Instead of honoring the transparent terms we established upfront, the finance department took advantage of the situation, knowing I was too fatigued after hours of waiting to walk away and start the process over elsewhere. While I have the vehicle for the next 24 months, the lack of internal alignment, back-office pricing shifts, and disregard for a customer's time and circumstances guarantee that I will never do business with this location again. I received an email confirmation, which listed my vehicle model and the email/phone I used to book the appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, it was not clear even where I was supposed to go. Global had a driveup checkin for Genesis, and then another one with a Hyundai logo over it. I went in to ask where Jeep was, and was told to drive in to the Hyundai area. It was nearly a 15-minute wait in a line of cars to check in, and when I did, they could find no record of my appointment. A supervisor came out and told me they had canceled my appointment because they don't service electric vehicles. He claimed they had been calling me for days and had even left voicemail. This was not true. My phone number was clearly in the email confirmation, and no calls have been received. They also didn't bother to email me, though they had confirmed the appointment via email. They could not tell me another dealer who could service my Jeep, made no offer to assist me, just told me I had to leave. They treated me like garbage. Go somewhere that you won't be treated the same.

I was shocked to learn that this fee did not include pulling diagnostic trouble codes from the vehicle. When I asked about getting the codes read, I was told there would be an additional $100 "discounted fee" just to pull them -- something that takes about 10-15 minutes and is often done for free at places like Advance Auto or offered as part of an inspection at many other shops. When I questioned the charge, my service advisor simply responded, "This is the way we do business." That was the extent of the explanation. I then asked to speak with the service department supervisor, who refused to come out of his office to speak with me at all. In the end, I used my own code reader and pulled the codes myself in about 9 minutes -- saving myself $100 and confirming how unreasonable the charge was. Between the inflated pricing, refusal to explain policies, and poor customer service from management, I do not feel this dealership offers good value or transparency. I will not be returning, and I recommend others shop around before trusting them with inspections or repairs.
