Several hours were made woth corporate office that this location would honor a Full size SUV. Morning to pickup they called and cant or lets say wont honor it. Put us in a full size vehicle. Vehicle was dirthy inside with stains on the roof. The agent was trying to help us and get us in a better car. But unfortunately her mgr was not going to do that...and basically gave us this sh*ttest car they had to take to TN as we were doing a one way. Customer service lacked and would not recommend any to use this lication. Best to use a different rental service altogether!!! Enterprise has last lost our business for all future travels.

I have one but they wouldn't accept the numbers. I was told that they could give me a smaller class car without a CC. I asked what would the price be and was told it would be 150.00 bucks more. So a truck was 450.00 a week and a car is 600.00 a week? SCAM..... I explained to the rude staff that I am a disabled veteran and that I needed a truck due to having to take medical equipment with me but they didn't care. Please tell me how they get away with renting me a SMALLER vehicle at a HIGHER price. As a disabled veteran you would think they wouldn't try and scam me! My advice is to NEVER rent from this location! Staff is rude and needs replaced also!
