Cool Beans was the highest rated locally owned coffee shop in Fort Pierce so we had to check it out. We spoke with the barista and she told us that their new ownership took over barely a week ago. A local arts organization has taken over and is planning to have a ton of fun community involvement, which I love to hear. The coffee was smooth and the options were endless. They have like a bajillion different flavors if you're into adding flavor syrups to your coffee. We got unsweet lattes and it was just what we needed. The space itself definitely used to be a home, and they have a ton of art available for purchase as well.

Cool Beans Brew is a treasure in Fort Pierce that my partner and I will always be happy to treat ourselves to! This coffee shop has the friendliest staff that makes this artsy home in the heart of the city feel like a safe space, always. Local art by local artists is displayed all over the house and you never know what you'll want to take home next. They have so many coffee flavors and drinks that never make it easy to decide but no matter what I try it is always delicious and gives me the caffeine I crave.

This place has it all: ambiance, creative drinks, and snacks. We ordered iced teas on the warm May day we went. We enjoyed rocking in the chairs on the porch. There are three rooms inside to hangout since it is a former home. There is art everywhere that is for sale. The staff is friendly. We found free street parking.

This place is a hidden gem! It is so so nice and the owners are so welcoming! The vibe of the place is very relaxed and comfortable. It is a good place to meet up with friends, to bring your family for some afternoon coffee, or to study/read. They have a nice porch with multiple rocking chairs for your use. They also have tables and chairs set up inside. The coffee and the pastries are amazing! I always get the filthy chai on ice and it is sooo smooth, flavorful, and all around delicious. One of the times I visited they had the pumpkin crantastic cookies ( pumpkin and cranberries) and they were just like the name, FANTASTIC. More recently, I had the curro cheesecake and let me tell you... it was out of this world, AMAZING! The prices are very reasonable too! So, whenever you are close make sure to stop by, heck even if you aren't close, just visit them, you won't regret it.

Ordered the 3-egg breakfast burrito. Sorry, I've prepared 3-egg breakfasts for myself nearly everyday for 15 years on the Slow Carb Diet and this was probably 2 small eggs. 2 pieces of green pepper. I picked up my order at the counter. Wrapped in paper, on a paper plate with plastic fork and paper napkin. With the foam cup and plastic lid, the disposable trash pile was almost as big as the burrito. I asked for a metal fork. Nope. Go to the Sunrise Cafe. Same prices for MUCH better friendly service and food. I went yesterday and will go there tomorrow as well. I expect this place has great Cuban sandwiches. A fast-food restaurant.

My recent visit was not bad. Just not outstanding. I beat the lunch crowd to the counter service and ordered the roast pork platter ($14.72). It came with a large fountain drink/tea and was served with yellow rice, plantains and a small cup of black beans. The pork and onions were good. Moist and a good helping. The yellow rice was nothing special. But it wasn't dry. Plantains were, again, ok. And the black beans had nice seasoning. All served on a Dixie paper plate with plastic utensils. Quick and efficient. There is plenty of seating, all in an open dining area. No privacy. And it's okay if you bring your mail or a package to be shipped. Those services are available just inside the front door, to the left.
