They come out twice a year, and make sure my AC and furnace are running the way they should so that I can prove to my home warranty that I have done 'seasonal maintenance'. These guys have never tried to up-sale me on anything, and they are definitely there to help the home owner. Any time I do need repairs done through my home warranty, I'll be requesting that Air Repair gets the contract. I will definitely get the 5 year coverage again when this one runs out. Best investment I've made for my house in a long while. Try them, and I promise you will feel the same way about these guys. Knowledgable, efficient, honest, and just good people.

The first time this happened at this property, I told the guy who was standing at his truck checking his phone that he was blocking the entire sidewalk and I could not get by walking my dogs. He did not move and instead doubled down the next time he was out and used both trucks to block the sidewalk. No considerate of others. In response to the company's reasoning, I disagree, I have lived in this community since April 2000 in 3 different homes including on that street and it is first of all is not a thoroughfare and has very little traffic but regardless is wide enough for him to park on the roll up curb or even park 1 car length further up to allow pedestrians and vehicles to both pass safely. There are work trucks parking on that street everyday and none of them were parked so far onto the sidewalk that they impede pedestrians walking by safely. There was also ample room in the homeowners driveway to park further back and not block the sidewalk. Obviously, you're more interested in arguing with me on a public forum than the neighbors you serve. But I have 2 small dogs on a walk and it was already 95 degrees at 9am - the asphalt is 20+ degrees hotter than the sidewalk and it was burning their feet. I'm sorry your tech is too lazy to walk 10 addl feet than inconvenience the neighbors. The bottom line is sidewalks are for people not for vehicles.

It was approved the same day and he did not order the part until late Friday night. It is now late Wednesday night and we are still sitting with a portable swamp cooler and the house in the 80s. SUPPOSEDLY, the part will be here tomorrow and, if we're lucky, it MAY be installed by the end of the week. The kicker to all of this is we live in Sun City Arizona. The temperatures have been in excess of 100 degrees every since he started this song and dance routine. My roommate and I are in our 60s and we have three dogs. This is more than just inconvenient, it is a health hazard. Long and short, avoid this company.

Buck the owner came out to check out the units that I needed and within a couple hrs he had me a quote. He provided me options to get my units swapped out, and was honest about his pricing. The nest part he could get it done within a couple days. 1 unit went out but figured we would get both changed out to avoid future problems. Buck showed up morning of install before quoted start time (which almost never happens). They got right to work. They quickly got my AC changed out and got me up and running. They did a great job, aside form that, Buck is a very honest guy that cares about taking care of his clients and getting the job done right. Its hard to find a AC guy you can trust, until now. We were looking for a repair and Chris was willing and able to do it. That evening we discussed it. Because the age of the unit the next day we asked about replacing it. Chris seemed surprised that we were considering that. His estmate was lower than prices we had been told by others who had similar units replaced. Then after the rapid install of a name brand unit with a 10 year warranty the final bill was significantly less than his original estimate. He left everything neat and cleaned up. The Ferrin Brother's had an appointment with me on Friday morning. They did not show up. I…read morerescheduled for Monday morning, they did not show up for that appointment either. They finally showed up about 2.5 hours after my appointment time on Monday. The technician looked at my ac unit for about 5 minutes before telling me I had a bad thermostat. He did not do a full inspection to get a proper diagnosis the first time. I calle the company back and spoke with Colby who told me it would be another 80 some dollars to have the technician just take a look at the a/c unit again. He told me that he would talk to the technician and he would call me back later if he wanted to. That wasn't acceptable to me so Colby had the owner call me. The same technician came back out twice. So by the third time on Thursday, he fixed the problem. This time he found the problem in the attic. After he had left my home, my kitchen light was left dangling from my ceiling. We called the owner of the company to take a look at it. When he got here, he claimed zero responsibility and blamed the kitchen light on bad light installation. The owner Justin left my home saying, "you had $400 worth of work done for $195, you are on your own. Don't call me again". I paid $195.00 for a thermostat that cost them maybe $45.00. I paid for a thermostat on the first visit, when after the third visit on Thursday, we had discovered wasn't even the problem. When they did find the problem, there was no need for new parts... The drain line was backed up so he emptied it. Hardly $400 worth of work. I don't ask much from a company, I only want my initial problem fixed the first time, and not more problems created. I have no respect for this company.
