Enjoyed our stay here! Room was great - quiet and comfy. It's a quaint older hotel. Could it use some work? Sure! That said, we didn't come here to spend all day in the hotel. Were only here when it was time to sleep and to watch a band at the bar. We were on the second floor and I was 100% certain we'd be kept up by the bar noise .... not the case! Couldn't hear a thing from our room (at least with the AC on). Slept very well. Hotel location is great! Walking distance to all the places we wanted to visit. Overall it met our needs and we'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Be sure to set expectations for a small town/historic vibes. Rooms are quite small with just enough room to walk around the bed and into the shower. Love the old school keys to the rooms, but you can literally hear every step in the hallways and common areas. Unfortunately, the elevator was broken during our stay so it was a haul every time we wanted to come and go. They went all out for Halloween and we loved the mini haunted house walk! Service was friendly and the saloon had plenty of options. Can't wait to visit again!

Stayed one night as a guest booked by family, that lives in Queen Creek. So I didn't know what to expect, I only did min research on YouTube. Cool looking historic hotel, I wished I could've seen it in it's hey day. No elevator access so my elderly parents had a lil work out. Not recommend if you're handicapped. There were some people disappointed the restaurant wasn't open, and no notice. It was open during the 4th of July weekend, so closed the week after due to lull of guests/visitors. I used Yelp, and The Bisbee Table (turned out just across street) You just walk down the stairs through the small park, was short walk and food was very tasty Room was very warm upon entering so make sure you turn on that installed A/C first thing!

Hello, do you allow for small dogs? Our dog is half Chiquita hand Maltese about 10 lbs. not a barker at all. ? Would like to come down for 1 night.

    Yes they do

Has anyone purchased the romance package that includes dinner for two? Wondering if it's worth it. Also, what room is "the best"?

Do the rooms have private bathrooms, or am I expected to share?

Every time I've stayed there we've had private bathrooms - I don't believe I've seen any rooms with shared.

The hotel is very accessible to everything in Old Town Bisbee and it was great to be able to leave the car in their parking lot and walk. I do recommend if you have trouble getting up/down stairs to pick a room on the 1st floor. We picked a room on the 3rd floor, in a corner and was perfect. The front looked over the town but the bedroom was in the back. Very spacious and quiet at night despite being near the bars. The rooms are set up like apartments- there's a full, well stocked kitchen (stove, fridge, utensils, even a water filtration jug!). Toiletries included in the bathroom. Lots of closet space. Check out my video for a tour of our room. Will definitely stay here again. Ahh! And the food recommendations given by Patrick were followed and 10/10 will also go back there again!

The hotel itself is quaint, charming, and perfectly suited to Bisbee's artistic, historic vibe. The location couldn't be better--up above the town of Bisbee, yet still cozy and relaxing. One of our favorite experiences was sitting on the balcony, enjoying a drink while listening to the live music drifting up from the bars below. It truly captures the magic of Bisbee at night. A special tip: definitely get the add-on if you enjoy margaritas or champagne--it's a fun and thoughtful touch that elevates the stay. If you're looking for character, comfort, and genuine family hospitality in the heart of Bisbee, the Eldorado Hotel is the perfect choice. We can't wait to come back.

Called the hotel directly and the front desk was very helpful and gracious getting me squared away before arrival. Truly exceptional customer service. Went above and beyond to make our stay worthwhile and feel welcomed. Checking in was simple and the hotel office is located just in front and below the hotel entrance. This small all suite boutique hotel is very comfortable, with only a handful of well appointed rooms and within walking distance of most all the restaurants and retail shops in the downtown Bisbee area. It never felt crowded. Stayed in suite 105, a large space with two king bed rooms and a single bathroom. Full kitchen and dining area, with a large living room and rooftop private balcony. Comfortable beds, and an albeit old shower it worked well. The kitchen was great for our needs that evening and especially the next morning making coffee and a little breakfast before our departure. A quiet, secure, comfortable hotel that makes you feel welcome. The space was very large and on the main floor so no real stairs or elevator once in the building. However, accessing the entrance does require stairs so its not a zero step entry establishment. 4.5 Stars rounded up for the stellar front desk and customer services staff 01171

We had last stayed here about ten years ago, and this was probably our third or fourth visit over the past 25 years. The hotel has a fantastic location allowing guests to walk to the wonderful restaurants and shops in downtown Bisbee. As usual, we booked the Captains Suite. This suite occupies an old street level storefront two doors down from the hotel's bar. The bar serves as the hotel checkin and lobby. (More than ten years ago there was at least one other street level suite, a cowboy-themed suite. More than 10 years ago we saw some upstairs hotel rooms with different fun decoration themes.) The Captains Suite is a spacious suite with a large common area, two bedrooms and one bath. It is decorated in a fun way with a mariners' theme. I like the ship's figurehead, the model boats, life preservers, fishing nets, paintings of ships, old nautical maps, etc. The suite's common area has a large table with 6 chairs, a sofa, end table, a small fridge, a TV cabinet, etc. My husband's and my bedroom had bedside tables with good reading lights on each side of the bed. The problem with both bedrooms was that the mattresses were worn out, too soft and close to uncomfortable. We enjoyed visiting the hotel's bar which is two doors away from the Captains Suite. We had drinks there and enjoyed the ambiance. A bartender told us that the hotel recently closed its kitchen and decided to expand its musical stage, which we saw under construction. The bartender said that you can order food while you are in the bar and someone will bring it from a restaurant across the street. We decided it would be easier to just go to the restaurant. I think the restaurant is Taqueria Outlaw. The hotel bartender told us that the husband and wife who own the hotel are very interested in music and each belong to two or more bands. Their interest in music is reflected in the fact that the bar provides music at night. There is a sign in the bar that music (probably live?) can play in the bar until 10:00 pm. Our two night stay in the Captains Suite took place on a Wednesday and Thursday in mid October. I did not enjoy listening to the music coming from the bar. It was not relaxing. Thankfully, the music ended promptly at 10:00 pm both nights, as advertised by a sign in the bar. However, I don't like listening to other people's music when I am trying to relax in a hotel room. I would have preferred that the music ended at 8:00 pm or maybe 9:00 pm. However, that is a business decision made by the hotel owners. On the past occasions we stayed at this hotel I don't recall a hearing music while in the Captains Suite, but maybe I just forgot. Another problem with our stay in the Captains Suite is that we could not get the TV to work. We forgot to tell management about the problem with the TV. I was not interested in watching TV, but my sister-in-law wanted to watch and was disappointed. The room was clean. When we requested more towels, we got them. There is convenient free public parking across the street
