When I first saw Amy it was for pain management, and I kept falling again that I had 3 years ago but went away, but kept getting pemf therapy hoping it would help, I tried drugs for Parkinson and they only helped for 8 months to help.with my falls. I seem to be getting better, no falls for 2 years now. I still have pain but it's not as intense being I have so many issues. Even when they're uncomfortable, I enjoy the stretches, massage, exercises and conversation of each visit. I try to pay attention because they clue me into unhealthy body habits that I have, several of which are simple to correct. I even try to do the home tasks they assign me. I've often thought that most people could benefit with a general evaluation of their posture and muscle movements... could make you feel better asap or even prevent future problems you don't know you're working into. I feel comfortable going to these guys... which is nice because I the auto accident happened when I was 6 months pregnant! They do all their work without making me feel nervous for my baby and they even put up with my pouty sleepy pregnancy days. haha The 2 doctors I've worked with are Kerchansky and Voisin. They are both great at what they do and I like them both for different reasons. I've also had massages with both of the massage therapists and though I wish the massages were longer (haha), they are relaxing and get my body ready for the stretching and exercises that follow. In general, their office works efficiently (no waiting room waits) and has doctors with many different areas of expertise. For example, Kerchansky has focused his career in active care, working with many sports athletes, and Viosin is certified to perform manipulation under anesthesia (MUA). And the bathroom they have you do it in has no sink to wash hands ! Second, they made me wait over an hour in exam room and when I mentioned it to MA she said that's common for them. Third, the " doctor" diagnosed my elbow injury without an x-ray or MRI and told me to eat non inflammation diet. She then went on about her own medical issues, diet, and upcoming vacation for 30 minutes. Lastly, today I get a bill for $128. For a drug test that was unnecessary and a 5 min exam. Good luck collecting. UPDATE : So the day after I posted this review Triad sent a bill to my insurance for $7,000 ! For a drug test ( they require to see you) and 30 minutes with Terry Wilcox PA... reporting this to insurance as fraud.

When I asked the nurse how long it was going to be, she told me she was not paying attention. I told her to let me know when she found out. I had to go back and ask her again to find out how long it would be. I find it incredibly disappointing that they would treat elderly patients in such a manner. These patients are clearly in agonizing pain, and they kept them waiting for over an hour. When we finally got back the nurse told us that they wrote up her orders incorrectly, and had to partner with the dr about what she should be doing. Incompetence at that highest level. If I had not been with my mother, I am positive they would have given her the wrong procedure! During my initial blood work review, I mentioned to Dr. Kenneth McWilliams that I had discussed my results with a trusted RN friend who specializes in hormone therapy and perimenopause care. Because she is licensed in another state, she was unable to treat me, but she helped me better understand my lab work. I was not questioning Dr. Kenneth McWilliams expertise; I simply wanted to compare and confirm recommendations. However, the he seemed offended and emphasized that he had been doing this for more than 20 years. I was also taking notes during the appointment because I am not a healthcare professional and wanted to remember and understand everything we discussed. At one point, I was jokingly asked if I was a "spy from another office," which made me feel uncomfortable and dismissed for being engaged in my own health. We ultimately agreed on a treatment plan, which included starting liothyronine despite my thyroid levels already being within the normal range, to optimize it. About a month later, I began experiencing unwanted side effects and reached out to the office seeking guidance. I left messages and did not receive a response for the remainder of the day. I called again the next morning, left another voicemail, and still received no response. When I followed up a few hours later, I was told they had been busy. I understand that medical offices can have hectic days, but when a patient is experiencing side effects from a prescribed medication, timely communication matters. Even a quick acknowledgment or reassurance would have gone a long way. For a practice that focuses on optimizing health and wellness, I expected a higher level of responsiveness and patient care. I did not feel supported nor cared for when I needed help, and because of that I will be seeking care elsewhere.
