Terrible business!!! I traded two vehicles and paid $30,000 for a 2022 Ford Platinum. The next day I rolled the rear passenger window down, it wouldn't roll up. I took it to Cooper Hyundai Service department. They said you bought it As-is. I was planning to traded my wife's Bronco in the next week, but after the way I was treated I will never go back to them, nor would I recommend them to anyone. The window switch was only a $36 part. I brought my daughter's car earlier this month because it started "jumping between 40-60 mph" and was told it needed a $4100 transmission. I even mentioned to the service advisor that seemed strange, since the problem reminded me of a previous experience with another car that needed a tune up. Nothing else was mentioned. I should also mentioned that this car was purchased new and had been my car, and we've taken very good care of it. If you didn't have time to do a true diagnostic exam, you should have said so, and I would have went somewhere else! Took it to another place for a second opinion-- two of the cylinders were misfiring. A new set of spark plugs and the car drives fine. I highly recommend getting another opinion if you're told your vehicle needs an expensive repair. read more

I am from the great state of Georgia. I unknowingly drove to Anniston Alabama the week of July 13th for training with my job on a very bad warped tire. I did not realize this until Monday evening. It was only by the grace of God I made it there without having a blowout. I went to Cooper Hyundai on Tuesday evening after class around 5:30 p.m. They were closed. They young lady told me to come back the next day and see someone in the service department. As I was ready to leave this nice gentleman named Chad Cooper walked up and I showed him the tire. I asked him if he thought I'd be ok to drive an hour and a half back to Lagrange and he stated definitely not. He told me he would check to see if they had the tire in stock, and if so I could bring my truck in the next morning to get my tire replaced. Around 9 or 10 p.m. that night Chad text me letting me know he had ordered the tire, and it would be in by noon the next day, and that I could come in. As soon as my class was over I scurried to their service department. I sent Chad a text to let him know I was there. He met me there and they didn't hesitate to get started and had me on my way in no time. Chad was very helpful from the time I met him until I let the premises. Everyone should have a Chad experience before leaving this earth! Oh and I love my 2024 Hyundai Sante Fe too! read more

Called and made an appointment for an oil change and had the guy double check that I was getting my complimentary oil change. He looked in the system and told me that I would be. I drove two hours to get my oil change and they tell me that I wasn't getting my free oil change because I went over which is fine, but this is the whole reason I asked before I drove. I bought my car at this facility and planned on continuing. It's sad that they were willing to lose a customer over two thousand miles. Also, when you buy a car here, they will tell you, you get free tires for "life", this is not true, my tires have been worn down and they refuse to replace them. read more

This place is a used car dealership from a random comedy movie. Actually, it is the scammer phone calls that you get asking for money to help some cause, but in real life. First off, it looks trashy. Second off, the "sales people" are quick to judge. Until they realize that you own your own business that is. I wasn't even there to buy a car, but I just got a good read of the people that work there and the way that they do business, so I felt it my duty to warn the public about this place. I'm really impressed with this place. I was able to get an appointment to have my car tuned up for the day after I called. Everyone was friendly through the whole process and my car was finished in the shop 30 minutes sooner than I expected. After I paid, I walked out to found my car deep cleaned inside and out at no additional cost or mention of it beforehand. A very pleasant experience, especially compared to other Hyundai dealerships in the area. read more

Do not buy a car from here. Sold me a car, as I'm driving home it starts jolting a little. I thought maybe it did that because it hasn't been drove in a while but NO. I took it back and the salesman said don't worry about it you have your warranty and we will cover it. After having my car for almost a month they call me and say they will cover all the bulbs that need to be replaced but nothing else. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. They will sell you a faulty car and smile. I have had a horrible experience with this dealership. We attempted to do a trade-in for a 2022 Santa Cruz, and after an amount had already been agreed upon, they waited until I was driving to their dealership and was 45 minutes from home to inform us that they could somehow get more for their Santa Cruz than the amount George had initially agreed upon because a family offered a higher amount suddenly. Not to mention, we were not offered any apology for this. As a matter of fact, when George was confronted about this and told it was unprofessional and that we would be handling this situation accordingly, his response was essentially "go ahead". It is evident that this dealer cares so much more about financial gain than about helping out their potential customers. This is horrible business practice and I do not recommend anyone try and purchase from these guys. read more

We had a rude salesman that kept us waiting twice (Kept taking long smoke breaks). His initials were LM. He never introduced himself to my fiancée, never offered us a drink, didn't know his cars (models) and again never spoke to my fiancée all the way through the visit. The staff are unwilling to work with you and even upon leaving the salesman (LM) wouldn't shake my hand. Ended up purchasing a car in Nashville. read more

This place is SO wonderful! I purchased a brand new 2015 Hyundai Accent just a couple weeks ago. The staff is just awesome. They were not pushy and truly helped us, always including their totally honest opinion about which had better safety ratings, gas mileage, and just overall lifespan. They made the process as enjoyable and stress free as they could. At the time that I bought mine, they were having a big sale and lots of rebates going on, so definitely call up there or make a visit to see what kind of stuff they have going on when you're thinking about looking. They also send out follow up letters that are just as nice and personal as they could be. My mom and I were extremely pleased with our experience here. And I am still swooning over my beautiful new car! read more

