They have a free 30-minute consultation to assess your situation which I think is a great feature of their service. I had the pleasure of working with Sam who's very experienced working with other climbers. Sam was very knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and attentive. I discovered more about my wrist injury, and even about the anatomy of my wrists. Because of this, I'm able to be more self-aware when I climb in the future to decrease the chances of me getting injured. Thankfully I found out that I only had TFCC irritation. The facility is a moderate size and they have plenty of rehab equipment for their patients. It's nice and organized as well. The parking outside isn't the best. Some tight parking and can be limited. Overall, I am very pleased with what MoveMend has to offer, and if I'm ever injured from climbing again, I'd come back here for evaluation.

I am a 51 yr old athlete and experienced Pilates teacher with my fair share of wipeouts. Last year I fell out of a handstand hard which resulted in a complicated injury. Even my orthopedic doc misdiagnosed the injury. Joy helped me recover and make a plan to improve my upper body strength. Went here for months and months without missing an appointment. Work as a firefighter, worked a 72 hour shift and missed one appointment and they charge you $100 out of pocket, doesn't matter how long you've been a good patient. Also, it was $25, but they sent out a very easy to miss policy revision through EMAIL changing it to $100 with no agreement from patients. And when you call the front desk concerned with the 400% increase, she lets out an audible, "oh my god" and treats you like garbage. Also, she didn't let my PT know that I called in to apologize to my PT as soon as I'd realized I'd missed the appointment. Rude. My Physical Therapist was super awesome though and if you go here I would recommend Leah Kern, however, I don't agree with management's business practices. Been getting PT just down the street at one of their competitors and am treated much better and they have better, AND less expensive cancellation policies (and parking too).

I love MI Physical Therapy. My first experience with them was about a year ago. I had a groin…read moreinjury resolved that had plagued me for about a year. A prior physical therapy series at another office hadn't helped. So, I tried MIPT. While there, I mentioned two chronic but minor issues: pain from a prior shoulder injury (in my 20s) and aching in the same side's elbow. During the appts. for the groin, they addressed the others with a few simple recommendations and I am pain free. I think I had 10 appts. total. 2nd experience: My husband subsequently visited them for severe back and neck pain. He is pain free after about 10 or 12 visits. 3rd experience: I went to see them yesterday for some minor tingling in my arms. I am writing this review now because I am once again thrilled. Relieved and confident that I am on course to resolve this annoying tingling. And, I think the one visit is going to be all it takes. I left with a few changes to make at home and some stretches and exercises.
