I got one of their bourbon cocktails which was a solid ok. In retrospect, I feel like at a spot called Juniper, I should have veered toward gin and would should I come again. For our starter, we adhered to our if-there's-brussels-sprouts-on-the-menu-we-must-order-them rule and got the brussels. Served with a lovely sprinkling of chevre, the brussels sprouts are a solid choice. The star of the show, though, was my main. I got the kale and eggs with salmon added (for a $9 upcharge). It was a beautiful blend of kale, bacon, pistachios, squash, and raisins with two sunny side up eggs and the added seared salmon. It was fresh and oh-so-flavorful. The service was friendly and efficient. Get to it!

She let me use her hair tide. We ordered the Bison Burger, and I was a bit hesitant about the sweet onion jam, and so I asked her to put it on the side. It was a bad decision because I put some and wow it was so delicious the meat mixed with the sweet jam went together so well. The kids' pizza was pretty big. The bread for appetizers was just right.

Today I decided to order ahead, but I accidentally scheduled my pickup an hour later than I intended because my laptop was set to a different time zone. Even though the restaurant was absolutely packed when I arrived, they were able to get my order ready much earlier than originally scheduled. I really appreciated them going out of their way to help me. The food was fantastic! The Honey Badger pizza was delicious, the Everynight salad was even better. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and worth every bite. Between the outstanding customer service and the excellent food, this place definitely earned five stars. If I'm ever back in the area, I'll absolutely be coming here again!

I…read morehave been to several southern CA locations in the past 10 years and Eureka has always lived up to high standards regarding quality of food, cleanliness of establishment, and fantastic service, and the Boise location matched all of that. Both nights we sat at the bar, and were helped by Javier who is brand new and training. The female servers training him both nights were great, helpful and attentive, while still giving him space to do his thing and learn but give him independence when appropriate. Javier was great, he was up front about being new but clearly dedicated to the business, learning the menu, and above all else, customer's having an amazing experience. He is gem and a great hiring choice by management. The food was phenomenal. I ordered the Fresno Fig burger and the truffle cheese fries both nights, medium rare and both nights were delicious and made perfectly. I also ordered an old fashioned, Eureka Sour and the seasonal Farmers Market Sour between both nights and all drinks were well made and delicious. Between both nights my partner had the bacon jalapeño burger, the bone marrow burger, truffle cheese fries, and a couple different draft beers and an old fashioned. He loved everything he had, but would specifically recommend the truffle cheese fries and the bacon jalapeño burger. Thank you Eureka Boise for continuing the tradition of Eureka being my favorite burger place, it enhanced my trip SO much. Can't wait to come back.

That is the description of what I ordered for their handmade fresh pasta rigatoni that I got. Let me just say that all these flavors that they put into one dish were absolutely amazing. This is a very small restaurant and there's only so many tables to get. I was able to sit at the bar which Aisha was the bartender. He did an amazing job and really helped lead me to my order of ordering the rigatoni. I had a beer with dinner and I did not order dessert. If you need to go to the bathroom, there is a door that leads outside the restaurant to the bathroom the weight was a little bit long for it, and luckily a neighboring coworker was able to lead me to their bathroom. We made sure to eat and got out by 6:15. Really disappointed by the uncomfortable experience.

The Brussels sprouts were topped with some kind of glaze, chili oil, and dukkah, and changed my life. My sweet potato black bean burger was probably lightly fried, perfectly crisp, not too mushy or dense. (I am a vegetarian and have tried a lot of veggie burgers; I appreciated that this one was truly made of veggies and beans, rather than fake meat!) My friends enjoyed their tacos and salmon. Everyone licked their plates clean. We also really enjoyed sitting on the patio, even on an extremely hot evening, due to the cooling misters. And our waitress was wonderful and very attentive. The brisket was flavorful, the grits were good, and he substituted a biscuit for toast. Oddly, the biscuit was served completely plain. When I asked a staff member if it normally came with butter or jam, they looked genuinely confused by the question. I eventually just asked for jam, but it felt like a strange interaction. I ordered the Brisket Benedict and the Monte Cristo. The Benedict looked great when it arrived, but one poached egg was perfectly runny while the other was significantly overcooked with a mostly solid yolk. The brisket was dry, the collard greens underneath were dry, and there wasn't enough hollandaise to compensate. The breakfast potatoes were crispy and fine, but nothing memorable. The Monte Cristo was the biggest letdown. When I order a Monte Cristo, I expect something rich, savory, and indulgent. This version was made with bland white bread, the bacon was very soft, and the sandwich lacked the flavor and texture that make a Monte Cristo worth ordering. It looked better than it tasted. Service was pleasant, but no one checked on our table after the food arrived, despite the restaurant not being very busy. Had someone stopped by, I would have mentioned the overcooked egg. Overall, one good dish out of three isn't enough to make me want to return. Based on this visit, I'd give it 3 stars.

I had requested this table so everything was smooth from calling in to getting in. My daughter and I arrived a little early to set up the table. We had flowers, party favors and decor we needed to set up. Our server helped us put the birthday cake in the fridge so it would stay cool. We got everything set up and just chilled till everyone showed up. I did forget the birthday candles I bought so I drove home to grab them. I missed the whole ordering process. I had my daughter order the pineapple hanger steak with no potatoes subbed for veggies for me. I left before they ordered and was only gone for about 25 minutes. My food had already been sitting for 10 minutes waiting for me before I got back. I was honestly surprised at how fast everything was prepared. I did enjoy my meal. It was really good. The hanger steak was tender and very savory. The shishito peppers were cooked and grilled perfectly. I got a total of 6 and only 1 of them was spicy, I'm ok with that! The asparagus was grilled to perfection. Not overly cooked but tender with a slight bite. The best way to have asparagus. I think this would have been a 5 star experience but this is where I'm so unhappy. I brought a cake in. I also brought in candles, a vintage cake plate and plates for us to eat the cake on. It was all planned out. Our server did not communicate with me at all about the cake once she pulled it out for me. One minute it was sitting in it's box on the servers table and the next minute there's a huge, tacky firework in it. Like, I had a pretty cake made with delicate candles to put in it to have this goofy firework in the middle of it. I didn't take one photo of the cake before she violated it with the stupid firework. If you plan on bringing in a cake that you don't want touch, tell your server. Food was great. The vibe was chill. But I will always have this stupid firework in the middle of my cake as a core memory of this joint.
