Amazing! Wanted to send a cookie bouquet to my Niece for her graduation at U of W, and had quite a few customizations- so I called and spoke with Dave. He was wonderful! I was pretty flexible on delivery timeframe, anytime today or tomorrow would be best- called at 9:00am, and by 3:00pm, they were done and delivered! I was concerned that maybe something wouldn't have been correct- but they were PERFECT! He even sent me a picture! My Niece and family there in Seattle were ECSTATIC with the beautiful arrangement! 1000% use this company!

I am extremely pleased with how Cookies In Bloom fulfilled my online order, particularly because I live in Vancouver, Canada and my recipient is in Seattle. Having to trust a company purely from their online reviews is scary but CIB delivered (figuratively and literally)! Despite the somewhat stripped down website UX, creating my customized order was fairly uncomplicated. My order allowed for a custom message on a cookie as well as a custom dedication, handwritten on cardstock, both of which I took advantage. They also allow scheduling of a future date for the delivery. Impressively, I received a photo of the custom order via text so I could see exactly what they created (hooray for transparency in business), and as a bonus, both I and my recipient received text messages as to when the delivery would be made. Overall, I had a great first-time experience with Cookies In Bloom and would highly recommend them for any of your celebratory or gift-giving needs. Thank you, Dave!

Absolutely fabulous! I was very surprised by the limited delivery gift options in Seattle. Luckily Cookies in Bloom popped up in my search. I had the birthday arrangement delivered to a friend & it's the best gift delivery I've ever used. I visited this store when I was out Christmas shopping and immediately thought to come here when I wanted to get a gift for my friend who loves Hallmark movies. It was perfect because at Trudy's Hallmark Shop, they had an entire section of Hallmark-themed gifts! Now that I think of it, I am not sure where else Hallmark is in Bellevue, but am glad to know that there's one here at Crossroads. Staff was friendly and helped me find a gift for my friend, and dogs are welcomed! Now that I've been reacquainted with Hallmark, I'll be sure to come here for my Hallmark-loving friend's birthday and for other gift items.

Seattle-Area Boba Shop Review #115…read more I haven't visited Molly Tea since the Grand Opening, but I saw the boba shop recently added brown sugar boba as a topping and I had to give it a revisit. Not to mention that I also wanted to do a direct comparison between the Premium Jasmine here and at UG tea. The result? Molly comes out on top by a large margin, although UG is much cheaper. Molly gives a smaller portion size (16oz vs large 22oz) and yet costs more then UG. Premium Jasmine Milk Tea, 50% Sweet, Less Ice w/ Boba ($7.98) - The milk tea is thick, luscious almost like cream with fragrant, rounded flowery notes. The jasmine flavor is deep, filling the olfactory glands and taste buds with a rich fragrance, which finishes into a nutty and earthy barley-like essence. In comparison, UG Tea offers a thinner drink that offers a good but flatter jasmine flavor, then laces it with a somewhat overbrewed tannic tea quality. Still good in comparison with most boba shops, but noticeably worse than Molly. Unfortunately the boba isn't great - I can see why they didn't have it as an option before. While very sweet and minerally from the brown sugar soak, the texture is a too soft. Decent bounce, but the boba compresses too easily on the tongue. The pearls are also not uniform spheres, instead having rough crags all along the exterior. Milk Tea Rating: 5/5 Boba Rating: 3.5/5 I'm still leaving Molly as a 5*, but if this had been my first experience I probably would have set it as 4* given the subpar boba quality. They still have top tier milk tea though! One last thing - this place is still really busy. I expected things to die down since it's been open for a year now. Nope, on my Sunday afternoon visit, it still took over 20 minutes between the line and waiting for my drink.

It's a very small store with only a front counter and one kiosk, and you wait in a line outside. It's definitely a different system compared to most places but they make great use out of their space. There was one worker very efficiently guiding the line and several others behind the counter, making drinks pretty fast.

More decorative than practical. #Overhyped Treat: OMO Dessert (IN STORE ONLY): ~ Ube S'mores Thai Tea Float - 3/5 While this looked brilliant, I fear it was just OK for me; definitely the case of looks better than it tastes. The presentation was absolutely brilliant! However I thought the taste fell short of the visual delight. The Ube S'mores was more like a light Ube foam instead of Marshmallow Ube S'mores. I didn't think the the Thai Tea or Ube flavor was impactful, I felt both flavors were muted and fairly light. I'll try this place again and order a few items just to be sure... but I won't have high expectations. I do wish to them well and hope they continue to thrive...

One of my friends and I have already had their location in Georgetown countless times so we were happy to recommend our choices for our other friend this Friday evening around 7pm. It was so full and more people kept lining up behind us that we decided to do takeout and eat our food on the hood of my car despite spaces opening up as we waited about 20 or so minutes for our food... did I mention the parking lot for this place was nearly full and spots were very unforgiving in elbow room? Also that it's peak dinner time? Anyway, you place your order on a lone kiosk up front which did contribute to the really long line forming near the outside entrance. Like their Georgetown location, they offer a ton of hearty donburi and some appetizers and soup. Staff were a little rushed with some orders and forgot to give me utensils when I requested them through the kiosk but this didn't affect my overall experience, as I went back and they were more than happy to give them to me. We got their unagi donburi, which consists of a ton of broiled freshwater eel with an umami seasoning and tender juiciness, all on top of a huge bed of rice and with some radish. One of my friends instead got their una-gyu donburi which is a mix of unagi and sukiyaki beef, though that means we all got their unagi. Eel wasn't too salty, and scales are very fine and small that you can just eat it as is. This was a warming, hearty meal that sat very well with me and my friends. For this location and the one in Georgetown, I am most certainly coming back for some more!

Most of the staff are warm, friendly, and welcoming. Service can vary depending on who's working, though; I found one of the hosts to be a bit dismissive, while everyone else has always been great. One small thing I don't understand is why they switched serving their 8 oz lattes from ceramic mugs to glass without handles. The glasses get very hot, making them a bit uncomfortable to hold and enjoy. I personally preferred the mugs.

First of all, whoever reported this business is closed got it wrong - it has moved (because the site on NE 1st was demolished) but the business is alive and well (on the Internet), and still making cookies for bouquets, baskets, party favors etc. My favorite special request is Mahjong cookies for my 97-year old aunt who lives in Florida.
