We always have a good experience at Cooper's Hawk! Everything we have eaten here is just fantastic! I will say that I ordered the crème brulee once, months ago, and what came out was not it. I don't know if it was a mistake or if they were trying something new, but today I ordered it again and was pleasantly surprised to see actual traditional crème brulee in front of me! And it was amazing

Out of town for work and stopped here with some coworkers. One of those places that you will always get some good food and conversation

We were super excited when this place opened just down the street from us. They have several different wine club options you could choose from and they're also available for lunch and dinner. Friday and Saturday night dinners can be packed with the wait so we will typically go for a late lunch / early dinner. We usually sit at the bar because we find we get served quicker and we're not wanting to sit down and linger over our meals. We like to eat and go. They have several different type of wine club offerings the one that we have offers two bottles of wine a month and 2 tastings. You could trade your tasting in for a glass of wine, which is typically what we do because the wine tasting area is usually very full. The bottle of wine is $24.99 and you get to choose which wine you want. That's the price for the red. I'm not sure if the white is a different cost. That winds up being $6 a glass if you factor in four glasses per bottle. That's the cheapest you're going to get in any restaurant. And what you don't finish, they will cork up and put it in a bag for you to bring home. Their food is sometimes hit or miss. One of their pistachio crusted fish dish you would think is healthy option but it came with a ton of oil in my plate. Which some people enjoy unhealthy fish and they might like this dish. The dish tasted good. It just took away the healthy factor of the fish. I've been sticking with their salads and getting the salad dressing on the side and it's a good choice. They have pretzel bread that is phenomenal You would have to try what it is that you like because they have so many different things from pasta, fish, steak, chicken, pork, chops and salad so you were sure to find something that you will like

CH never disappoints. Great service, ambiance, food and value. I recommend early dinner slots on Friday's and Saturdays as you can get in and out quickly before the rush. Try the gluten free bread, I'm not GF, nor sensitive to it, but the GF bread is better than the pretzel bread! Also, join the wine club and earn points on spend and get a $10 birthday voucher annually for you and your spouse!

Cooper's Hawk never fails me. I missed a nail appointment and needed to feel good about my day again. I wanted something light but tasty and Cooper's did just that. I opted for a flatbread and salad combo. They have THE BEST Caesar pesto dressing - I can put it over everything. I did opt to try two free complimentary wines which was the new Strawberry Elderberry and the Red Sangria. Both lifted my spirits. The food was fresh and my waitress was extremely attentive despite the little rush. The lighting was low and Bruno mars played while I devoured everything. I will be returning for a birthday dinner next week and I can't wait.

We dined here this evening at the new Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant - Mandarin Landing, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. We were seated in a booth and I started with the meatballs and a side salad. My husband ordered the pork chop, and our friends enjoyed their entrées as well. We shared a glass of wine served in the beautiful carafe at the side of the table....such an interesting and elegant presentation. Our waitress was knowledgeable and wonderful, and the food and overall experience were excellent. We will definitely be back!

We met friends at Cooper's Hawk for a Friday dinner. Overall, the experience is good, but there are a few things to point out. One the positive, our waiter was great. He gave us space to talk. Checked on us regularly. Never pressured us. He shared specials, and of course talked up the wine options. He made a great recommendation. As usual, the food is good. We had calamari and brussell sprouts as appetizers. Both were pretty tasty. For dinner, my wife had the Mahi and I had the grouper. Both looked great and tasted just as good. We split the Caramel Macchiato Brownie for dessert. Now, Friday night CH is really busy. The restaurant is really loud. We had a hard time talking throughout the evening as all of the sounds just seem to bounce around. There is not enough sound absorption in the restaurant. Because of that, I would definitely avoid this place if you want to hold any time of discussion. If you want a good meal with some interesting wines, CH is a great place. Just don't expect to be able to hold a conversation.

Obsessed with their food menu! Got to try the egg roll appetizer and it was AMAZING! The restaurant is so loud though so we will only sit in the bar from now on. The green sauce was amazing too!

I do love the food an wine at Cooper's Hawk- I usually order the shrimp and scallop risotto, but I enjoy several different dishes! This was a birthday celebration me and my friend have big birthdays coming up and we are also both traveling during our birthdays, so an early date was perfect! I am a club member, so our pitcher of sangria was one of my bottles! Plus our member bonus coupon for $25 off and $15 off for my birthday!!!! And yes, they will stack all of those for you! Our sever was wonderful- kept our glasses full, checked on us periodically and it got busier as we dined. We had the caprese flatbread as an appetizer along with the fabulous pretzel bread I enjoy so much. Meals were risotto for me, mahi mahi for the other birthday girl and our mutual friend had salmon. Everything was cooked to perfection. This location is great, I wish it had easier access to their parking lot- but odd parking lots seem to be a thing around Jax. Can't wait to return! Thank you for a fabulous meal.

