Last night, I had an amazing dining experience at Cooper's Hawk. We hadn't been there in a while, and Macy was such an attentive and friendly server. She checked every box. Her timing was perfect throughout the meal, and she made us feel well taken care of from start to finish. The food was spectacular. My filet mignon was cooked exactly how I like it, and the whipped mashed potatoes were an absolute dream. They paired perfectly with the steak and broccoli. We can't wait to come back! read more

Came for Mother's Day brunch and avoided the crowds by going the day before the actual holiday. And it was a great decision! Mother's Day specials were available but none of us ordered from that menu. I had the lunch size spaghetti and meatballs and it was pretty good! And still a good portion. I also had their espresso martini (mocktail version) and that was lovely as well. Last time I went our service wasn't my favorite experience but this time went much better! Cooper's hawk - you have redeemed yourself. One thing to note - it does get super loud in there and it can be hard to hear people at your own table. We are here as part of an event. The food was very tasty. They made a very nice choice. The staff is really hustling. Unfortunately, they are not prioritizing guest experience at all. We got here at 6 pm. They had an exact count of guests. Every meal was identical. It is now 8:13 PM and we are still waiting for dessert to be reserved and they will not bring it in it to go boxes even though 30 minutes ago I said we had to leave and were told it would be 15 more minutes They definitely could have prepared much better I absolutely expected more I think some people are blaming the planners and that is really unfair because it was definitely a Cooper's Hawk shortcoming Still waiting. read more

We were super excited when this place opened just down the street from us. They have several different wine club options you could choose from and they're also available for lunch and dinner. Friday and Saturday night dinners can be packed with the wait so we will typically go for a late lunch / early dinner. We usually sit at the bar because we find we get served quicker and we're not wanting to sit down and linger over our meals. We like to eat and go. They have several different type of wine club offerings the one that we have offers two bottles of wine a month and 2 tastings. You could trade your tasting in for a glass of wine, which is typically what we do because the wine tasting area is usually very full. The bottle of wine is $24.99 and you get to choose which wine you want. That's the price for the red. I'm not sure if the white is a different cost. That winds up being $6 a glass if you factor in four glasses per bottle. That's the cheapest you're going to get in any restaurant. And what you don't finish, they will cork up and put it in a bag for you to bring home. Their food is sometimes hit or miss. One of their pistachio crusted fish dish you would think is healthy option but it came with a ton of oil in my plate. Which some people enjoy unhealthy fish and they might like this dish. The dish tasted good. It just took away the healthy factor of the fish. I've been sticking with their salads and getting the salad dressing on the side and it's a good choice. They have pretzel bread that is phenomenal You would have to try what it is that you like because they have so many different things from pasta, fish, steak, chicken, pork, chops and salad so you were sure to find something that you will like read more

CH never disappoints. Great service, ambiance, food and value. I recommend early dinner slots on Friday's and Saturdays as you can get in and out quickly before the rush. Try the gluten free bread, I'm not GF, nor sensitive to it, but the GF bread is better than the pretzel bread! Cooper's Hawk never fails me. I missed a nail appointment and needed to feel good about my day again. I wanted something light but tasty and Cooper's did just that. I opted for a flatbread and salad combo. They have THE BEST Caesar pesto dressing - I can put it over everything. I did opt to try two free complimentary wines which was the new Strawberry Elderberry and the Red Sangria. Both lifted my spirits. The food was fresh and my waitress was extremely attentive despite the little rush. The lighting was low and Bruno mars played while I devoured everything. We dined here this evening at the new Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant - Mandarin Landing, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. We were seated in a booth and I started with the meatballs and a side salad. My husband ordered the pork chop, and our friends enjoyed their entrées as well. We shared a glass of wine served in the beautiful carafe at the side of the table....such an interesting and elegant presentation. We met friends at Cooper's Hawk for a Friday dinner. Overall, the experience is good, but there are a few things to point out. One the positive, our waiter was great. He gave us space to talk. Checked on us regularly. Never pressured us. He shared specials, and of course talked up the wine options. He made a great recommendation. As usual, the food is good. We had calamari and brussell sprouts as appetizers. Both were pretty tasty. For dinner, my wife had the Mahi and I had the grouper. Both looked great and tasted just as good. We split the Caramel Macchiato Brownie for dessert. Now, Friday night CH is really busy. The restaurant is really loud. We had a hard time talking throughout the evening as all of the sounds just seem to bounce around. There is not enough sound absorption in the restaurant. Because of that, I would definitely avoid this place if you want to hold any time of discussion. If you want a good meal with some interesting wines, CH is a great place. Just don't expect to be able to hold a conversation. read more

