Amazing little bakery. Cakes, cookies, donuts! They have some savory food too. We did a Napoleantka cake for Thanksgiving and it was a huge hit.

This bakery reminds me of living in Poland - the store looks like it was plucked out of some small town. Lee love multigrain breads and got a few - the spelt bread (orkisz) was so delicious and went well with my breakfast farmer's cheese. We were also tempted by some desserts - the wafers filled with whipped cream (rurki z kremem) brought me back to my childhood. We used to stuff ourselves with them. The location also has some ready food - pierogi, zapiekanki etc. but we did not try any of them as we really wanted some good bread.

Get bread, or donuts, and the rest of your day will fall into place. The Service is wonderful and so are the customers.

I visited this place for the first time this afternoon…read more I bought two desserts; the apricot crumb square and the creme brûlée. The apricot crumb square's crumbs were soggy; and the filling, disgustingly sweet. The creme brûlée was mediocre. On the counter was a free sample of a pecan-chocolate ring. There was nothing nearby it to serve yourself with, so anybody wanting a taste would have to pick it up with his or her bare hands. I had to tell the counter person to put out a serving utensil for sanitary reasons. She thanked me for my "good idea". She also told me that she is the daughter of the owner and that the place opened in April. I was the only person in the store. Before I left, I asked the young woman for utensils to eat my desserts with. She gave me a fork, whose tines she touched with her bare hands. I had to tell her that she should not do that. I hope this place gets inspected soon by The Suffolk County Department of Health Service. The bakery would definitely FAIL the critical element of "Good Retail Practices" . I will never visit The Copiague Bakery again. If I never go back there, it would be too soon! If I could give them zero stars, I would!

I love coming here because they have dairy and vegan options. I have come here a few times for…read morevegan cakes and cookies and my mom really enjoys their bread pudding. The prices are super reasonable which I love. Even though I am not from Copiague, I drive all the way over for their baked goods. The service is also typically very good. I definitely recommend this place!
