This was a perfect spot/venue in Phoenix for me to attend an event alone at. The staff was professional and courteous. The bartenders and the servers were a blast and the food was delicious. The vibe was casual yet professional and I'm so grateful to have got to go to see Jeff Lewis here! Hopefully I'll be back soon! Thank you for a great night!

My mom and I had such a great dinner at Copper Blues! First off--the wings. Absolutely amazing, perfectly cooked, and totally delicious. And the live music? Insane. The entertainer sounded just like Chris Stapleton, and he kept the whole place energized. Seriously, don't forget to tip your entertainer--this guy earned it! The drinks were super Instagram-worthy, and even my mocktail was surprisingly unique. Not your basic "just juice" situation--really flavorful and fun to sip on. Shoutout to the host, who was incredibly sweet and welcoming. The interior and ambience are dope AF. They had the football game playing on a giant screen right by this really nice booth that faced the stage, which made the whole experience even better. The vibes were just immaculate. My only disappointment: not many gluten-free options when it came to food and especially desserts. I really wish they had more variety there. BUT overall, I'd still recommend this place. If I'm ever in town again, I'd 100% bring friends. And we felt so lucky to catch live music on a Monday night--total bonus! BTW: the fries are not gluten free!

Copper Blues was such a fun spot and the perfect place to eat before heading to the comedy show. We had dinner at the restaurant beforehand and ordered the filet bites along with the Long Island iced tea that came out in a trash can our server brought it out and joked, "get ready to get trashed," which made the whole experience even more fun. The food and service were both great, and the atmosphere is such a cool place to hang out and enjoy the night. One tip, don't forget to get your parking ticket validated at the reception booth before you leave. Definitely a great spot for dinner, drinks, and a fun night out.

I don't try the food but my friends did and they told me that it was delish. Next time there I'll have some food to report on lol. The service was good. The place was packed. We reserved a table on line due to it can get a bit busy some times. The ambiance Wes good the music was perfect and not too loud.

Our family and I went to this location because Spelman and Morehouse send off for our children heading off to college next week or new, current students & alumni. We had wings, pizza, steak bites and water, complementary and drinks to purchase if you wanted something else or additional food items. Everything we tried we did like & would love to come back. The service and the waitresses were kind and friendly and kept checking to make sure we were good. I wanted anything to order. And they also do live music in the other section of the restaurant and we would love to come back to enjoy the additional services In addition, they have a camera area right before you enter in and you can email it or text the picture to yourself.

I've never been here but we were looking for a dinner location before the Lisa Lisa concert. It wasn't too bad until the band started playing then it got way too loud to have a decent conversation. The service was quick and our server was nice but if I'm being honest the food was mediocre for the price point. The drinks were mid too. We got a margarita that was overly sweet. I guess I was thinking I could get dinner but it is pretty much bar food and more appetizers like than dinner options. The wings were just ok but the nachos were pretty good. I guess it's ok place if you want to hang and listen to live music and just want to snack on appetizers. But I wouldn't choose this place as a dinner option. We didn't have much of a choice that night due to the concert the other places nearby were booked or had a long wait time and we wanted to go somewhere within walking distance of the venue and ended up here.

    Wings were tasty!!

Had a fun night at Copper Blues! They validate parking if you park in the parking garage. The server and hostess were super friendly and attentive. The drinks and food were surprisingly really good! We ordered wings, shrimp, elote cauliflower and nachos. My favorite was the shrimp!! I feel like food is hit or miss at these places but we were all really happy with the drinks and appetizers we ordered. There was supposed to be a live band but they didn't start until around 9 this particular night and I guess they were supposed to start earlier. Either way the music was good, food and drinks were great and I would 100% visit again!

Happy hour menu. Not too impressive. Would rather have just a "$1 off drafts, etc" deal so I can get what I want vs this limited menu.

I think the overall 3.7 star rating is pretty spot on, but I'll give it a 4, since Yelp won't let you go in smaller increments. I've been wanting to try this chain for a while now and finally convinced myself to stop by after seeing some happy hour menu photos posted. Well, it was disappointing when I got there and had to ask for a happy hour menu, only to find it is waaaay smaller than the menu drink and food HH choices in previously posted photos. Only drinks on HH, no food and the selection wasn't even really that good. I sat at the bar and at least the bartender was very friendly and accommodating. Their normal menu lists all the beers they have, but doesn't give any description of what each one is. I mentioned this to the bartender and she offered to describe and help with anything I wanted. Still would be very annoying looking up each one on my phone if the bar was busy and a server didn't have the time to be as helpful. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and substituted the chips for French fries, which is also kind of annoying. A burger should always come with fries, not chips...it's obviously a tactic to upsell. The inside of the restaurant is very cool, with lots of various seating options. The layout has multiple tiers to the seating to help guests have a great view of the live entertainment. There wasn't any live music when I was there for happy hour and the place was very dead. Not really anything special during the happy hour timeframe, but probably worth checking out when there is an actual live band or comedian.