I do love the food an wine at Cooper's Hawk- I usually order the shrimp and scallop risotto, but I enjoy several different dishes! This was a birthday celebration me and my friend have big birthdays coming up and we are also both traveling during our birthdays, so an early date was perfect! I am a club member, so our pitcher of sangria was one of my bottles! Plus our member bonus coupon for $25 off and $15 off for my birthday!!!! And yes, they will stack all of those for you! Our sever was wonderful- kept our glasses full, checked on us periodically and it got busier as we dined. We celebrated two friends' birthdays over dinner and had a great time. Our meal started off with a rich bowl of crab, shrimp, and lobster bisque. A delicious way to kick things off. For our mains, my wife and I went with the braised short ribs and the surf and turf which featured a pork chop and blackened ahi tuna. The portions of the pork chop and tuna were smaller than we expected, but the short rib was flavorful and satisfying. For dessert, we followed the chef's recommendation and had the lemon butter cake along with a cappuccino, a sweet, light way to end the evening. Service was solid. So excited to have a Cooper's Hawk in Mandarin!! So when they first opened, the service wasn't very good. On average, you had to wait 30+ minutes after ordering to get your food; but they have definitely turned things around! Rebecca was absolutely AMAZING today!!!! She offered to put my kids' order in as soon as we got our drinks so they didn't have to wait long for their food, so sweet . Love the decor on the inside and outside. As for food, the chicken madeira is my go-to dish here... the mashed potatoes are divine, asparagus is perfectly cooked, and the sauce is out of this world! The kids menu has lots to offer. This is a newer location. Allegedly smaller than some of the others. Sat at the bar for service. Service was slow to start but then the bartenders became more attentive after awhile. Meal and beverage suggestions provided by bartender. Bar area was lively. Nice place for singles looking, happy hour available. Came into Coopers Hawk for our wine tasting which we normally do monthly but this time I was very glad we came in. They always have TV's with what their monthly specials are and there I saw it, my favorite sandwich from them that they had removed from the menu doing COVID... the Short Rib Grilled Cheese & Tomato Bisque. Told Ashley I guess we're getting brunch/lunch here now. Note it is not available during dinner. Once finished with our tasting we got a table and of course a bottle of Prosecco. I will say from the start our waitress was great. Super friendly, attentive, and funny. I knew what I was getting from the start but once I looked at the specials they also had an appetizer that also sounded great that being the Crispy Barbacoa Arancini. Wow it was amazing. I think this might have been the best appetizer I have had here. They really got the month of September locked down. If you have a chance to try the Crispy Barbacoa Arancini it's a much. So many flavors that really complement each other. Now for the Short Rib Grilled Cheese & Tomato Bisque. I had been awhile since I was able to get it but this might have been the best it has ever but. Cheesy with great pull, tender juicy Short Rib and plenty of it. Now I might have been it thought it was so good because it had been awhile but I don't think that was the case it's just that good. Dinner Sat night out with the wife. She isnt typically a wine person but our server Melody suggested the blue berry and white sangria and for first timer it did not disappoint. Believe it or not, this was my first visit to Cooper's Hawk ever. Now that they have a location closer to home, decided to give it a try. Similar to comments from others, this location was loud AF. Service was perfection from Gavin, checking on us regularly while not being overbearing. My grouper was solid and while I asked for the mustard sauce on the side, I ended up pouring it on after tasting it since I wasn't sure what to expect. I would not hesitate to return for the food and service but would probably lean towards a weekday when everyone doesn't need to be heard to be seen. read more

