Bristol west does claims for multiple complies like freeway insurance & 21st century. If they are the ones helping you I would find another company and cancel Bristol west. I am out of the country and can't text more that 1-5 words or the text will not send. I have asked the claims rep Emmanuel Vargas for his email over 7 times now and instead he keeps telling me to text him and I cannot. Each text I am force pushing through is costing me $1. I had to email a friend in the states to text him that I could not provide the information needed because since I am out of the country I don't have access to the website. I don't want to have to give my friend sensitive information to text through to Emmanuel for me. If he just gave me an email I could accomplish everything that needed to be done. Instead he continues to ignore the request and tells me that he is going to close my claim because he doesn't have all the information. Just give me a damn email and I can get it down. WTF. Already $30 in the hole sending one word text at a time. Date of experience: June 25, 2025

All the negative reviews are true that I've read. No rental until car is in repair shop and then only says they pay for seven days ( which they never paid). Even certain attorneys know this is not a good company. Should we report them to the ATTORNEY GENERAL BOARD? It appears they are connected to Allstate insurance (which appar have their own issues, unfortunately) Could this be a CLASS CASE against them ? It's been nearly a year and talking to them is very irritating .

I'm not sure what to say except she offered my mother a settlement of $ 500.00 for her client hitting my mother at a stop sign and she had to go to ER more than once. Then Ms. Trevino, says she sent my mother/me something requesting my mother's 10 year medical history. She requested pictures then said their adjuster will come and take pictures. Do we need an attorney? What are we compensated for ? Pictures, time off work for me (and her grandson who had to take off work to help her) to care for my mother? She said, there's no compensation for transportation to the hospital nor to the doctor's office or Physical Therapy. Nothing for car rental, though we were told not to drive the car because there might be more dangerous to us and other drivers. Then there's Mayla (the car adjuster person) She assured me that different ones have tried to reach us however, there is NEVER an indication on our side of anyone calling until we sent them a email. (regarding them stating: they were closing the case in 15 days, WOW) Then there was someone with my mother when Noble's person hit her car. She is suffering headaches and back pain. What are we supposed to do? Bills are already over $ 50,000.00 (that's not including her medications) She was no on any medication before this accident.

It feels like all they want is your money while doing everything possible to prolong your claim and avoid paying out. I filed a claim with both my insurance and the other driver's insurance on March 30, 2026, and the experience with this company has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. From the very beginning, communication has been terrible. My originally assigned adjuster, Amy Estrada, never contacted me directly and failed to respond to any of my calls or messages. For more than 4 weeks after opening my claim, I received absolutely no communication or updates unless I personally called first. Even after finally getting responses, I continued receiving vague, inconsistent, and often false timelines regarding updates and claim progress. I was repeatedly told I would receive callbacks, updates, or movement on my claim by certain dates, only for those deadlines to pass with no communication whatsoever. I was eventually assigned a new adjuster, but even that process was poorly handled. Supervisor Joshua Perez failed to properly communicate the transfer, which caused even more confusion and delays. Over the past 6 weeks, I have had to constantly call just to get basic information regarding my own claim. Every time I call, I end up speaking with someone different and have to completely re-explain my situation from the beginning because nobody seems to know what is going on. My total loss adjuster, Electa Edwards, has also been extremely difficult to get ahold of throughout this process. Calls frequently go unanswered, responses take an extremely long time, and there have been multiple periods where it felt like I was completely ghosted with no updates regarding my claim. The total loss process has moved painfully slow, adding even more stress and frustration to an already difficult situation. What is even more frustrating is that my assigned adjusters almost never answer their phones or return calls. I involved supervisors and team leads multiple times regarding the ongoing lack of communication, but that accomplished little to nothing. No one seemed genuinely concerned about resolving the issue or improving the handling of my claim. The only time I finally started seeing movement on my case was after filing a complaint with the Texas Department of Insurance due to the lack of communication and mishandling of my claim. Customers should never have to involve a state agency just to receive updates or basic assistance on an active claim. As of May 8, 2026, nearly two months after the accident, my claim still has not been resolved. The lack of professionalism, communication, organization, and customer service throughout this process has made an already stressful situation even worse. I expected far better support from an insurance company during a difficult time, but instead I've had to fight every step of the way just to get simple answers.

    *Changed my Review* Please Read. *…read more So I originally made a 1 star review. I decided to change it to 3 stars because they finally after numerous calls I was able to get my refund. I'm very happy and relieved. Honest Review coming ahead. I was mad and sad at the time because of the way I was treated by many agents and their supervisors on the phone. So what happened was, I had requested a one month insurance and even after the agent agreed that I would only get one month I was still charged for the second month. So I called (taking 1 month to resolve the issue), They were nice when they talked to me on the phone, but they blamed me for something I told them I didn't want or something I didn't agree. Supervisors wouldn't talk to me, they would just tell the agent what to say all the time, and the agent would tell me. However, I was happy to receive a call one morning with the good news, so happy a manager looked deeper into my case and refunded my money. This is an honest review with sadness and happiness as well. Thanks.

Talking to an agent yesterday (Thursday 6/13) I was told their catastrophic plan was 125$, but then was told about a health insurance plan for $188. I am a logical person. Even though I don't go to the doctors often, I figured I should take the health insurance plan since only 60$ more just in case. After talking with a general manager, (I believe to be named Jeff) we worked out a deal that I would be charged (Wednesday 6/26) for my plan that would start (Monday 7/1) Why would I pay on that day (6/13) if my plan wasn't even active until the July 1st to then get charged again on July 14th??? Monthly payments should cover the whole month your membership is active for... Woke up this morning and saw that the 188$ had been taken out of my bank account at 3am. LOL WHAT A JOKE!!! I feel scammed and taken advantage of for being so trusting. I had read the fine print before e-signing yesterday and I knew I had 30 days to cancel if I was unhappy. I called member services and the lady (Liz) was nice, but was definitely not from America, probably not even in America and had a thick accent so ver hard for me to understand her. I cancelled my plan today (Friday 6/14) before ever even using it for fear of more issues arising in the future. Liz told me that I will get an email about my cancelled plan and my refund within 24-48 business hours. So let's hope I get that by Monday! Save your money and maybe even pay a little bit more to go with the many companies that are known to be transparent and reliable with their word. The saying you get what you pay for is true with Agentra...