Wow!! This place was super cool and fun. Aaron Loveless is a fantastic singer and guitarist--a treat for sure. Food was great!! The fries were fire. I'd definitely order that again. The pizza was fresh and yummy. Service was good :) . Friends and I had a lot of fun. Great way to spend our Labor Day weekend before classes start! Will definitely be coming back.

This is a great place to come for a good variety of drinks and good live music. My favorite thing to get was the steak bites but when I came this last time I found out they're no longer on the menu. Fortunately, I heard a rumor that they might be coming back soon. I went with the wings tho slash time because there was apparently an event downtown and they were only offering a limited menu. The wings were delicious and messy. I would definitely get them again. The service was also quick and friendly at the bar.

    Is there a dance floor?

Sort of. When the Band played a few people danced near the front of the stage, but I did not see a designated dance area.

How hard is it to get a table without a reservation?

Not hard at all. It's a pretty big venue. You might just have to walk around for 510 minutes and you should be able to find a table. If it's a big group. I would suggest getting there a little bit early to try to get a table for everyone. But the… Read more

The venue felt significantly oversold, to the point where it was nearly impossible to move comfortably. From where I was standing, I couldn't see the stage at all, which made it hard to enjoy the performance I came to see. Beyond just being crowded, it felt unsafe. The number of people packed into the space seemed excessive, and I genuinely question whether it exceeded fire code limits. People were standing all the way back into the bar area. Navigating through the crowd was difficult, and there didn't appear to be enough room for people to exit easily if needed. I've been to this venue since its 2017 opening and had much better experiences, but this event felt poorly managed. I hope they take crowd capacity and guest safety more seriously in the future.

This RoRo staple has gotten even better since the remodel a couple years back! We most recently stopped by for a free First Friday performance, when a lovely quartet took the stage. The acoustics were perfect all throughout the room -- loud enough to be immersed in the music, but quiet enough for groups to easily chat. The gorgeous lighting and velvety curtains behind the stage really add to the ambiance. The staff was super attentive, walking around to take drink and food orders. The food isn't anything crazy, but I still enjoyed the charcuterie plate as little snack (and a way to support this amazing local venue during the free set!). Some friends and I visited on a Sunday night, which The Nash had scheduled as a jam sesh. The room is basically a small amphitheater with a main stage and plenty of seating for guests to enjoy the show. The seats are comfortable, the air conditioning is kept at a reasonable amount of chilly, and the music is excellent. There's just something exciting about watching people do what they're passionate about, especially when they're really good at it. Every artist who stepped on stage was fearless, outstanding, and mesmerizing. My friends and I stayed for a few hours just watching everyone play! I loved the communal atmosphere, like everybody knew each other and they were all old friends. Overall, I would highly recommend this spot for anybody visiting Phoenix. There is a very small cover charge, but for good, local music, it's worth every cent (or more, honestly!).

It tries to be those things and fails in all. The layout: It's a long narrow room. The stage is on the smaller far end. The tables are arranged going back along the long direction. If you're sitting more than halfway back you'll be disappointed in the seating. In the back are high-top tables which are very small. The "bar" is along the long wall. The "restaurant" is catered food ( I don't think the venue has a kitchen). It's arranged buffet style on portable tables in the lobby. You go in a line and chose your dinner and they hand it to you in a plastic to-go container. You eat at your table and then bus your leftovers and trash to the trash can. There is no wait service. Just like eating at a fast food restaurant. If your sitting at a small high-top table there's not enough room for more than two people to eat. You'll be seated with strangers and they'll be right in your face as you eat. The "bar" only has beer and wine for alcohol. Or you could get a canned mixed drink. Stand in line and wait your turn at the end of the bar. The bar seats are reserved for the show. Remember no wait service. So if you want a drink during the show you have to go to the bar. Music was not Jazz. Very slow, boring folk. The crowd was 70+ year olds. And they charge for this experience? Won't be going back.

I had purchased a parking pass for the Adams St. Garage when I bought the tickets to ensure that my parents wouldn't have to walk too far. It was about a 5-minute walk to the venue. We got there maybe half an hour before doors opened, and there was already a long line of course. Fortunately the weather was not too bad. They opened many lines with security/bag checks. We brought only a clear bag and a small purse so that we could move through quickly. Inside, the merch section was located below the stairwell. I'm glad we hit the merch tables early because the line later wrapped around and up the stairs! They had multiple banners with different DWTS pros and celebrities - everyone was taking photos with them. The bathrooms were pretty clean. The theatre itself was easy for me to navigate because I checked the venue map online ahead of time, but there were staff members there that can help too. There were a couple girls who ended up mistakenly (or purposefully?) sitting in my section for half of the show, then later got relocated to their actual section by security. That was annoying because they had to walk in front of us and blocked our view of a dance. We sat in section 4, the lower-level center section, but row 27 was too far back. The stage seemed so far away, and some parts of the stage were blocked by taller people. It did help that there was a screen on both sides of the stage - I think those screens could use an upgrade though. Sound quality was not bad. Overall I had a good time with my parents there, and I would go back for another show, but probably try to sit closer, if it's not too pricey!
