We appreciated the quiet hours (for the grandbabies), and the staff was more than accommodating. We had to get assistance from an outdoor maintenance worker when we arrived because the garage map was confusing. He showed us where our spot was with no problem. We will be back to Gulf Shores and look forward to staying at either Caribe or Turquoise, their Sister Resort. Until next time!

It had the perfect aesthetic for my brand. It gave the light and airy feel I love. They have outdoor area to have a wedding, reception, conference or a bridal shower. The rooms are perfect for a romantic weekend getaway or girls weekend. There are lots of places to shop and eat nearby. The owner Tricia was very nice and showed me around the property. I can't wait to go back but this time I'll make sure to stay longer because I didn't want to leave. I would have given 5 stars but the parking situation was confusing.

The large living area upstairs was perfectly appointed. I felt like I was at home. But better since all of the decorations and amenities during the holidays were so magical and beautiful. It has a kitchen and everything else we needed for a comfy stay. The balcony upstairs is fabulous and extends the full length of the lofty bedroom. Perfect place to chill and curl up with my favorite book in one of the rocking chairs. I so needed this break from the norm. Can't wait to book Little Point Clear again for our next event.

Everything was well organized, easy to find, and check-in was smooth and efficient. The seating situation was a bit tight, and several families seemed frustrated trying to find spots where they could sit together. However, Captain Drew and Deckhand Dusty more than made up for it with their hospitality and sense of humor. They were especially kind to my sons and really went above and beyond to make the experience special. They also took sunset photos for all the groups and had a fun playlist going throughout the trip. One member of our group (my mom) would have preferred a more serene, nature-focused experience without the music, but others enjoyed the upbeat atmosphere. The glass-bottom feature wasn't very useful during our trip because the water was still murky from last week's storms, though that's obviously beyond anyone's control and other groups may have better luck. We were fortunate to see several dolphins, and the cruise was the perfect length- long enough to enjoy the sunset and dolphin sightings, but not so long that my kids got too tired after a full day at the beach. Overall, it was a very enjoyable family experience.

If I could give ZERO stars, I absolutely would. This was, without question, the worst customer…read moreservice experience I've ever had on a vacation. What should have been one of the best days of our family's vacation became one of the worst because of how this company chose to handle a situation that deserved professionalism, transparency, and basic human decency. Our pontoon became stuck near Robinson Island, and an older couple from Troy, Alabama, kindly offered to help push us off. We never asked them to help--they volunteered because they were simply trying to do the right thing. During that process, the boarding ladder was damaged. Accidents happen. That's not what this review is about. This review is about what happened afterward. Instead of treating us like valued customers, we were immediately told we owed $455 for the ladder. There was no itemized invoice, no repair estimate, no explanation of how that amount was calculated, and no meaningful conversation. We were essentially told, "That's what you owe." To make matters even more frustrating, after explaining what happened, the boating instructor and assistant crew told us that a boarding ladder like this is typically a $30-40 repair. Hearing that made a $455 charge extremely difficult to understand. If there's a legitimate reason for that price, customers deserve transparency--not a bill with no explanation. We're from Indiana. We don't live on the Gulf Coast. We don't spend our weekends boating, and it never occurred to us that we should ask complete strangers for their insurance information after they stopped to help us. If that's something renters are expected to know, why isn't it covered during the rental or safety briefing? A simple conversation beforehand could have prevented this entire situation. What disappointed us the most wasn't the accident--it was the complete lack of empathy afterward. We spent nearly two hours trying to get answers, experienced poor communication throughout the process, and never once felt like anyone was interested in helping us understand what was happening. We left feeling dismissed, frustrated, and pressured into paying a charge that was never adequately explained. Businesses reveal their true character when something goes wrong. Anyone can smile while taking your money. The real test is how they treat customers after an unexpected problem. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling like customer service ended the moment we left the dock. This situation completely overshadowed our vacation. Instead of remembering an amazing day on the water, we'll remember the stress, the frustration, and how we were treated. We came to Gulf Shores and Orange Beach excited to make family memories. Instead, this experience has honestly made us question whether we'll return. We've vacationed in Destin, Florida, before, and after this experience, we're seriously considering taking our future beach vacations there instead. If you're considering renting from this company, I strongly encourage you to ask detailed questions before you sign anything. Ask exactly how damage charges are calculated. Ask whether you'll receive an itemized repair estimate. Ask what happens if another boater is involved in an incident. Learn from our experience, because we certainly wish we had. We'll never rent from this company again.

The "Sea Hunter" fishing boat and its crew was exactly what our group needed. It was a spacious boat with an air conditioned cabin and plenty of space for our group. We caught our limit of red snapper and a king mackerel, so the catching was great. The boat staff cleaned our fish when we returned to the marina, and we took quite a few fillets to Zeke's restaurant where they cooked them up for us; what an awesome feature!! Everyone loved the fresh fish and sides, and we did a few appetizers to round out the lunch. Give these folks a try, and I bet you will love them like we did!

Our party of 4 caught 40+ snapper and the deck hands were amazing with cleaning and attending to all of us during the charter! I can't wait to try all the fish! The marina was clean and nice! The gift shop is well stocked with snacks and neat gifts! We have charted here before and highly recommend! Side note: You can have the restaurant cook the fish you caught right there at the marina! We opted to cook a meal at home, but will try the restaurant next time!

We tried a few new things that we hadn't tried before. Myself, the Aged Hand Cut Filet Mignion (I usually go for the Ribeye) ordered Pittsburgh Medium Rare, It was cooked to perfection! It's one of the best Steaks I've ever had, and that's saying a lot! My grandson had the Snapper Orleans covered in the Shrimp & Crawfish Cream Sauce with Caesar Salad. He didn't leave a morsel. In fact, I got the last bit of sauce on my spectacular Sour Dough Bread Loaf that we shared (my first time trying this, awesome). My wife made a meal of the Crab Claw Appetizer, with a Garden Mixed Salad and side of Red Potatoes. The sides of Okra, Fries, and Green Beans were all homemade and delicious.I also treated myself to a Peanut Butter Bushwacker, and we shared two Apple/Peach Beignets for dessert.
