I always like to stop here when in Jerome. Well, it helps that the wife loves it too. But their fudge is really good, and a great way to enjoy a taste of Jerome from at home as it is easy to bring some with you. This is just a small shop in the touristy area (which is most of Jerome). They sell mostly ice cream and fudge, and the fudge is excellent. Service is always friendly. Can't say what my favorite kind is, but I think it might be dark chocolate peanut butter. Can't go wrong with any of their dark chocolate offerings though. read more

Cute little shop, we have been here quite a few times and we have to stop in whenever we visit Jerome. They have a good selection of ice cream and other sweets, but we always order the fudge. They have a nice variety of mouthwatering flavors to choose from, we usually get anything mixed with dark chocolate and mint or raspberry, and the orange dreamsicle is amazing. They also have a nutty fudge variety that I haven't tried yet, but I will definitely be back to try. The service here was quick and easy. read more

They make some of the best fudge on the planet- bar none. I just would not order from them on line again anytime soon. My order took a full week (after paying for Priority Shipping ($18.00 ) . When the order arrived 1 of the two pounds of fudge was completely unwrapped and covered in packing material. the edges were dried out and had to be cut off in order to taste the fudge. I was asked to let them know if thee were any issues with the shipment. I did so 4+ days ago and have not heard anything back from them. 1 word. Fudge. This is a cute little shop that is chock full of sweets. The right side of the wall has bags of chocolate dipped delights. The left side has the plethora of fudge varieties. Milk chocolate salted caramel, salted caramel, penuchi salted caramel, and so much more. They make allll the flavors in house. You know it's fresh. There's so many to choose from. You can pick four different flavors in a pound. Obviously with my sweet tooth I'm going to do that. Normally fudge is so sweet but the tiramisu fudge was so good. Omg. It was sweet but not too sweet. You get the coffee flavor, but it wasn't the only flavor you tasted. 10/10 would totally eat it again. Milk chocolate salted caramel-if you love both flavors, put them together in fudge. Yaaasss. I guess it's a good thing this place isn't anywhere remotely close by to me. There is one particular fudge that we had that reminded me of a solid form of Ben and Jerry's phish food without the fish but flavor wise it was spot on dupe! That's one of my fav ice creams so I was beyond impressed. The hot chocolate is not worth a penny to be honest so please stick to the fudge and potentially the other treats laying around i still have yet to try. The fudge is absolutely worth it! I couldn't resist the siren song of fudge! This shop is very small but they had a nice selection. I was immediately intrigued by the jalapeño fudge. I also ordered a slab of rocky road. I thought the prices were super high, but the fudge was delicious and high quality. Fortunately for me, no one else liked the jalapeño fudge so I got it all to myself! I thought it was delicious; there was no "vegetal" flavor at all, just spicy chocolate. The rocky road was, of course, delicious! I accidentally left it in the trunk of the car during the ride down to Phoenix and it held up well! The only dings were the high prices and the tip request on the Square payment device. It's always disappointing to walk into a shop, not be acknowledged and then have very limited interaction when trying to make a purchase. The guy that was working there Friday, 11/1, was a complete jerk. I asked him for a sample of the jalapeño fudge, he acted like I was putting him out by having him cut me a piece. Then I asked if there was actually jalapeño in the jalapeño fudge. He was snotty and said that they can't do that, it would ruin the chocolate. Anyone from the SW that has had Hatch fudge knows you can, in fact, put chilis in fudge. We got three 1/4 lbs pieces, i then asked if it was cheaper to purchase a full pound. He was so rude and said, if you buy five pounds, I might call the owner. I guess I pissed him off by initially asking for a sample. The fudge is extremely dry and the three flavors we did buy, salted Carmel, toffee, and peanut butter chocolate all taste about the same. We drive through Jerome quite a bit because it's the way we take from Flag to Prescott and Jerome is a good spot to get out and stretch your legs. So I don't necessarily consider myself a tourist. I'm pretty sure this guy thought I was and that he could treat me any way he wanted because if it. I will not go back. Horrendously rude service with mediocre fudge. I love me some fudge and thus, the Copper Country Fudge was a must try when we were in Jerome. This store isn't very big, but it smells delicious with the one wall lined with peanut brittle and english toffee bagged up ready for purchase while the other side of the store has the ice cream and fudge selection. Since it was snowing outside, we opted for fudge (but to be honest, if it was 100 degrees, I still would have gotten fudge) and then came the challenge, so many choices of fudge! Almost every kind you can imagine and they even have sugar free fudge. I purchased the Muddy River fudge which has a caramel and marshmallow topping...HEAVEN. We didn't try this fudge until we were on the road again, and its a good thing we didn't or we'd be alot heavier! They had pumpkin pie fudge and a pumpkin caramel fudge. All of the other reviews talking about the rude guy serving ice cream are SO ACCURATE. He provided some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I want to make sure to mention the girl working the fudge area was so kind and helpful. But after asking the guy if I could try a flavor of ice cream he said, "Which of these flavors have you never tried that you just NEED to try now?". I e wish I would have told him I've never tried ice cream before and requested to try every single flavor just for talking to me that way. Instead, I just apologized to him for ever asking and said nevermind. This dude has to be family of the shop owners or something. Who would let someone like this continue to work here after multiple reviews of him being so hostile towards customers? This place has the best fudge! We went there with family and enjoyed taking in the smells and the customer service. They were very accommodating (I asked them to cut all the fudge up in small pieces so we could all share and taste). I think my favorite is the toffee fudge but the kids all liked the Oreo one. Mediocre ice cream and the lady made a big deal about splitting one scoop into two cups so my toddler and I could share. I said I'd pay for the extra cup or just spilt it outside with my own cup then. She said there is a rule of no half scoops but begrudgingly obliged in giving us the split serving. And boy do they have fudge. Every concoction imaginable, well maybe not bacon fudge...yet. I went with the standard chocolate and walnuts. The pricing listed is by 1 lb or 1/2 lb. Although I really wanted only a piece, I did not want to appear cheap or a problem customer, so I took one for the team (me, myself, and I) and ordered a 1/2 lb. Pecan Praline ice cream...just get it. In a waffle cone. This place is a cute little ice cream and chocolate shop in the cute little town of Jerome. We stopped here after taking down some burgers at Haunted Hamburger (because there's ALWAYS) room for ice cream!). Just to forewarn...the scoops are quite large (which is awesome). I consider myself able to consume rather large amounts of ice cream, and I ordered two scoops. After watching her fill up the cone to overflowing after the first scoop, I quickly changed my order to one scoop. I hate wasting good ice cream and knew a second scoop would put me in the position of having to shove it down (I'm a clean plate club kid, what can I say?) and regret it later. So there's that. Heavenly fudge. The best I've had in years and years. We got a pound of fudge that included peanut butter, peanut butter/chocolate, butterscotch and muddy river. All were fabulous and creamy. We also bought some English toffee and peanut brittle which were only so-so but I don't care about that. We went for the fudge and the fudge is enough to earn ten stars. Normally I don't eat fudge; I just find it too sweet for my taste. Once in while I'll get the free samples from the fudgery in the Inner Harbor in Baltimore, but that usually satisfies any semblance of a fudge craving for months. I honestly don't know what I would do with half a pound or a pound of fudge. Spread it on a bagel? Anyway, Copper Country Fudge has this Texas Dark chocolate fudge that is pretty tasty. Not to sweet, and definitely dark. It's pricier than the other varieties (20.99/pound vs. 13.99) but probably worth it. read more
