Second I brought back the BMW x5m that I purchased, I still had 30 days and 1000 miles under the warranty limit ,I came in to get the AC fixed because it was not working. During my visit there the manager Tiffany also withheld the keys to the vehicle I was considering trading in until we threatened to call the police. All this and I haven't even mentioned how condescending Tiffany was to my wife and I when explaining the financials when our clearly incompetent sales person had no idea what he was talking about.