Everything was spectacular! The ambience, the service and the food was top notch! It was Christmas Eve so we made reservations. We were sat very timely even a little early and were promptly taken care of. It was a very relaxed dining experience and were not rushed at all which was very nice. My friend and I both enjoyed a wine flight and my designated driver husband had iced tea which he says was very fresh. The bread service was also fresh and perfect since we were drinking before our entrees arrived. I had the pistachio crusted grouper that was impeccable! I should have known not to go to a chain but I heard good things about it. Went on a Saturday at 415 pm so the place was about half full. Sat at the bar. Place looks ok in a sterile way but ok I can look beyond that. Service was just ok. Bartender/waitress spent more time talking to other servers than checking on us. My wife had the Parmesan chicken (not to be confused with confused with chicken parm). Chicken was just ok nut the pasta sauce was so watery that it did not stick to the pasta so made the pasta pretty boring. No salt or pepper or anything on the table and could not find the server to get parm or something to thicken it up. I order a burger medium and it was cooked well done plus. Glad I did not challenge them and order a steak like I had planned. All in all just not a good experience. We will not be back and we will go back to local places. read more

It was such an amazing idea to put one of these so close to my house. The fact that Coopers Hawk (CH) is becoming my Go-To is a wonderful thing. The consistency of everything being good is top notch. The fact that this location doesn't run out of the southwestern egg rolls (no shade to the other location) is another built in benefit. Every time I come here I have a remarkable experience. I'm eager to be able to participate in the wine tasting. The way they have it set up kinda sucks, so many people and such a little area to operate ...but when it's my time to enjoy it...it's gonna be epic. Some of the food at the table was the southwestern egg rolls, the salmon and the shrimp appetizer with bacon and guacamole. Everything was amazing. Our server was great. You have to be a great server with patience to work in a place where your recommendations will be requested a bazillion times per shift. Our server didn't disappoint. Arrived at Cooper's Hawk for dinner around 6pm and was seated almost immediately. Waitress was polite and attentive throughout the experience. Enjoyed a glass of the moscato which is perfectly sweet. Ordered the roasted chicken risotto and it was delectable! The place really started to fill up around 7:00 and became a little noisy but the awesome lighting made for a very comfortable experience. Girls' late lunch is the reason I visited Cooper's Hawk. One person had a membership; however, membership is not required. The five of us were seated in a booth (which is roomy enough for each with their purse between them, but better at tables). The atmosphere was very inviting with moderate chattung level noise. This made it easy to hear the waitress and your own party talking to each other. We placed our order for appetizers, drinks, and entrées. The drinks came quickly. The appetizers were pleasing to the eye and the palate. Unfortunately, that is where it stopped. Three of the party's food was ready (we ordered various styles of burgers), and two of the party's food was not. They waited to serve when all were ready. This made the plates hot and untouchable, but the burgers and fries were cold. The bread was hard to the touch. The fries tasted like fast food heat lamp warm. That's was disgusting for something that you are paying just under 20 dollars per plate for. The other two plates were hot and delicious looking. The three burger plates had to be sent back and done over. This made fir two to be eating while three were talking. When the new plates were served, the plates were touchable, so you know they had not been sitting under a heat lamp. The reordered food was delicious. The manager made adjustments for us on our individual bills. I will go back to see if it is better so I may adjust my rating. Overall, the atmosphere is great (with wine tasting and education going on in other areas), the service was good (the waitress kept us informed about our meal), the food was fast food ok, but restaurant yuck on first serve (which is why my rating is low). The food was good on second serve, but when 3 of 5 have to have a second serve, it is not good. read more

The new location is so gorgeous! Reasons we prefer it over town center currently: 1) tasting area set up is better, more spread out & has a wine shelf for standing and chatting if you don't have an immediate spot at the tasting bar 2) Much quieter in the tasting area & not freezing 3) tasting bar has been more easily available during our visits, still busy but not as long of a wait The decor here is stunning!
