    Words AIN'T enough to describe SAM'S work ethic.He is very Good and Sincere person.He will go extra mile to work with u.I came to just chk my car battery issue but not only he HELPED fixing my Battery prob, he also did other car related stuff. I am SAM'S customer for a life time and i will DEFINITELY RECOMMEND my friends and fam about him.Next time anyone has ANY issue than dont worry SAM is ur Guy. He will work around ur BUDGET too.

    He is really really good mechanic I like he's working he's not like any mechanic and he's fixing everything and he can do anything in the car And he's really really nice with the customers i'm going to go to him if anything is happens in my car I'm going to tell anyone asking me for mechanic I'm going to give them his address because he's really good:-))))

    Sam is great, very knowledgeable, and can pretty much do anything. Mechanical, body work and paint, you name it. I've had him do several projects for me, and have always been very satisfied with his work. I highly recommend him!

    The worst body shop in my life. I took my car there to fix the break. I spent 2 days there to only change the front breaks, after i got my car and few hours driving it it started making noise. Again i took ot there told him we already changed the router and pads why is making noise? He said that he needs to order a better breaks and i already paid $350. I ended up paying another $75 to get better pads. So i took my car there again and had to leave it for 2 days again. I pick up my car after 2 days and starting driving again. He guaranteed that the breaks won't have any problem and any time it gives you a problem bring them back i will fix them for you. After a few days i call him back and tell him the breaks are still the same they make noises when i hit the break, he goes like well we changed them 2 times i will order another brand and as soon as i get them here i will call you. Took him 3 weeks to call me. Long story short i put the car there for a day again he changed the breaks and calls me at 8 at night the car is ready. I went and pick up the car started driving for a few days again it started making noise. I called again, texted him again, no answer. I went to the shop couldn't find him some one was there he said that he will be back in 2 hours. I went again and he was not there again. I spent so much money and time for only a simple break job. Because of the bad noise my car is making i took it to another body shop after a few months trying to find this guy. They looked at the breaks guess what they found? Here is the pictures. The bad thing is he was my friend and i knew him for tooo many yearrssss and he did this to me. Never ever i trust him and refer any customer to this guy. Now i have to pay another $800 to change the metal part because of his mistake. I will definitely find a way to have him pay for this.

I went in for transmission fluid change earlier in February in my Toyota Camry 2018. I bought OEM Toyota transmission fluid and asked Joe to help do drain and fill.The drain and fill was completed. After that there was a rough driving issues started. I went back to show my car to joe and he drove the car he told me he don't see any issues. I wanted him to check transmission fluid port on if there is low transmission fluid he didn't agree and told me I might be overthinking. I went to different mechanic in April and he checked. I paid $100 to reopen the port for transmission fluid and what we saw was no fluid came out from the primary port. He added 0.5 quarters left. The issues I have had for rough idle and need to have higher RPM on slope went away completely.According to him you have to keep the car running when you drain the fluid and you need to have it at the right temperature he said the drain and fill wasn't done correctly that's why there was still room for fluid. The viscosity of the fluid makes a difference in how much you can fill and drain. He double checked for leakage and there were no leaks either. When I went to joe and asked about don't you have to keep car warm to see if temperature is right? He said you only do it when there is a leak. I don't think Joe knew enough about mechanics of New car. I wasn't overthinking when I went to ask Joe for help and asked to recheck the transmission fluid. I paid $260 for labor only( $160 to Joe and $100 to another mechanic) for same job. It's really absurd. Overall this could have damaged my transmission. I think for future the customer advise should be taken seriously. I know my car well so I know when it's not acting good. I have been driving it from 10 years.

In Los Angeles, the driving capital of the world, there isn't a shortage of mechanics and body shops but not all are created equally. JoJo's Auto Body is top notch! My dad has been a client of Manar and JoJo's Auto Body for various projects and of course recommended him highly. My dad is of a certain generation where nothing less than perfection is acceptable, so I knew he'd done his due diligence. JoJo's had done some significant work on two of my parents' cars. Of course, then, I contact Manar. Unfortunately, parked right in front of our home, my driver's side view mirror was clipped by a passing car that had drifted. I happened to be inside the car and the car drifted right, hit the mirror and sped off. Immediately after, I contacted Manar. We scheduled an intake. He was punctual, professional, and transparent about options and cost. He provided me with the necessary information and I felt absolutely no pressure to make a decision immediately. He had one of his technicians tape up the remnants of the rear view mirror to cover it while we decided. A few weeks passed and we decided to have the entire mirror replaced. We asked Manar to let us know when the mirror would arrive and we could just come in and have it taken care of quickly. He contacted me on a Monday to say the mirror replacement was at the shop. We scheduled a time for me to take the car on Wednesday and within 35 minutes of arriving the work was done. In addition to his professionalism, quality of work, and honesty, Jojo's is a well managed and kept body shop. I mean no one really wants to sit around a body shop but if ever you need to, JoJo's is immaculate. There is plenty of parking, clear signage, and a welcome reception and office manager. Each visit I was asked if I needed anything to drink, including water or coffee. There is clear management signage about their policies and pricing No one ever wants to deal with body work but if you have to, please do yourself a favor and go to JoJo's Auto Body! It has quickly become our family go-to!

That was the exact reasoning given. This was not about warranty. It was not about saving me money. I was fully prepared to pay for an inspection or any necessary correction. I was simply asking for a professional second opinion. If a shop refuses work because they're concerned a customer might "get upset," that raises serious questions about confidence in their own work. A reputable shop stands behind its skills and diagnoses issues regardless of who previously touched the vehicle. Changing the explanation publicly after the fact does not reflect well. I stand by what I said. I had a very disappointing experience at Automotive Instincts in Northridge. I called and spoke with Steve about looking at my car after another shop had worked on it, and he basically told me they didn't want to touch it because another shop already did the work. His reasoning was that he didn't want me to "get upset at them too." That makes absolutely no sense. As a customer, I'm simply looking for a professional second opinion or proper correction if something wasn't done right. Refusing to even inspect the vehicle just because another shop previously worked on it feels unprofessional and dismissive. Cars get worked on by multiple shops all the time -- that's normal. Turning someone away out of fear of a bad review instead of standing behind your own skills says a lot. Very disappointing customer service. I expected more professionalism and confidence from a shop with such high ratings.
