My wife tried one of their holiday specials, the white chocolate raspberry. It had a very good flavor. However, it was definitely not hot. In fact, it was barely above room temperature. A stretch to call it even warm. You can order the drink hot or cold and we ordered it hot. I've attached a picture after she had a few sips. She said she had to drink it quickly, before it got any colder, and couldn't wait for me to take my picture. We come here quite often. This is the first time we have been served a drink that was not to temperature. We did notice a lot of new faces for the wait staff. It was also much slower than normal to obtain our beverage. Both these factors may have caused the drink to not be up to par with regards to temperature. We will not let this experience taint us from returning. This third time I was picking up 18 pastries - 3 different types- all delicious and superbly baked AND a cake. WOW! I wonder if more of the profit is from these non dairy milk surcharges or the coffee itself. I would say the latte was one of the better ones. It was smooth and not too sweet. Sometimes they're too sweet. The service was good, and it wasn't particularly busy so the coffee came out in like 5 minutes. There are small pastries to try and other specialty drinks. I would consider trying this again given the taste quality of the latte. The medium size was also sufficient. Not too small. 8/10

The matcha... bless their little matcha hearts. It was presweetened which leads me to believe it's a mix. It wasn't grainy, but it didn't taste like anything? The strawberry matcha tasted mostly like strawberry milk and the matcha flavor it did have was not good. There were so many matcha recipes on the menu that I thought it would be better. The hot plain matcha was also not great. There needs to be more of a tea flavor and it almost tasted artificial. Overall, I would definitely come back! I would maybe just skip over the matcha, haha.
