Cynthia helped me and after I told her it was my first visit, she shared a little about the business. They roast their own coffee beans on Mondays and Tuesdays, which is why they're only open Wednesday through Sunday. There is parking on both sides of the building, but there aren't many spaces. Thankfully, there's also free street parking nearby. Inside, they have an ample amount of seating if you want to enjoy your drink there, along with two restrooms. The space has a clean, neutral vibe with live plants that makes it a relaxing place to hang out. I love the plants, makes for a refreshing energy. I ordered a latte with oat milk and vanilla bean syrup. Cynthia mentioned that all of their syrups are made in house, which made the drink feel even more special. My latte was served in the cutest cup with beautiful latte art, it was definitely picture worthy! It tasted amazing, exactly what I was shooting for. My drink was $7.08 before tip, which isn't bad for the quality. If you're looking for a quality latte, friendly service, and a cozy atmosphere, I'd recommend stopping by.

We got the breakfast burrito also and it was very good but feel like the secret sauce took away the flavor profile and didn't pair with the salsa well. Grab a seat by the windows and you'll have a front-row view of the city walking by while you sip your coffee. I grabbed a cup of their Santa Lucia, picked up a bottle of Topo Chico (bonus points for opening it for me), and couldn't leave without taking home a bag of ARC whole beans. They'll even grind your beans for free if you need them ready for your brewing method at home--a small touch that's always appreciated. The bakery case also deserves a warning label because saying "I'll just have coffee" becomes significantly more difficult once you're standing in front of it. The atmosphere was exactly what I look for in a neighborhood coffee shop: friendly staff, people working on laptops, quiet conversations, and a relaxed pace that makes it easy to lose track of time. Whether you're looking for a quality cup before exploring downtown or a cozy place to settle in for a while, Tinker is absolutely worth the stop. My favorite espresso drink is their Latte Meil because they add bee pollen to it and that bee pollen just kicks everything up a few notches. If you are a fan of chocolate croissants I highly recommend trying one (if there are any left). Cone+Crumb provides their baked goods and I can't say enough wonderful things about them as well. If you are looking for more savory food, I recommend the Sarah Lee Special which is a fantastic avocado toast on bread from Amelia's. As you can tell this is a great local spot to support because not only are you supporting them, but you are supporting other Indy local small businesses as well! Was super excited bc it sounded amazing with the flavoring and the chocolate drizzle. Ultimately was upset because the boy at the bar ended up putting all the flavoring directly into the expression rather than the milk causing me to loose the flavor, also he put what I believe to be the chocolate drizzle into it and stirred it as well. If that's how they make it that if fine but should consider adjusting the description, that's technically not a drizzle. Then I saw him mixing the expresso into the milk, ultimately leaving me sad and disappointed that I was no longer getting my layered drink but instead leaving with a plain latte. I don't know if he was new but yeah, macchiatos aren't mixed. The team however seemed to work very well together, they had a nice flow and moved quickly on the busy Saturday.

Inside are three 2-top tables to dine in, or their are many seats just steps passed the Zon if you exit left toward the bamboo trees in the Cancer Center. The service is friendly and quick. The crowds are sporadic, but the lines are early in the morning, lunchtime, and break times for the employees. As I mentioned, even with a long line, the staff work quickly, and you're on your way. It's not the best spot to try and work, but the common area by the bamboo trees is good or even outdoors if you can get a signal. I'm glad the Coffee Zon is there for drinks and snacks as I try to stop in often.

The menu features a variety of Turkish baked goods and a few Turkish inspired beverages. You'll also find things like iced Matcha and Rose flavored lattes. Service was friendly and prompt despite it being a one woman show at the time. Overall, it was a positive experience. They had a handful of outlets which make it convenient for remote work. I think the only thing that was missing was a background music to create more of an atmosphere.
