They do nice fades and IMO all the kids hair cuts are very similar. If you want a more trendy cut like those taper fades, burst fades etc.. go to a barber not here. Overall, I'm happy with their services. My only complaint is that the pricing is inconsistent. It used to be $22 a cut when we first came, then went up to $25/$28 a cut last year depending on who was collecting the money at the register, then came back in June before his birthday and was $28 a cut. Came today 2 months later for a cut before school and the cut is now $33.

Mrs. Tamara is incredibly kind, patient, and does such a great job with my son. I will gladly drive from Victorville to Fullerton or wherever she goes just for her to cut his hair! If you have a child with autism, special needs, or a child who has a difficult time with haircuts, ask for Mrs. Tamara. She truly makes the experience so much easier. The front desk staff can come across a little annoyed or unwelcoming during check-in, but Mrs. Tamara's kindness and the way she treats my son makes up for it. Not only does Ms. Thao handle the stress with grace, she executes a throughout job of styling. She inquires the type of haircut and recaps the clipper numbers at the beginning of the session. Before it's completely done she'll check a couple of times if the style is to our liking and if we notice anything to correct. Giving a toddler a haircut is definitely a team effort and Ms. Thao is open to it! The decoration is also appealing but not overwhelming. It's a welcoming, clean atmosphere for kids and adults. They also have toys for the kids to play with while they wait and two TVs, which really helps keep little ones entertained and in their seats during the haircut. In retrospect, if there was a language barrier or misunderstanding they should have spoke to me in Spanish which I do speak as well, their English isn't good. When I got there the lady with short dark hair was busy, so they passed my precious 3 year old boy with shoulder length hair to the man that works there. My 3 year old has been there twice before and sits still and is well mannered. He cut my child's hair so poorly and left scissor marks and when we got outside there was a cut on his skin by his side burns. Mom's let me tell you I was upset! No one cuts my kid. While they were cutting his hair they said they could keep cutting it to "fix" it. Absolutely not, as they already cut my babies hair too short to begin with and cut my baby's skin. What else could have been done to fix this hair cut? Balding him? Pass. I had to get him out of that situation. The man who was cutting his hair the whole time was asking the owner for help because he had no clue how to cut hair. This is who you hire to cut children's hair? Really? Huge thank you to the staff at Krabby Comb! This was by far the best experience we've ever had with…read morekids haircuts. In the past, we, the parents, had to sit with the kids to hold them during the haircut due to all the crying and moving around. We would leave covered in hair and the kids were in tears. We then found Krabby Comb on Yelp and decided to give it a try. It's a little far for us but there arent that many kids hair places. When we arrived, we had appointments and could get both of the kids done at the same time! When you walk in, you can tell the place is geared towards kids. This was the first time we didn't need to hold the kids throughout the haircut. There wasn't any crying or screaming, they were given entertainment, and weren't traumatized by the clippers. At the end, the kids got little toy prizes to take home and if old enough, a lollipop. The haircuts were fast and really well done. The ladies there were all very in tune with what the kids needed throughout the whole procedure. And the biggest surprise is that my oldest son has already asked to go back for another haircut!! We are definitely coming back here again in the future.
