortunately. But a good vanilla nonetheless. All three flavors were very creamy and easy to eat. We had to slow down to not finish the entire cup in one sitting! The prices are affordable, and they also offer pints - dangerous! I'll obviously need to come back often to try more flavors, and provide a more definitive flavor ranking. Stay tuned!

This ice cream stand is super convenient as it's located on Main Street in Malden. I thought this was an ice cream shop; however, it's only a stand with a couple benches. There is no parking lot -- you can park on the street and walk up. There is a huge selection of ice cream flavors. They have hard serve, soft serve, italian ice, sundaes, etc. I've tried a handful of flavors and I must say, my all time favorite ice cream flavors are toll house cookie and strawberry cheesecake!! Both the price point and portion size is great! I usually only end up paying $5 for a small in a cup; I can share this with my boyfriend.

Wow wow wow. This place is amazing. I wish this ice cream shop was opened all year around. I would literally go every day if I could never gain weight haha. The option! They have it all.. I normally head over after dinner as a little treat or a pick me up if needed. A small is the perfect size for me. Sometimes I cant finish it and just toss it in the freezer and save it for the following day. Their portions are oh so worth it! The first time I came here I made a mistake on getting a medium haha oops. That was my first and last time. Small is perfect and I could stilll mix and match my scoops of ice cream with different flavors. My favorrite is the toll house cookie and strawberry cheesecake!!! I love the fact that this is walking distance from me lol. But if I felt lazy I could definitely drive up as well and park right in front of the shop- Street parking. The line moves pretty quickly even when there's a long line past the liquor store next door. I wish there was a place to eat at. There's a table or two and a bench but you have to be pretty lucky to get those seats because those are usually the first to go.

I can easily say that Dairy Delight is my favorite ice cream shop in Malden. They have a massive selection of ice cream, yogurts, sundaes, etc. on their menu. I've had their cotton candy ice cream in the past and loved it. However, I always come for the slush. I know you can get Richie's slush at most ice cream shops in the area but Dairy Delight carries the largest selection I've seen (outside of the Richie's in Everett) that ranges from Swedish fish to orange cream to pina colada and my personal favorite's always been the blue vanilla. I feel like you really can't beat the price too and they always fill up the cup more than generously. The workers are also always great too and I could not recommend coming here enough.

Is it possible to give these guys 10 stars? We recently moved away from Malden and dearly miss Dairy Delight in our backyard. Huuuge and generous portions, local business, awesome flavors. What else do you need?

Vibes of a small town ice cream joint with elevated flavors. Busy line, not the most efficient service but not slow either.

Jay's Pizza and Ice Cream, based on initial impressions, seems to be a no-frills, pizza, subs, and…read moresalad place. This sort of corner establishment seems ubiquitous in New England. They offer counter service and a paltry few seats for dine in (maybe 3 bar stools at another counter and 2 small tables with 2-3 chairs). The establishment has clearly optimized for to-go orders. The establishment's name belies its menu of momos (dumplings) and small selection of Himalayan-Nepalese-IndoChinese fare. I went specifically for the momos, priced at $13.99-$14.99 for 10 pcs. Pricing varies based on filling (vegetable, chicken, pork, or beef) and preparation style (steamed, fried, in soup, or with chili). The portions, both size and pricewise, seemed similar to those at restaurants. The momos themselves came with regular orange chutney and a spicier chutney. Overall, the momos seems reasonable. I do wish the filling had more aromatics; the absence of cumin made the steamed ones indistinguishable from other East Asian dumplings. I also tried the fried ones out of curiosity. They came deep fried rather than the pan fried style of potstickers / gyoza. I'm biased towards steamed dumplings, but I'm glad I tried these out regardless.