We celebrated two friends' birthdays over dinner and had a great time. Our meal started off with a rich bowl of crab, shrimp, and lobster bisque. A delicious way to kick things off. For our mains, my wife and I went with the braised short ribs and the surf and turf which featured a pork chop and blackened ahi tuna. The portions of the pork chop and tuna were smaller than we expected, but the short rib was flavorful and satisfying. For dessert, we followed the chef's recommendation and had the lemon butter cake along with a cappuccino, a sweet, light way to end the evening. Service was solid. Our server was friendly, attentive, and easygoing throughout the night.

I love both locations. I would meet my friend, Barbara here for dinner sometime. This location was close to my law job. So, I would come over to this location. They have a great customer winery program that I have been with for many years. I would come by on my lunch break to pick up my wines.

Food, drinks were so delicious. We got the champagne flight tasting and highly recommend. The salmon was so fresh and perfectly cooked. I'm thinking now of getting the wine membership for all of the great perks!

V+C's noticeable attention to detail (marble table tops, miniature variegated Scheffleras and etc.) made it extra special and stress free for me right off the bat, and my first note to myself was, "This is going to be a wonderful experience that I got for a song." I have a deep appreciation and admiration for all things done well and purposefully and this was it. The event was like a three-hour next-level Food and Wine Festival specific to a stream of glorified apéros. It was V+C's inaugural event and here's how it went down. There were five stops at premium restaurants on the V+C: Taste of the Town Center Walking Tour. The participants consisted of two co-producers of the event, 12 tour mates (more like team mates), one photographer, one videographer, five toasts, and we shared five delicious appetizers paired with five mystery bottles of wine. The blind wine tasting concept they used was multi-dimensional and offered an unbiased sampling session. We discovered our taste preferences and the characteristics of the wine individually. Everyone was fully engaged trying to figure out the elements of what we were tasting and what we liked and didn't like about the wine's structure. V+C shared interesting fun facts about each mystery bottle of wine after it was revealed which I enjoyed very much. There were no stingy pours. As a matter of fact, V+C was very generous during the entire event with the pours, the pairings, and an adorable cookie favor for everyone and plenty of good vibes. They provided pens to jot down notes on their brand's stationery notecard which also acted as a fan. By the end of the second stop I was gliding gracefully through the walking tour without a care in the world. It was so much fun hanging out with a new circle of groovy people exploring and just being in the moment. The time for this walking tour flew by. I'm looking forward to doing this again in the very near future.

Seeing as that we're not big wine drinkers, we were very happy with the size of the meals, the size of the menu, and just overall the quality and taste of the food that we got. We also really loved that the server brought out some complementary pretzel bread to start us off, along with some butter, which was delicious. We ended up getting a nice bowl of soup that had some shrimp, lobster, and crab in it. It was a bisque, and it was absolutely delightful. Perfect size for just a cup, or if you want to get a nice bowl, that could be probably a meal for you or for someone else. The entrees were delicious, and for dessert we got this baked cookie or brownie sort of thing with ice cream on top. It was like this Reese's peanut butter cup sundae, and it was absolutely to die for. It was one of those meals that you come in hungry and you leave stuffed, and at the end of the meal you figure, "Okay, I'm done eating," but as soon as the server asks, "Would you like some dessert?" even though your stomach's pounding, you say yes. You have to say yes because it's so delightful. Definitely go back to Cooper's Hawk. Had an awesome time. We'll be back soon.

I was told 9pm at the earliest on the phone, the website said 7:30 at the earliest and when I showed up in person to ask they had immediate seating. In fact, not one other table was taken indoors. We had our entire meal alone, inside this restaurant which is a converted home. Many of the homes in St Augustine are like this, so a home converted business isn't weird. But it is when 10+ employees constantly walk by and you are eating at a somewhat private table. I have no idea what all those employees were doing. We joked that the cheesecake restaurant was a front for another business because the employees seemed so busy, yet no one was there. We also had to laugh, almost the entire menu was sold out. Every person at our table had to order their 2nd or 3rd backup item, most of us completely changing our order. One in our group had the waiter come back twice to tell us they sold out of his item AS his meal was being made. While the cheesecakes were very good and there was potentially a nice selection, I think this location was a bit too odd to recommend to other diners unless you specifically just want cheesecake. If you do, just get it to go.

But that laziness might be a very good thing because this is one of the most surprising wine experiences I've ever had. I believe variety in life is a good thing...and this place provides a nice departure from mainstream wine. They have 4 wines. Just 4 wines. There is a dry option that truly is dry and definitely tastes a bit of blueberry. It is a pleasant wine for sipping and relaxing. The next in line is slightly sweet and again rather tasty. The next one is the best in my opinion. It's a "blend". Not in the sense that you normally think of wine blends (you know, multiple grapes) but in a way exactly the same because it's more than one berry. They blend blueberries and blackberries to create an amazing fruity and semisweet wine. This is more that a dessert wine. I could see it as an aperitif, or maybe a lunch wine on a lazy Saturday at home (thinking cold cut sandwich and chips). The final wine was sweet. They finally crossed over into the taste profile I expected for the whole lineup. Service was friendly and gracious. Somehow I expect this guy does a lot of defending his wine against the conventional. Our kindness, open-mindedness and acceptance of this alternative was well received. So in the end, if you're walking the streets of Brunswick and want a little mind-expansion on the wine front, stop in...I think you too will be surprised.
