One of them said it wasn't possible to repair my 3 tab shingles with the new architectural shingles, so I should get a new roof. After meeting with my insurance adjuster, he basically vanished once he realized insurance wasn't going to approve a new roof....leaving my roof unrepaired and uncovered for almost 2 weeks. Another roofer scheduled to come out the next day, but then didn't show up for the appointment. Johnny was God sent...he was honest and said it was ok to do the repair with the architectural shingles as long as I was ok that it's going to look different. We went ahead with the roofing patch and Eddy came out. Eddy did an awesome job on the repair and the patch actually matches well with my old shingles. They re-roofed my entire house, so it took almost a week to finish. I was expecting a walk through after everything was complete, but I got no call after completion and had to assume everything was done. When going on the roof, here are a couple things I noticed: (1) old roofing material all through out the gutters (2) 75% of my gutter clips were all broken (3) lots of loose nails throughout the yard, gutters and roof (4) rusty razor blade laying on the roof Unfortunately, Revolusun uses them as their exclusive roofers so you don't have a choice. But if you do have a choice, think twice.

This is a great, locally-owned company. After a recent rainstorm, our roof started to leak so we…read moredid a lot of research and called a lot of different companies but decided to go with Paul's Roofing. The entire process from start to finish was seamless and easy. When they came to give us a quote, Kelson came and was so professional and knowledgeable that we decided to go with them. They explained what was wrong with our roof, the issues from the recent rain and hail storm (who knew that we even had hail storms here in Kuli'ou'ou). The explained the process, their recommendations, and everything we needed to know to get the roof repaired. They also scheduled a time to come and tarp the areas of our roof that had the leaks so that in the meantime, if it rained, we wouldn't have a roof that was leaking into our home. I didn't even know you could tarp a roof before this experience lol. They did a great job because it stormed quite hard the day after they put the tarp patching and not a single drop of water got through. When the time to actually install the roof came, they dropped all the supplies off the day before and then the next day, a crew of guys came to our home and got moving. They laid tarps down on the ground around the house to catch debris and they put a dumpster in our driveweay to throw all the old roofing into. They managed to do our entire roof in a day even though they had projected it could take 2 days previously, the weather cooperated and this team of absolute professionals did an amazing and seamless job. They were moving like a well-oiled machine, disassembling the old roof and then checking and repairing the damaged board underneath the shingles. I learned how shoddy the original build work was when this house was built 20 years ago. But not to worry because Paul's Roofing repaired the damage and put a beautiful new roof up for us. They worked all day long... in the hot sun... smiles on their faces.... I was in awe. When they were done with the work, they hauled away all the rubbish, cleaned the perimeter of our yard of any debris and nails, ran a magnet thing around the yard to pick up any metal that might have been missed and they went home. It was the best experience with a roof contractor that I've ever had. They made it easy and hassle-free. They kept my husband and I informed and helped us to feel comfortable with the entire process. Reason for this review: I had seen some of the reviews regarding their warranty service, before contracting, and was a bit worried but I also know people don't often take the time to share when things go as they should. We recently had an issue with the roof. Called them and they came out the same day.
