Penny saved my Belgiums eyesight. We detected Pannis early and she cured it. Would recommend her to anyone.

They completely missed the very large bite (abscess) on its chest but did notice that it had an increased temperature. After paying $680 for a blood test that did not show the cause of the illness,, I realize that additional testing would result in a treatment cost that I could not afford even though the high cost of treatment was not discussed by the technician. They treated the cat for a stomach illness, and I brought him home. He continued to get worse, and I was afraid that I was going to lose him until I noticed the very large ruptured abscess on his chest that was missed by the hospital. I took him to a local vet the next day who gave him antibiotics and he has improved dramatically. When I called the pet hospital to complain about them missing the abscess, they told me that I was lying, and even though the cat had spent a day and a half inside that abscess had not been there when they examined the cat. I do not recommend taking your animals to this pet hospital! they reached out to me for a review and asked me to contact them if I had any problems, but they never responded when I sent this information to them.

When we had to have surgery, they set everything up and followed through on the outcome. We just had a double hernia on our dog and most amazing Surgeon Dmv Scott Gustafson very professional explained everything felt very comfortable with him. Also, a great big thank you to Dmv Herbert and Dmv Molitor for also taking care of our dog with all the information on what to do at home. All these Doctors treat your animal as if it was their own that is what we were looking for in an Animal hospital. The staff and Vet Tech are always so friendly and when you walk in the door, they greet your dog before you.

You literally have no idea what anything will cost until you get up to the counter and they've already done it and then you are horribly dinged. Furthermore, today I find that the monthly anti-inflammatory medicine that I've been spending for six months now ($93.61 a month) directly refilled through them, I can get apparently get through their online store for $25 per month. Finally, on my departure today, they hand me a tube of medicine that is $30 for a simple lesion. It's really irritating to know that I could've spent so much less on this every month had someone simply had the courtesy to inform me that I could get it for cheaper online. But no. Let's follow the Almighty dollar instead. Everything is always so surprisingly - and offensively - expensive through SBVH.