I will never give this dealership another penny of my money. My car was taken in because the transmission is slipping (it is still under warranty.) However, I used to be a part of their bogus program called "free tires for life" and they required a transmission service at the time, which was the last service they ever did on my car because of how shady and money hungry they were (Hyundai even says in the manual that there should be no transmission services, so why was the dealership touching it anyway? Money.) Nevertheless, they informed us that the transmission was overfilled with fluid, which was their fault because they are the only ones who have ever touched my transmission. It was driven this way for over 30,000 miles. They refuse to do anything or even acknowledge the long term damages done to my transmission. I have gotten many second opinions from qualified mechanics and they agree that the damages to my transmission are a result of the dealership's negligence and the dealership cannot knowingly say that there are no internal damages just by the work that they did. However, the cashier argued that there are no long term damages and was very unprofessional. She also had us sign paperwork and refused to allow us to have a copy or even take a picture of what we signed. I am now in contact with Hyundai's warranty department because this dealership is unprofessional and careless with vehicles. Talking to management is a joke as well. After speaking with the general manager of the dealership about another issue a while back, it was obvious their problems start at the top and trickle down. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else. read more

I purchased a Santa Fe Sport. I was looking for a crossover because my Chrysler Pacifica has almost 300,000 miles. The staff at Superior was extremely helpful, especially our salesman Stephen. I am in a wheelchair and he spent extra time answering questions and helping me make adjustments to the car. He never rushed me and was extremely friendly and welcoming. He made sure to explain warranties, services, and how all the controls in the car worked. I was extremely pleased with the service I received and will definitely refer friends and family to Superior. read more

Superior Hyundai had a salesman who sold a Saab mode 93 to my dad and gave him a free oil change and detail then refused to honor the commitment. Superior had a a salesman named Randall who promised a detailing and oil change with a Saab model 93. My father asked me to take it to the dealer for its maintenance. I called to make an appointment with the business to get these services done and came at my appointed time at 10:00 on Saturday April 30 2016 and was told that the sales manager had said they would not honor the commitment for a detailing. I went to have a discussion with The manager and he told me no salesman should be making a sale on an "as is" "no warranty" car and proceeded to tell me to review the paperwork in which Randall had noted an oil change only. Randall had given us a card with his name and "free detail" written on the back as a coupon and had made a verbal reckoning with my family for the free detailing. When I told him this he said that that kind of promise is the reason Randall is no longer with them - in other words I know he probably told you this but screw you I don't care and we got rid of him for similar reasons. Basically what I got from him was that the contract is a military style contract and if it isn't in my writing in not going to care about it. I know we will probably never get the detailing, it's simply the arrogance of the dealership and the principle of the matter: I just want someone to know that this is how they do business and please be aware. One of the things I have the least use for in this world is a liar and it has been my experience that that's exactly what your going to get out of Superior Hyundai's sales team and that the management, apparently, will be there to defend their lies. They have lost any future possibility of business from me or my family and all over a detailing. Maybe I'm living too far in the past but I feel that I should honor any commitment I make to someone whether I have written it down or told them that I will do it. If you won't do whatever it is then don't tell me that you will... I can guarantee I will never do business with them again and will encourage others to seek their transportation elsewhere after this happening - word of mouth is a powerful tool. On a positive note - the service team was great - courteous and professional. I'm not looking for them to honor the commitment anymore - honestly even if they offered to honor their commitment I wouldn't accept after this I really want people to know. read more

I have to say that I have in my entire life, that I have never had such bad experience with purchasing a vehicle. It all started with the salesman having me sign the contract for the 2017 Sonata. The contract was written on a car different than the one I drove home. It was over a month when they realized they had written the wrong contract on the car I was driving. I had to take a day off from work to go back and resign a new contract. Initially they said it would take no less than 20 minutes, it took them nearly 3 hours from the time I arrived to the time I left. Then I had to go to the DMV to change the paperwork with them since I had already registered the car under the old contract. I then started receiving cancelation notices about canceling my Sirius Satellite service. Back to the dealership I go after talking to Sirius, the dealership said they would fix the issue and assured me it was done. Last month they disconnected my service after paying for a full years subscription. After being on the phone with them for half an hour, I was able to get the satellite service restored. But here comes the worst part.......every month since I purchased the car, I've been receiving calls from Hyundai Finance telling me that I am behind on my payments, which is completely untrue as I have automatic bill pay through my bank and have proof that my payments are being sent at the first of the month every month. Again the dealership assured me that they corrected all that needed to be done but here I sit today 31 October 2017 Getting off the phone with Hyundai Finance letting me know that I am two months behind on my payments. After getting off the phone with Hyundai Finance and four people later, they basically said they are going to do an internal investigation and get back to me within 48 hours.....the saga continues!! I have never had to deal with people of such unprofessionalism. Buyer beware!!! read more
