My son did cry a couple of times, but there were plenty of distractions available, including TV, toys, and remotes, which helped keep him occupied and made the experience much smoother. Came in search of a new hairdresser for my toddler since our regular place closed unexpectedly. I had my reservations as typically the sound of the clippers doesn't make for a pleasant experience since he's still getting used to his haircuts. We absolutely love tammy! My son has been going to her exclusively for years(Cookie cutter), and she is simply the best with kids. At one point, I did not know she had her own store, where I searched for probably over 4 hours to find her information. That is how much I highly recommend her. My kid has a tendency to be afraid of getting a haircut, but Tammy is able to cut his hair really quick and be very patient with his outburst. Not only does Tammy have a magical way of making him feel comfortable, but wendy is able to distract my son by talking to him about his favorite character, Mario or even playing the mario game with him. We tried a few different kids places in Orange County and thanks god we found Tammy! She used to work at a few different kids salons and started her own little thing. My two boys love her and she's quick so we're in and out pretty fast! She has a car if you need or a regular seat and a screen to watch a show to distract the kids while getting it cut.
